A nice house overlooking a splendid sea of lotuses (!! Never saw that in Europe) with a large room with good a/c good bed and good bathroom very kind and helpful family running the hotel

The hotel is located in a very strategic position near Viareggio and Lucca the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent the bathroom very large and well furnished and clean !!! The welcome and availability of the lady are rare things these days !!! Thank you and goodbye Andrew

Pleasant stay and a great location to visit places in the surrounding area. The hosts (Alessio and Chiara) were very nice, welcoming and helpful. They suggested places that we can visit and where we can eat. The room was quite spacious and clean and the area was quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and part of it home-made. Strongly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Massarosa

The room is spacious and with plenty of light, with a balcony too! The bathroom was very comfortable as well. The staff is extremely friendly and flexible - they also gave us a lift to the nearby village! Highly recommended!

Simple, clean, small 1950s hotel. It was the only hotel available within a radius of tens of km on the weekend of August, booked the "lastre second" for the same evening. I stayed overnight in a single room which was comfortable and clean. There is no air conditioning but fortunately I didn't need it. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. I thought the previous negative reviews about excessive street noise were exaggerated, but unfortunately from experience I confirm all of this. rooms without air conditioning but simple ceiling fan that in the heat does not create much relief. functional bathroom and welcome welcome, with free bottle of water, coffee machine with pods and a shared fridge available for guests

A little gem in this part of Tuscany. It is a bit weirdly located but don't let that prevent you from booking an apartment. The apartments are large, made of high quality materials, excellent airco's, nice furniture, fully equipped, and very quiet. The pool isn't large but clean and fits the bill. Great central location very close to good restaurants and a grocery store 2 min walk from the apartment. The property is quiet despite the proximity to a road and has a child friendly pool.

We couldn’t stay the night as we had to change our plans and check out with in couple of Hours. But what we saw was: very polite and helpful host. Room was clean and had good A/C. location to the sea is about 300 meters. Parking is a challenge. and You can buy your 24hrs parking pass from reception.

Two-star hotel located in a strategic position. We stayed for one night with three children. Spotless, simple and informal. The rooms are not very big, but there were 5 of us and we had a good time. The breakfast offers everything you can imagine.

Excellent position. The staff are truly generous and hospitable, also very attentive to details. Very nice even with children. The room was clean and welcoming. We spent the last year in the structure and the dinner was really nice and tasty, we felt like being at home. Thanks for everything.

Dog friendly, close to the beach, close to the strip/shopping/restaurants. A little bit dated, but the prices are good. If you travel with a dog, I'd recommend this hotel. --> For not dog owner still great, there is no dog/bark noise. Friendliest staff ever. Prices for coffee great. Would definitely recommend.

Cosy quaint hotel in Viareggio in a great location. It's close to the bus terminal and the long pedestrian walkway parallel to the beach. The breakfast is quite good considering its 3-star rating.

There used to be quaint seating outside of this hotel on the corner. Not sure if it's still there. We had an agreement with this hotel to come have dinner there at night. The chef, Rosa, always prepared great food.

We went in winter for a single day so the review won't be too harsh. We were 4 but the room was clearly for 2 only and they managed to stuff a bunk bed on a side, definitely too small for us.

There are no amenities like rooftops, bars, pools etc which TBF they don't claim to have but even the partnership with a beach they have, you can only get the furthest from the sea row for €30. We had the super-suite at the top of the hotel, a trio of fabulous rooms, bedroom, dining, sitting. Outside is a huge terrace, not overlooked and a jacuzzi. Seriously, this is my kind of place. I truly wanted to love this hotel. But, alas, I didn't. Left with a bit of a sour taste. The rooms are not bad, and generally well appointed. However, you need to understand that the entire price you're paying is only for the room. The hotel has no amenities: no gym, no pool, no rooftop and nowhere to be able to hang out and work. While there is a lounge area, it's not very conducive to a comfortable...

Stayed at Hotel London for one week in june/july with our adult children. Got two seperate rooms on different floors. First of all - Hotel London is a nice petite hotel by the beach in Viareggio, but I feel that you pay way more than you actually get.. Positive: - central - by the beach - «cosy» hotel - OK breakfast - polite staff Negative/neutral: - small and «out of date» rooms - shower - eeh .....

No elevator. I was on the top floor. Bit of a climb. Also I had a sloped roof above. So everytime I got out of bed I smacked my head. Don't stay on the third floor! Very central. Very clean and great staff.

Friendly and nice family owned hotel, located short walk from the beach. The lobby is not open 24/7, but you can call the owners and they will happily open the door and assist. The hotel is calm and elderly friendly. The breakfast has the be ordered the day before and is simple (nothing fancy). We had a good stay.

Hotel is very clean and conveniently located with small proximity to the beach entry. The staff is friendly with the owner leading the way. He speaks English fluently and available for guests to assist. Late arrival is not a problem. We came and left late. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice little hotell driven by a friendly hard working Italien family.... I enjoy the well cleaned room even if our family bring a lot of sand to the room it was nice clean day. The room Ac was perfect even if it was 34 degress outside... the bathroom wasnt big but in good standard and fresh..Its easy to walk 14min Leonardi davinci street from the train station, and close to the bath houses ca 70m....
