Great hotel in the heart of Tuscany! All staff members are super friendly and supportive in any case (organising a cooking class, making dinner reservations, etc.). Stopped overnight during our vacation driving towards south of Italy. Convenient location outside of Florence but close to the highway. Clean and pleasant rooms. Good mattresses. Everything works. The room was nice but small, but then again, most places in Italy are. The front desk was helpful. The room was clean and we had no problems. Breakfast was good and had choices like eggs, yogurt, juice, cereal and meat and cheese.

This is the best accommodation for families with children. There are various amusement facilities and a large supermarket inside. There are also several restaurants and cafes. It is about 40 minutes by car from downtown Florence, so it is the best value for money when traveling in Florence.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel October 2023 for two weeks. We got a room with a spectacular view of the valley.. and a short walk to the Popi castle which was amazing. The house is on the mountain. The yard is pretty nice, but the room is average and cold. The overall decoration gives people a feeling of being cool. The breakfast is average. The only bright spot is that the exterior and yard are beautiful.

Hotel is a little hidden beyond the main road, however it is near a premium outlet for great shopping and the cafe serves awesome steak. It is also about 45 min drive away from Florence, and near to Chianti vineyard amongst other attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious and clean rooms. Excellent restaurant and hotel, just outside Poppi. It offers an excellent view of the hill, at night the illuminated castle gives magic and peace. Very nice location. Fascinating place. We have been for the New Year. The times of the dishes were long and perhaps the evening was badly managed, but the food and wines were delicious. The SPA was broken and despite having booked months before, we could not use it. Even if I am not fully satisfied, I still want to give 4 stars for the place that is really beautiful.

The rooms at BB hotels are always nice, big bathroom and spacious beds. The only shame is that due to a mistake by Trip, I booked a double and got 2 single beds and BB hotels had received a double with single beds from Trip. Trip made a mistake.

Unfortunately the evaluation cannot be real because it is mandatory to put the smileys, but I paid but did not benefit from it because the hotel kept 100% of the cancellation penalty even though I demonstrated the reason for the cancellation with a sheet issued by the facility for an operation Refused for various health problems. I did not ask for the full refund but at least I could take a penalty...

The location is somehow in a bucket and there is no phone signal, this was a big downsize. The breakfast was the same for 7 days, no small diversion.. quite upsetting. We had dinner at the restaurant...

L'Ultimo Mulino is a wonderful boutique inn. The staff is multilingual and engaging . This location is off a winding road, so pay attention to your GPS! The facility is quiet, restful and the breakfast which was included will leave you satisfied for the day. The chief has specials of the day and recommend you take advantage of them. I would give 5 stars, but it's missing the typical long vista views...

Top located in the center of Chianti region, very friendly service and the dinner is beyond everything - excellent!

It's shame we could not spend too much time in this lovely hotel as we arrived too late. Good value hotel, in very quiet place, surrounded with vineyard and breathtaking views of Tuscany. You will have good meat and good chianti wine for your diner.
