The hotel is pretty good overall but there are some downsides here and there. The quality of the food varies from day to day, the stuff could be trained better even though they are really friendly. The location is really good, the whirlpools in the rooms and the balconies are fantastic. Might be a bit noisy since there are a lot of kids if you're travelling as a couple without kids.

Nice hotel, with good value. I liked the pool and spa, service was also very nice. Super cool thing was that they have a backpack for day trip for hotel guests to use. The only thing is that the rooms might be nicer for a 4 star standard, but if you don't spend all day in the room, they are fine.
It was very nice here, but if someone don't speak German it will be hard for him to communicate
We are regular guest as a Familly... choosing Hotel Post Tolderhof for years as our destination for winter holidays....and constantly coming back with our friends...highly recommended for couples as famillies...and of course horse lovers as myself....

This hotel is perfect in every way. A clean lovely room, friendly staff, delicious dinner, I loved my little balcony looking off into the mountains and the indoor/outdoor infinity pool was fabulous after a long day hiking.
Excellent hotel with good facilities. Swimming pools are situated on the roof of the hotel, they are very large and warm. There are plenty of saunas. The gym is great. A perfect family vacation. The rooms were nice, clean, modern, and spacious. The dinner featured a 4-5 course menu, and the food was truly excellent. The sauna and relaxation pool were a great way to unwind after skiing. Convenient parking at the hotel with no issues.
We have spend 7 wonderful days in Residence Tharerwirt - appartments building (not the hotel one).
Appartmens are new, really spacious and nicely decorated. There are no ovens in kitchen, but there is MicroWave.
Communication with owners and stuff was excellent. They even gave us higher discount than we expected.

Apart from the water paid € 4 every evening in the half board without any notice, everything is perfect. Location, service, friendliness, services. Recommended. Pool and whirlpool suitable for everyone, unlike what other reviews say

I had a great time with my family. Very large room on 2 floors, clean, good food and lots of choice.
My only regret is the wellness center ... the rule of going to the sauna without a swimsuit ... especially in a similar period ... it prevented me from using it ... for everything else I recommend it

August 2021. My husband and I went to the Hotel Astor, arriving unexpectedly early, they welcomed us in the best way. During our stay, we were pampered and ate excellent and well-kept food. Highly recommended by me who are really "fussy"
It's a bit like being a guest of friends. The hotel is family run and therefore different from the larger structures which are perhaps more flashy but impersonal.
Excellent cleanliness and size of the room (ours was a "superior") which was in the next building but joined to the main one by an internal underpass. The view from the balcony is enchanting.

We were not guests, but we were in need. Skilift left us 30km from our car and the owner of the hotel took the ski bus and delivered us to bus station and gave directions how to reach Brunico. If the owner is so kind and helpful im sure its the best hotel in the whole region !

We came to the hotel Mirabell for 4 nights to relax and it was unforgettable time spent there.
Hotel Mirabell is located in centre of Olang, which is surrounded by the beautiful Sudtirol’s mountains. We had this beautiful view from the room’s balcony and even from the poolside.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, the location is good, close to the center of the city (Valdaora di mezzo) you have also a nice view from the Hotel. My chamber was really nice and pretty spacious, with a nice balcony with mountain view. At breakfast you have a nice buffet, buffet also at lunch, for dinner you have a menù that changes every day, they have some vegetarian variations not vegan variations...

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Location . Absolutely amazing breakfast and I loved the spa and pool area. The heated outdoor pool is awesome and the jacuzzi has an amazing view.
The service is perfect, whatever you need they will help you and the people running it are always smiling.
Hotel also offered discounts on bike rentals and wine tastings which was great .

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Kristall, the staff were so attentive to every detail and the hotel has been beautifully designed. Tucked away with amazing views on a quiet mountainside and exceptional food. Worth every penny.

The hotel itself is very simple and the rooms are clean but definitely outdated. This is most likely to be a pit stop rather than somewhere you would stay for two weeks. The hotel is on the main road so if your room is facing the street, you might hear the cars at night. The area is amazing though and there is a lot to visit!!
