Stayed for a week mid August, perfect for families and people who are looking for a relaxed, stress-free vacation.
PROS:
so close to the beach you literally only have to cross the street to get there;
staff members are super friendly, always polite and always ready to help out if you need something;
stunning view from the rooftop terrace (enjoy the sunset there once, if you get the chance);
food is ok, I would say it's standard hotel food;
CONS:
ladies, bring your own blow dryer to blow your hair;
mosquitoes everywhere, but if they become too much of an issue, tell the cleaning ladies and they will help;
the rooftop bar only serves drinks 3 night a week, but it might be temporary;

Really nice and friendly staff at the reception. Always helpfull. Possible to rent bikes and go to places nearby or town center. We were booked in the wrong room but this was solved the next day, good job from the staff at the reception! Rooms at the dependance are good, bathroom little small though.
Swimming pool was ok, enough sunbeds. Breakfast buffet also good, enough choice and fresh fruit. Coffee from a machine is a minus. Getting a drink late in the evening was no problem.

Excellent hotel!!! Property clean, tidy and well organized. All completed by a staff of friendly people and professional in every task! The food is excellent and genuine cuisine from appetizer to dessert! Keep it up Congratulations!!!

Beautiful hotel on the seafront of Versilia. The food is great and tough little (the fish, cook it in a wonderful way) by the kindness and availability of the staff and owner are great. The room is excellent as cleaning. Then I liked a particular, of the germans at the dinner were sbronzati and as usual began to laugh loudly, to Joseph and they have only conceded 2 laughter in the third I felt I personally the front desk, tell him to do the silence because there are people who rests, this thing is not all GOOD.As the location is a few km from Pisa and 3 km from forte dei Marmi. There riandrò definitely.

Very nice top roof swimming pool, the restaurant is exquisite and the location is front sea. Overall is a great hotel

Visited this region of Italy whilst our son was competing in a world kickboxing championships and we stayed in this hotel. The rooms have been renovated to a very good standard and are very modern. The evening meals are very good and there is plenty of choice and the staff are very friendly and always willing the help.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone that is looking to stay in this area.

we stayed here last week with friends for a week and would recommend this hotel. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to help in an way they could.
One of the highlights for us was having a drink on the top floor whilst enjoying the sun setting over the sea.
