Charming hotel in a fabulous location to say the least, attentive, kind and very helpful staff. What a delight for our honeymoon eurotrip. We spent a week here at hotel Capri and cannot fault anything. The location the suberb, just 5-10 mins walk into the centre and the view of Lake Garda is just absolutely amazing due to the slightly elevated position. Fantastic hotel! Owners are lovely and couldn't do more for you! Location is a bit far up the mountain, but the bus is very handy and taxis are easy to use. Wouldn't recommend if you want to walk into town. Restaurant is lovely also, with a great menu! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place over the hills in malcesine I recommend hireing a car as it's quite hilly if you need to get to town most nights but the hotel is only a 3 star I coukd not fault it clean bar and breakfast all ok no problems at all recommend to anyone

The employees are always patient and friendly, no matter how packed the dining room is. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. We were back for the third time this year and enjoyed our stay again. Just one little thing: The background music in bar and pool area was a little bit too loud for our taste.

Best hotel in malcesine. But it is a good 20 minute walk to town which we didn’t mind but if ur not fit ull need the shuttle bus.

Spent a.week from 8 June at majestic beautiful hotel marvellous staff and food to die for! Really safe place for kids too if they were with families Internet access was not free which was a bit of a nuisance but everything was super. Thoroughly recommend.

Have tried hard to think of any negatives...nope, can't find any! Staff really helpful and friendly. Decent hotel. Good breakfast but you have to pay extra for air conditioning and still it only works between 1800 to 0600

Overall good experience. Room was a bit small and tables on the terrace a bit too close too each other. Also smoking I didnt like. But despite that the food and drinks were good (breakfast and dinner).Staff was friendly and could speak German. The "private" beach was nice. Absolute stunning hotel, which joins straight onto Lake Garda. We were lucky enough to have a Lake view room, which offered views around the Lake and across to the Mountains and back drop. The hotel & rooms were extremely clean, and although we only eat once in the hotel (apart from Breakfast) the food was superb. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would save no hesitation in returning

Stayed with my family for one week here. Recommended by my US friend. Really enjoy and get relaxed - great service, very nice breakfast, dinner is also amazing, fantastic spot to wake up seeing lake and castle. Just brilliant! Reception gentlemen Matteo is very nice to take care of us and prepare food package to us as we are leaving hotel at 6 am. It is a place I must get back with my wife.

Just awesome ! Family visits the hotel for 34 years now and it's just perfect. Best breaky I know, super clean rooms and facility at all. Now also with a jacuzzi on the rooftop, pretty nice to the one in the backyard. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would never book another hotel at the Lake !

Beautiful location on Lake Guarda. The staff were friendly and helpful (speaking excellent English). The rooms vary in standard. I had a family next door/upstairs and was woken early as the walls seemed thin. Breakfast was good. Not easy to spot whist driving along road. I would definitely come back.

Modern style lake front hotel with swimming pool and 2 restaurants. One at the pool and the other inside. We took a family suite and it was ok but it is on space not really separated from the kids. They have nice balcony looking at the lake and the breakfast is good. It is far away from the town so you have to walk around 800 meter.

Good pool with sun beds and direct access to a nice beach. However, both the hotel and it’s restaurant are understaffed. Make sure to have a lot of time available. The staff do their best, though.

Not so bad, but the pool is smaller than it looks like on the pictures. Not really silent since the main street is in front of the hotel.

I really like this place. In the hotel you will find large and clean rooms, air conditioning, bathrobes, fresh towels some of them with balconies, where you can comfortably relax. There is an amazing view to the lake and swimming pool and table tennis on the hotel's territory. Of course parking, but WiFi is do weak, that you can't normally work. I am very satisfied with the time spent in Benacus Malcesine. Despite of difficulties and increased restrictions related to Covid, I felt welcomed and important for all hotel employees. And honestly I never had a situation in other hotel, that every hotel associate (receptionist, room maids, restaurant and bar stuff) were all the time smiled and happy to help. Very nice hotel with very nice garden and pool. The pool is very clean and big but from the quality not the best but okay. The apartments are a bit old but very comfortable. The spar area is not for free, just the first time. And the hotel is perfect located, you have a fantastic view over the Gardasee. And the Breakfast here is also very yummy with a big selection.

We only visited the hotel restaurant with 5 people. The food was delicious for every item we ordered. The service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant has a nice view of the lake that is sometimes blocked by a large ship but that did not bother us. P.S the portions are also very big.

Lovely lakeside hotel. Room was good views. Service was pleasant. Prices of food was reasonable and delicious. There was even a discount on meals as guests. Our only comment for improvement would be to have a mirror and dustbin in bedroom as well as bathroom. We struggled with 4 to get ready at same time. Would come again.
