The location was great just at the border with the city center and very close to amazing beaches. Quiet and with parking space. The breakfast was good.

You stay in rooms located above the apartment where the owners live, equipped with a small terrace and common area, even outside, where the - excellent - breakfast is served. Beautiful corner of the sea, where tranquility reigns. We obviously went the week after mid-August. When you arrive there is a parking lot managed by 2 people. Beware they are rivals. I went to the second parking lot. Parking with shower, 2 sandwiches with peppers and homemade ham € 15.00.

When you go in to get to the beach by car, you are blown away. You are right in the middle of the greenhouses until a farmer greets you with a big smile and you realize you were not wrong! Covered and uncovered pay parking which includes use of shower and toilet. The sea is crystal clear, you can find both sand or rock. Spectacular. It deserves the stop

Beautiful place, wild nature, accessed by a slightly dirt road, paid parking, 3 or 5 € very nice owner who explains everything to do and also tells you some old anecdote. Obligatory stop for those who are in the area.

Very pretty and Nino is, as others have said, a nice chap. You can lounge on the slithers of beach in someone else's lap or on the green grass (grass in Sicily is a novelty in itself). However, difficult with young children as you have to climb over a barrier of rocks to get to a beach with any kind of space. Maybe we'll come back another year.

The property is based in a new, beautiful villa, overlooking the entire south-east coast of Sicily. Next to the rooms, there is a wide green area where you can enjoy your breakfast but also relax any time of the day. Parking is very comfortable, as there is enough space to fit all cars of the guests. Owners are very kind with plenty of suggestions on what to do and where to go.

A b & b that looks like a resort in how it is managed and cared for by the owner Nunzio. Nunzio is the engine of the plant. A real paradise surrounded by nature a few steps from the sea and the village of Pachino. The rooms are very comfortable and you have all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast. We will definitely be back next summer !! 😁😁

The staff was very helpfull and welcoming, helped me with my luggage and arranged everything so I could do an earlier check in and go to the beaches,they explained where to go and what to see. So far away from home, I felt at home. The mobile house was beautiful and has a lovely terace.Would recomend them :)

Davide and his father Sebastiano are very kind hosts, they are responsive and always make themselves available to the guest’s need. The B&B is surrounded by the olive trees, very quiet and yet the location is perfect to visit San Lorenzo beach and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. Private parking with cover is really a bonus. The breakfast vouchers worked very well for us.

Perfect location close to Marzamemi and Portopalo (10 minutes drive); plenty of street parking right in front of the property. Very gentle owner, explained how to self check in (very easy). Room (n.2) was big and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. We asked for a drying rack and the owner got it for us :)

It was super clean and everything looked brand-new. The hostesses (two sisters) are great. One of them bakes delicious cakes that you can taste at breakfast. Finding a spot to park your car nearby it's very easy and there is a supermarket very close to the property where you can find everything you may need. Besides, it is just 10 minutes away by car from the lovely Marzamemi village.

Tidy and well cleaned, the stairs are annoying but patience, pity about the lack of a garage (which exists, however) ... excellent breakfast, very courteous managers.
