I had a family dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Service needs improving (young waiters are kind by old ones not really).
We ordered pasta with shrimp tartare and were excellent. The pork chop was large but very tin, was very dry like and taste like piece of paper (not recommended). The grilled beef was acceptable but nothing special, no seasoning. I would not choose the restaurant again.

Pros:
• Excellent location right in the heart of Malcesine — just steps from the lake, shops, and the cable car.
• Good-quality breakfast with a decent variety of sweet and savory options.
• Powerful and efficient air conditioning in the room, which worked perfectly.
Cons:
• Too much light in the early morning due to the lack of proper blackout curtains — you’ll likely be woken up by sunrise around 6 AM.
• Cleaning standards were below expectations.
• Poor sound insulation — various noises during the night made it hard to sleep.
• Free parking is available, but inconvenient to reach (about a 20-minute walk).
Overall:
I found the value for money to be disappointing.

My husband and I stayed here in the middle of March during the off season and it was incredibly calm in the town. The hotel has a great location in the middle which makes it great to walk around. We had a wonderful stay; the room was very comfortable and clean and the dinner and breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much to the sweet Valentina for all your help with recommendations in the Dolomites! :)

Such a fantastic hotel, from the super friendly and helpful staff, to the beautifully renovated rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets that I've ever had. The location is ideal, right in the centre of town. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, including a bicycle storage shed for us. Highly recommended, one of the best hotel experiences that we have had!

Great hotel in the middle of Malcesine. Close to the parking lot and drop off. Fabulous breakfast and nicest staff.

This is a lovely small hotel centrally located. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in Italy. Drinks and food bought in the hotel are discounted by 10% which is a nice touch.
A big downside for us which the hotel has no control over is a bar close by which is extremely noisy till 2-3am. If staying here ask for a room out the front.

Visited Malcesine in February and really struggled to find anywhere open to eat as it's out of season Stumbled upon this amazing restaurant. Food was fantastic and really friendly staff. We ate here twice during our stay at a nearby apartment and on our second visit they even offered us the same table as the first night with a complimentary glass of prosecco! I had the most delicious gnocchi and the steak was perfectly cooked. Plenty of choice on the menu too. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I spent four absolutely fantastic nights at this wonderful hotel in early June. Our room overlooked the small piazza. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff, Greta and Eddie especially, was courteous and helpful . The breakfast was great. We ate at the restaurant several times and the grilled fish platter was delicious. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, perfect location. The hotel is exactly in the middle of Malcesine, walking distance from everything (Funivia, Porto, Restaurants, etc.). The rooms are big enough and beds are big and comfortable. We were 2 adults and a 3 y old boy and we fitted perfectly in the bed. Breakfast is really good, with amazing coffee, which is not Common for a free breakfast. The only thing that we've disliked was the restaurant that's why the 4 stars. Food was not great.
