The hotel was very conveniently located, not too far from Lago di Braies. It was very nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. We were travelling with our dog and she was welcome. Wifi reception was good and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We only stayed for one night on our way to Braies so we did not get to use SPA etc. but would definitely recommend this hotel for longer stays...

Stayed for one night but wish it was more. Staff were super friendly, rooms clean, food was solid. Lots of activities on daily for guests during summer when ski season is not on. Great location, right in front of the cable cars, good sized rooms, great SPA with larger heated pool than I've seen in most hotels, two different types of Finnish sauna and Turkish bath. The personnel is very welcoming and everybody generally bends over backwards to be helpful. The restaurant quality is also pretty good, definitely better than others we've seen with the same half-board formula.

I stayed at Hotel Almhof Call with my sister while we were attending a yoga festival in the Dolomites. Everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived. The only 4 ⭐️ hotel in Italy with a guide for motorcyclists. I stayed with my son and it was a unique experience with Oliver, who is truly a motorcycle ambassador. I recommend it to all motorcyclists who want to explore the Dolomites and their most hidden corners.

My room was HUGE with wonderful views of the mountains plus a HUGE bathroom with wonderful water pressure. The service was excellent and the hospitality warm and friendly. We were in this hotel as part of a family ski-trip. Since 2008 we have been frequent guests of the establishment. Everything was perfect, both the staff and the owners were extremely kind, the food was impeccable, the spa was amazing and the service was top class. I arrived this morning, helpful and kind staff spacious and very clean rooms I only had one dinner and the compliments to the chef are really great. Nice spa. The property is a pristine mountain chalet, clean and sleek yet traditional. Service is excellent with a young motivated team. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Dinner is excellent, however breakfast needs to be improved. The standing buffet is fine, but the to-order options need to be improved. The pancakes are terrible (just look up on Google what a pancake is and you'll see the difference...

The hotel is located in front of a mountain, which is great if you plan on hiking. However, it's far from shops; you'll need to drive down for about an hour to buy supplies. The road up is only 1.5 lanes wide, so you'll need to slow down and stop. Breakfast options are limited, starting from 7:30-10:00. Ask the reception about ski rentals, there is a free ski depot underneath the nearest ski elevator where you can leave your ski gear. It has all you need and more for winter stay in San Vigilio. Perfect location, clean and very lovely appartments, with all ameneties and the owners are the most kind persons. Everything, from reservation to check-out goes smoothly everytime. Also big + new EV charger.

Very cozy hotel. There is a lift, ski room and parking. The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything you need. Friendly hosts, always ready to help and answer any questions. Wonderful Jacuzzi, saunas. We highly recommend coming and checking it out :)

Beautiful location. Very nice apartment on the garden on the ground floor. The only flaw is the garden which is not for the exclusive use of the apartment and therefore children and other people go there. We had to report to the owner a couple of times the screams of the kids but also the passage of people

This lovely little cosy hotel is run by an amazing woman named Annamaria and her family. Upon our arrival, she went over and beyond to ensure that we settled in right away, commencing with parking our car. There is an outdoor and indoor parking area for your vehicules. We had a lovely stay during our winter holidays. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The cuisine is very nice and tasteful, but in my opinion, breakfast should be more variable. I would say there are enough options, but it would be nice to change them slightly every day or every few days. A great option would be to offer freshly made breakfast items like omelets or pancakes. The hotel is really nice and everything is perfect except the food. We loved the location in the middle of the slopes and forest, the interier is lovely and the staff was nice. For breakfast there were two salamis and few sorts of cheeses (no taste), no orange juice (just pear), just boiled eggs, no Nutela, no spreads. And one day they decided there will be no meat day and there weren’t any different...

Amazing family run place! We will definitely be staying here again. You really get a personable experience - the food is amazing (all homemade by the husband), everyone is friendly. Highly recommend. Tons of beautiful walking and hiking routes within walking distance or a short drive.

What shall I say. Perfect stay in a very clean nice room with fantastic diner and breakfast. Tip: don't eat lunch. It is so much yummie food nearly impossible to resist and impossible to finish everything. House wine is excellent and the host so friendly. Would give 7 stars. Will definitely come back. Lovely hotel on the top of the mountain. Very friendly and nice staff ( but almost don't speak english, just italian and german ). The room view was stunning ( in the photos). On thursday, they serve very nice dinner with variety of delicious south tyrolean food. But reaching to the hotel by car was not so easy due to driving up to the mountain. And don't expect to find anything around the hotel ...

Minimal lunch menu since it's low season I suppose. Just two dishes so we had one of each. Pasta Bolognese and a chicken dish. Both pretty good, pasta is al dente, chicken was moist and tender. Vanilla bean ice cream and cappuccino to top it off. Staff was friendly and accommodating as we were the only guests wanting to sit outside. Great spot for a low key lunch.

Right on a main road. Luckily not much traffic at night. Classic old style place. We booked because there's a restaurant. Unfortunately it was closed. Nobody told us. Convenient stop. They speak a strange language. Mixture of German and Italian. They also spoke English.
