The employees are always patient and friendly, no matter how packed the dining room is. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. We were back for the third time this year and enjoyed our stay again. Just one little thing: The background music in bar and pool area was a little bit too loud for our taste.

Overall good experience. Room was a bit small and tables on the terrace a bit too close too each other. Also smoking I didnt like. But despite that the food and drinks were good (breakfast and dinner).Staff was friendly and could speak German. The "private" beach was nice. Absolute stunning hotel, which joins straight onto Lake Garda. We were lucky enough to have a Lake view room, which offered views around the Lake and across to the Mountains and back drop. The hotel & rooms were extremely clean, and although we only eat once in the hotel (apart from Breakfast) the food was superb. Stayed with my family for one week here. Recommended by my US friend. Really enjoy and get relaxed - great service, very nice breakfast, dinner is also amazing, fantastic spot to wake up seeing lake and castle. Just brilliant! Not so bad, but the pool is smaller than it looks like on the pictures. Not really silent since the main street is in front of the hotel.

I really like this place. In the hotel you will find large and clean rooms, air conditioning, bathrobes, fresh towels some of them with balconies, where you can comfortably relax. Magnificent hotel in a charming location

What a view! We had three nights here and could have stayed a few more. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast had extensive options of fresh fruit, cereals and hot items. But nothing beat the view. This is the ideal place for a relaxing few days to enjoy the scenery.

Stunning location, friendly staff and great amenities. The weather was rainy and not great when we went but that didn’t impact our stay because there was still so much to do at the hotel and it was so cosy.

The hotel is overwhelming and I never seen such a beautifull view of the lake. Beautiful garden and infinity swimming pool. The staff of the reception are very kind and give you a warm welcome. Restaurant staff are very nice too and the food was delicious! Yes a place I hope to go back again!

This is a lovely little hotel situated on the north side of Lake Garda. The staff are friendly and evening food is great, I would recommend going half-board. I can definitely recommend this hotel. We came here for 10 days with our 8 months daughter. We were warmly welcomed and the whole staff took care of us. The rooms are small, so I recommend you getting a room with lake view and air conditioning. There is a small fridge in the room, so we could buy fruits and baby food in the nearby supermarket. The hotel is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Malsecine. The rooms were ok but could do with a little updating. The hotel supplies a good continental breakfast.

Wonderful location hotel very good apart from our room on the first floor very small and no aircon but did have a lake view. Aircon only on second floor not told in brochures. Food ok all the staff very friendly. Tourist bus every hour 7am till 0100am outside hotel. Came back end of June after a two week stay really enjoyed.

In a quiet bay. To reach Malcesine either take the silent "Lungolago" walk or the touristic bus (see Photo - 1,20 €) which departs at 5 minutes past the hour. From the parking slot there is also an elevator to reach the reception and the rooms.

Beautiful location on Lake Guarda. The staff were friendly and helpful (speaking excellent English). The rooms vary in standard. I had a family next door/upstairs and was woken early as the walls seemed thin. Breakfast was good. Not easy to spot whist driving along road. I would definitely come back.

Modern style lake front hotel with swimming pool and 2 restaurants. One at the pool and the other inside. We took a family suite and it was ok but it is on space not really separated from the kids. They have nice balcony looking at the lake and the breakfast is good. It is far away from the town so you have to walk around 800 meter.

Good pool with sun beds and direct access to a nice beach. However, both the hotel and it’s restaurant are understaffed. Make sure to have a lot of time available. The staff do their best, though.

Great food, lovely staff, wonderful location and just a pleasant hotel. The decor was a little dated though, and the rooms didn’t have air conditioning switched on when we stayed which made the nights a little stuffy but everything else was wonderful. Would love to go back.

Lovely place and food, would like to go back

My second time here because it's a great place in an expensive town, with slightly dated rooms that work just fine if you don't expect anything modern. The breakfast is great and comes with a view (can be eaten outside as well). It's very quiet and you will get good sleep. There's a pool as well for when it's sunny. Would recommend, if you can get a good price.

I’d rate the experience between fair and good. The staff were friendly, but not very available. Although I made a request beforehand, I had been given different type of room. The rooms lacked privacy and renovation. Offered services was good, including breakfast. The location was great; easily accessible by public transport and amazing view to the lake. I would give another try.

Absolutely great experience here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, WiFi was solid, beautiful location that's only a 10min walk away from the town via the lakefront, lovely service, great (but freezing) pool, decent breakfast, aircon worked very well, always felt safe - would recommend! I am very satisfied with the time spent in Benacus Malcesine. Despite of difficulties and increased restrictions related to Covid, I felt welcomed and important for all hotel employees. And honestly I never had a situation in other hotel, that every hotel associate (receptionist, room maids, restaurant and bar stuff) were all the time smiled and happy to help. The staff and location were idea. There is little available parking at the hotel, but they give you a free pass for a parking lot up the street. It was difficult to get the room to cool off.

Hotel Dolomiti was an incredible find for us. Being able to walk out the main floor of this small and quiet boutique stay directly into Malcesine was a blessing.
