Hotel Il Viandante in Terranuova Bracciolini

Stopped overnight during our vacation driving towards south of Italy. Convenient location outside of Florence but close to the highway. Clean and pleasant rooms. Good mattresses. Everything works. Prices are much better than in Florence for better quality. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for an overnight pitstop.

I stayed with my wife and bulldog in tow, we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back as soon as we get the chance. The guys at the reception were really lovely, the girl who took care of cleaning the room was very kind!! Excellent breakfast! I highly recommend it!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Well deserved for: Magical location less than a hundred meters from the Valdarno motorway toll booth (A1 Florence Rome) infinite convenience for those like me who travel for work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Large rooms complete with everything, great gem, espresso machine with pods and everything you need for a good coffee or tea, as soon as you wake up or chamomile tea before going to bed and 2 bottles of water (1 nat. and a sparkling wine) always in the fridge, courtesy of the hotel, and everything is replenished daily. FREE OF CHARGE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Continental and international buffet breakfast with an infinite variety of cakes, desserts, biscuits (all fresh, made on site, nothing pre-packaged) and everything sweet for breakfast, 7 different types of seeds, yoghurt etc etc, and for the savory sector I'm just saying...everything, more...hot and fresh from the kitchen , for a varied and “LUCULLIAN” truly unique intercontinental breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spontaneous Kindness, Courtesy and infinite availability from all the staff with great professionalism always ready to satisfy any requirement, necessity or desire from the reception to the bar to the rooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ample parking, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value for money Concluding: Price from a 3-star hotel, but service from a 5-star boutique hotel. Sincere compliments and it will always be a joy to be their guest every time I'm in area for work or passing through for a rest stop. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Really nice and comfortable hotel!!! We stayed at the Ponte dell'Immacolata, everything was perfect! Very clean and very kind staff, willing to give us all the information and 'tips' on the various places to visit and how to reach them. Breakfast included was really excellent and above all very vast!!! We will be back really soon!

3 star hotel very convenient at the motorway exit. Ample parking and friendly staff. Very clean, simple rooms with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also very clean. I appreciate the roller shutter which makes the room completely dark, preventing light from entering in the morning as happens in 99% of other hotels. Varied buffet breakfast

Although it is a bit far from the city center and inconvenient to get in and out, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off for a fee; the hotel is still quite good and the online description is not exaggerated.

This hotel is a few meters from the A1 - Valdarno motorway exit. Fairly spacious and clean rooms with basic furnishings. Very varied breakfast. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee pods in the room. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good value for money.

We stopped one night in this hotel for a rhythmic competition. We had already stayed two years before.. Cozy and very clean hotel, very kind. Clean room with excellent mattresses and large TV, functional and well-adjustable air conditioning (which is rare)... Excellent and varied breakfast. Good value for money. Willingly return

We used this hotel to break up the journey south. Excellent value for money. Clean room. Abundant buffet breakfast, both savory and sweet. A few more points also because the hot drinks are made at the bar and not with the automatic machine. Large free car park with some covered spaces. If I were in the area again I would go back.

🏆 5* stars go to this place for very objective but also personal reasons. This might seem a bit biased rating which I never do, but my feedback will explain the reasons behind.

In fact this place corresponds to *4 hotel stars since it can fully comply to the respective requirements.

Abundant and healthy breakfast fully corresponding to 4* hotel one. By the ways this type of breakfasts are rare even in the 4 star hotels in Europe and especially in Italy. From salty to sweet variety of choice plus fruits and coffee served.

🏠Amenities
- Spacious, nicely decorated, luminous and most importantly clean rooms. Cleanliness was in general something that was catching the eye.
- Then I was happily surprised for the presence of electric charging station since I had an electric car.
- Accessories in bathroom are rarely so well organized and complete in 3 star hotels especially on the ones near the autostrada.
- Again nicely surprised by the quality of towels and bedsheets - their freshness and cleanliness was giving lots of comfort.
- Large parking in the front of the building, as well as in the internal wide courtyard, so you xan pitvthe car in the front of the room if you are there.

🫶Customer care:
These people really do care for customers, it is beyond just a good service. I could feel completely like in the 5 star hotels that I previously stayed worldwide. Everything I asked for starting from the iron and ironing table to a small snack when I was checking out (because I could not attend the breakfast due to work) was satisfied in a professional and gentle manner.
