Lovely old school hotel. We went to Viareggio for Carnevale and this hotel was the perfect place to view the festivities while unwinding at the spa between performances. Be advised that the spa facilities are actually closed on performance days though. Friendly, accommodating staff and beautiful public spaces as well. Good value for money.

Lovely place, garden, pool, fitness hall, bar near the pool, fulfilled with kind and friendly staff. I was worried about missing the air conditioning but the tall rooms and centralised air system made the expected temperature.

Love this beautiful gem! The staff are all exceptional! I believe they meet daily to share about their guests, so no detail is overlooked. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The only surprise was having a bar directly across from our room, in the building across the street, the music could be quite loud. The pool isn’t great for swimming laps, but what a wonderful pool for lounging and taking...

A great experience overall being there as a guest. Nice, romantic rooms. You feel very welcome and special being there. A breakfast that is one of a kind! Nothing that isn’t there on the table. Service is of a high level as you want it to be. The sundeck on the roof is perfect for relaxing and a cocktail afterwards watching the sunset makes it complete. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This fabulous hotel welcomed us with warmth and luxury from the moment we arrived. The room was wonderful and the food excellent. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were well-made and the view magnificent. I stayed here in October 2019. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was lovely and clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast including bacon and scrambled egg. It is right on the sea front close to the marina and pier. Staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and the views from the roof terrace (solarium) are fantastic.

As a world traveler, this hotel went right to the top 3 beat hotels on my list ! High end design, service and staff are outstanding and left me speechless with the willing to help in any request. The hotel is in a wonderfull position right in front of the seaside. The rooms are very comfortable, spatious and clean. The bathroom is large, too. The personnel is very gentle and the service is perfect.

Lovely hotel, friendly service, and elegant rooms let down by two things. Extremely poor wireless (signal perfect, bandwidth horrendous), like - if you are relying on internet to plan your next hotel etc then forget it. It's just impossible to load pages. Secondly breakfast is 7-10.30 which is fine. You can arrive at 10.25, which is fine. But everything is packed away promptly at 10.40, which is not...

We visited the hotel during the low season in Winter. We enjoyed the stay, comfortable room and clean toilet, nice quiet hotel surroundings, close to seaside, but a bit far to get to Pisa from hotel (around 55 to 60 euro one way by taxi). Still we like the hotel and their friendly and helpful staff.

Me and my parents stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, and it was great! Historical hotel in the grande early twentieth century style. Maintains the tradition of excellent staff and grandiose surroundings. Perfectly positioned right on the sea front just steps away from restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night but would gladly return. Best for older generation looking for relax and comfort.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Free parking on site. The rooms are not spacious, but we only came there to sleep. The breakfast is varied, and not just breads :) The free beach is 7-10 minutes walk, but it is so small and noisy that we chose one of the paid ones, in season (July/August) the cost is 30 euros per person per day for an umbrella and two sun loungers . Very nice hotel! Great location just on the corner of the boulevard. The room was way larger than expected (we had a room including a small kitchen). The windows all had blinds which made sleeping very comfortable. Also the beds were nice and the bathroom was OK, although the shower itself was not that big. The staff was very friendly!
