Case Vacanza further is a great "home base" that allows you to enjoy your trips, and perhaps also take it easy a few days, especially as there is a pool and the garden is spacious and well-kept. A great house, with cute interiors in a great area...

Ideal place for people who want to relax body and mind. Excellent reception. Cute little village and nothing is missing. Restaurant pizzeria Adriana pizza and fish excellent, trattoria the excellent bark x meat. Tactical place to visit caves, parks, adventure parks, near Versilia where you can find everything. Ten days of vacation passed quickly.

A nice house overlooking a splendid sea of lotuses (!! Never saw that in Europe) with a large room with good a/c good bed and good bathroom very kind and helpful family running the hotel

The hotel is located in a very strategic position near Viareggio and Lucca the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent the bathroom very large and well furnished and clean !!! The welcome and availability of the lady are rare things these days !!! Thank you and goodbye Andrew

Pleasant stay and a great location to visit places in the surrounding area. The hosts (Alessio and Chiara) were very nice, welcoming and helpful. They suggested places that we can visit and where we can eat. The room was quite spacious and clean and the area was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and part of it home-made. Strongly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Massarosa

A little gem in this part of Tuscany. It is a bit weirdly located but don't let that prevent you from booking an apartment. The apartments are large, made of high quality materials, excellent airco's, nice furniture, fully equipped, and very quiet. The pool isn't large but clean and fits the bill. The bar is busy and has a good wine collection + good breakfast/lunch options. Free parking...

Great central location very close to good restaurants and a grocery store 2 min walk from the apartment. The property is quiet despite the proximity to a road and has a child friendly pool.

The room is spacious and with plenty of light, with a balcony too! The bathroom was very comfortable as well. The staff is extremely friendly and flexible - they also gave us a lift to the nearby village! Highly recommended!

Simple, clean, small 1950s hotel. It was the only hotel available within a radius of tens of km on the weekend of August, booked the "lastre second" for the same evening. I stayed overnight in a single room which was comfortable and clean. There is no air conditioning but fortunately I didn't need it. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. I recommend it, but keep in mind that it has only one star...

I thought the previous negative reviews about excessive street noise were exaggerated, but unfortunately from experience I confirm all of this. rooms without air conditioning but simple ceiling fan that in the heat does not create much relief. functional bathroom and welcome welcome, with free bottle of water, coffee machine with pods and a shared fridge available for guests

We stayed here for a family holiday. The house is situated on a hill, at about 150m altitude, which makes that you have a marvelous sight on the see, which is approximately 6 to 7km away. Also inside the house, the sight is just splendid and very relaxing. You instantly get that "holiday feeling". House itself is wonderful as well, very classy and stylish. A wonderful, very comfortable accommodation. The location is strategic to visit Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta. Mrs. Mariangela offers precious advice as much as her eggs, her chickens, cooked in the pan ... an unforgettable breakfast, even for homemade desserts. I recommend it and can't wait to go back

The building is very cozy, the room is spacious. It has a good own parking. The host, Ilaria is very nice and helpful. You can easily visit Lucca, Pisa and Viareggio by car.

Nicole, the lady who took care of us was kind and friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was very good, typical Italian with fresh and delicious pastries. We also visited the restaurant, next to the B & B, belonging to the same family and everything was excellent.

Very clean, abundant breakfast included in the price, fenced parking space, cheap and 7 minutes from Viareggio. All accompanied by the kindness of Ilaria. It didn't seem real, but we had a great time (with dog in tow). We will come back for sure.

Quiet b & b with only three rooms if I'm not mistaken. Good breakfast, room finishes improved, excellent cleaning. Neo, in winter the heating hardly reaches 20 degrees. Those who feel cold are warned ....

We stayed in this splendid B&B for business reasons. The property is located in a quiet area but well served by all services: shops, distributors, bars and restaurants. From there, the most important urban centers and seaside resorts of Versilia are easily reachable. Always clean and airy rooms; Abundant breakfast; cordiality of Mrs. Ilaria. the internal parking a plus value. If you want to eat well, without taking the car, the restaurant da Ferro is a guarantee to be able to taste Tuscan cuisine. Definitely recommended

The hosts were most helpful, the location is central to visit Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio and Torre del Lago. We went to Pisa via a small coastal road. Saw the opera La Bohème in Torre del Lago and had an excellent dinner in the nearby restaurant L’ Oliveta. All because of the central location.

We loved our stay here! Very friendly hosts & the continental breakfast was a great touch. I would recommend a car though as it’s off main roads so a bit tricky to walk far anywhere (we had one & used it a lot). Thanks for having us!
