Wonderful small hotel, great location and helpful service. The only thing that should be improved is the mattress as it's not that much comfortable. But the rest is 4 star

The location is really very good, a few meters from the beach, from the promenade and shops and restaurants, from a playground. The rooms was very comfortable as well and the owner friendly. Breakfast was really great.

We went in April for a winter break to this rural and real property near Noto and all the beautiful beaches in the area. The rooms are huge and the restaurant is incredible. We really liked the feling of being in the country side of Sicily in a very old farm house, the pool is gigantic and the service spectacular.

This is where you will want to be on honeymoon for a long time. Paradise and truly gorgeous. The restaurant at dinner served up our best meal so far in Sicily. Fantastic cool! The owner is a wonderful host that makes you feel truly at home. We cannot wait to come back again.

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms and badrooms are generally all good. Wifi great, every where. Restaurant is good, but I recommend eating outside the hotel in nearby restaurants. Staff personal are all very friendly but the head woman not so much. The beach is 2.5km away.

Location in an excellent position, a few km from the sea. This is a relaxed and pleasant place with a great room, friendly and helpful staff and a perfect location near some very nice beaches and the town of Portopalo (were we found several really good seafood restaurants.) And the pool is perfect when you want to relax a bit in the afternoon and the children want to continue swimming!

Clean hotel, the structure is located near the sea, the room was very welcoming and throughout the structure there was a very pleasant scent, the bathroom was small but with a large shower, we stayed 3 days and the cleaning with the change of towels was also daily I must underline the kindness of the managers and the excellent welcome. We stayed at Villa Felicia for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a lovely setting with a great pool and nearby there are some great beaches. Villa Felicia is an exceptionally lovely country house type accommodation. Rooms were very comfortable, super clean, and air conditioned to perfection. Pool area is set in mature garden, and the ability to use the pool of close by Terra dei Limoni is a bonus. We were also allowed to use the amenities once we checked out, so we could relax by the pool for a couple of hours before our next check in....

We stayed here 3 nights on an organised tour. Loved our room, it was one in the courtyard along the corridor on the left and hence had our own terrace. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruit and of course cannoli. What let this place down was the main course in the evening. There wasn’t a choice, maybe because we were part of a tour, and either potato or veg but not the two together....

This converted Villa has been turned into a quirky hotel offering large bedrooms over three buildings. The hotel maintains its high class villa feeling with its layout, furnishings and décor. We had an offsite apartment. Overall it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was clean. We had everything we needed. Just a bit annoying not to have immediate access to hotel amenities. We spent a leisurely 14 nights at the San Carlo Suites in October The balcony of our spacious suite overlooked the principal Corso Vittorio Emanuale. We absolutely loved our stay in Noto and San Carlo Suites were amazing. Laura and Lucrezia could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Very suggestive ancient structure in local stone, spacious apartments, taps and toilets to be modernized. Breakfast to rethink, frozen croissants, some soft fruit and poorly kept in the fridge because it is frozen, no typical handcrafted products. Pity. Nice place, very close to the beach, with dedicated parking right in front the apartment. The apartment was clean and with all the services and furniture needed for a long stay (washing machine, etc.) The residebce has a pool, however they have access hours and the use of swimming cap is required. Overall a good stay.
