Lino delle Fate Eco Resort

My family and I stayed a week at this resort and we really enjoyed it. It is a place where children can have fun and therefore it is ideal for families. It is a bit far from the center but it is easily reachable by bike. We opted for both breakfast and dinner and the food is really good. A special mention to the young Giovanni who made us feel at home during our stay, he spoiled us and always served us with a smile and professionalism. The bungalows are very large and the area surrounding them is also immense.

A wonderful spot for a family vacation. The food is delicious, with affordable prices. I highly recommend adding the buffet dinner option—there’s a wide variety, including seafood. The beach is close by, and everything you need is right on-site. The staff is incredibly helpful, 10/10.

We (two adults, one child) stayed with friends (two adults, one child) at Lino delle Fate Eco Village Resort for four nights in mid-August 2024.

Check-in
The check-in process was swift, and we were able to access our bungalow well before the advertised time, which was great. The entire resort is very spacious, so be prepared for some walking if your bungalow is on the far side of the property. We were fortunate to have a house right next to the pool.

Bungalow
The bungalow was spotless and well-organized. The same goes for the little terrace, which included two sunbeds and some lounge chairs. The bedroom and kitchen/living room are equipped with air conditioning, which can be controlled independently.
We expected some noise in the evenings due to the central location of our bungalow, but the windows and doors did an excellent job of blocking it out. Housekeeping services are provided every two days, which was fine for us.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need: plates, a fridge (with a freezer), cutlery, and more.
The surroundings are beautifully landscaped, with a lot of attention to detail. They even named the "roads" after animals and put up signs with pictures so kids can easily remember their "home address" – a nice touch!

Pool
The resort has three pools: one large pool, 1.20 meters deep, offering plenty of space for swimming and enjoying yourself; a second pool with whirlpool features; and a third, shallow pool for babies.
There’s no water slide or other significant features, but there are plenty of sunbeds (free of charge) at various distances from the pool. Some are even placed on beach sand for the kids to play.
The pool area opens at 9 AM and closes at 7 PM, and reserving sunbeds in advance is not allowed. We were very pleased with how clean the entire pool area was!

Playground
There is an outdoor playground for kids right next to the pool, offering a basic selection of slides and climbing structures. Nothing extraordinary, but enough to keep the little ones entertained. In case of bad weather, there’s a spacious indoor playground in the basement.

Beach
The resort is about 600 meters from the beach, accessible via a gravel road.
There are a number of sunbeds reserved for resort guests near the sea, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booking is not possible. Basic facilities such as toilets and showers are available.

Food & Drink
Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style in the main building, and they cater to nearly every taste. We didn’t miss a single thing.
There is no lunch service, but you can order freshly made pizza and other light dishes (sandwiches, pasta) for takeaway.
Apparently, there is also a delivery service directly to your bungalow, but we couldn’t figure out how it works.

Surroundings
The nearest supermarket is about 200 meters away.
Bibione city center is about one kilometer away.

Negative Points:
- The bike rental is very expensive.
- Occasionally, we found dog poop in front of our bungalow, which wasn’t cleaned up by the owners.
- The path next to the sunbeds at the beach leads to a dog beach, so there may be some smelly dog poop near the sunbeds. :(
- Some staff at the breakfast and dinner services seemed unmotivated and unhelpful.
- The coffee served at breakfast was very bad
- Prices for drinks are above average/bit steep

Very nice structure, rooms large and clean. Food was average. Pool was closing 7pm despite signs indicating 9pm, for the disappointment of the kids. Drinks were 40% more expensive than indicated on the menu, for the disappointment of the dad. Very nice end kind staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Lino Delle Fate Eco Village Resort! The resort's commitment to sustainability is evident throughout the property. The kid-friendly pool is a hit with children, and the close proximity to the beach is perfect for a day of sun and sand. The cozy, modern bungalows with air conditioning provide a comfortable and stylish retreat. The breakfast buffet offers a delightful variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the convenient EV charging stations and the short distance to nearby shops and the city. A perfect blend of comfort and eco-consciousness!

Excellent place for dog lovers and families alike. I went with my two dogs and I had the best time. The food is also really great for the reasonable price. Don't hesitate to go for half-board. Dinner has options for any taste. Great wine list as well with affordable prices.

In reference to some other reviews: If you don't like being around children, you should not be going to a place like Bibione (or Italy, tbh) anyways.

Excellent hotel. Good concept of outdoor recreation. Heated comfortable pool. Stylish restaurant, which is also a breakfast room. Especially pleasing is the mosquito treatment of the territory. For the entire two weeks surrounded by the river, sea and canals there were no flying and biting insects. Very convenient bike rental. Good cleaning of the territory and rooms. The hotel is for couples with children, others will not be very comfortable. New and probably the best in this part of Italy for a holiday with children

We opted for the half-board and really enjoyed the food: plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. The pool was not too crowded and the beach is in walking distance. Overall we had a great experience.
