The employees are always patient and friendly, no matter how packed the dining room is. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. We were back for the third time this year and enjoyed our stay again. Just one little thing: The background music in bar and pool area was a little bit too loud for our taste.

Best hotel in malcesine. But it is a good 20 minute walk to town which we didn’t mind but if ur not fit ull need the shuttle bus.

Beautiful location, exceeded our expectations, you are among lots of olive trees, the pool area was very clean and a nice pool bar. The waiters were very attentive (especially Danielle). Our room was huge and the balcony over looked Lake Garda. Bathroom was also huge and very clean. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for us on a daily basis and even managed to sort a private airport transfer last minute. We were very impressed with the hotel and everyone that worked there. Would highly recommend if you're planning on visiting Malcesine.

The hotel has a lovely view of the front lake and the boats and a few mins walk the shopping. This is a beautiful alley shopping. This hotel's staff is very friendly. The food is good.

We only visited the hotel restaurant with 5 people. The food was delicious for every item we ordered. The service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant has a nice view of the lake that is sometimes blocked by a large ship but that did not bother us. P.S the portions are also very big.

Lovely lakeside hotel. Room was good views. Service was pleasant. Prices of food was reasonable and delicious. There was even a discount on meals as guests. Our only comment for improvement would be to have a mirror and dustbin in bedroom as well as bathroom. We struggled with 4 to get ready at same time. Would come again.

Overall good experience. Room was a bit small and tables on the terrace a bit too close too each other. Also smoking I didnt like. But despite that the food and drinks were good (breakfast and dinner).Staff was friendly and could speak German. The "private" beach was nice. Overall I liked it and I would also recommend the place.

Absolute stunning hotel, which joins straight onto Lake Garda. We were lucky enough to have a Lake view room, which offered views around the Lake and across to the Mountains and back drop. The hotel & rooms were extremely clean, and although we only eat once in the hotel (apart from Breakfast) the food was superb. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would save no hesitation in returning

Stayed with my family for one week here. Recommended by my US friend. Really enjoy and get relaxed - great service, very nice breakfast, dinner is also amazing, fantastic spot to wake up seeing lake and castle. Just brilliant! Great food, lovely staff, wonderful location and just a pleasant hotel. The decor was a little dated though, and the rooms didn’t have air conditioning switched on when we stayed which made the nights a little stuffy but everything else was wonderful. Would love to go back.

I really like this place. In the hotel you will find large and clean rooms, air conditioning, bathrobes, fresh towels some of them with balconies, where you can comfortably relax. I stayed in a room with a single bed. It was ok. Access to a joined balcony with room next door. Old style hotel. When you pay for dinner I paid 15 euro for a 3 course. The staff are constantly coming up to u at dinner asking do u want more and more. When u buy a drink at dinner they give you the receipt straight away which is kind of annoying. Love everything about it; the delicious food, friendly staff, perfect location right by the lake (which is hard to find around here!), the lovely garden with the nice rooms nicely embedded in it. My husband can windsurf in the morning directly from the hotels’ private beach while the rest of the family sleeps in and we meet for breakfast after 9! Will for sure continue...

Beautiful location on Lake Guarda. The staff were friendly and helpful (speaking excellent English). The rooms vary in standard. I had a family next door/upstairs and was woken early as the walls seemed thin. Breakfast was good. Not easy to spot whist driving along road. I would definitely come back.

Modern style lake front hotel with swimming pool and 2 restaurants. One at the pool and the other inside. We took a family suite and it was ok but it is on space not really separated from the kids. They have nice balcony looking at the lake and the breakfast is good. It is far away from the town so you have to walk around 800 meter.

Good pool with sun beds and direct access to a nice beach. However, both the hotel and it’s restaurant are understaffed. Make sure to have a lot of time available. The staff do their best, though.

Very nice hotel with very nice garden and pool. The pool is very clean and big but from the quality not the best but okay. The apartments are a bit old but very comfortable. The spar area is not for free, just the first time. And the hotel is perfect located, you have a fantastic view over the Gardasee. And the Breakfast here is also very yummy with a big selection.
