Everything about this hotel is top tier. The staff is so incredibly kind and the rooms are amazing. We are on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suite without asking upon arrival. Also, the breakfast buffet is one of the nicest I have ever seen in any country. We stayed here for 4 nights and I will miss it dearly when going back to the states! Such a beautiful hotel in a beach town.

Lovely old school hotel. We went to Viareggio for Carnevale and this hotel was the perfect place to view the festivities while unwinding at the spa between performances. Be advised that the spa facilities are actually closed on performance days though. Friendly, accommodating staff and beautiful public spaces as well. Good value for money.

Very cool hotel, good food, nice staff, beach is literally opposite to the hotel so there's no need to walk alot to go swimming in sea. There's also swimming pool(s).

I liked pretty much everything. The room was quite confy and with a lovely view, the food in the restaurant was delicious! The location right next to the beach is just perfect.

Lovely modern, clean hotel in a great location. Really friendly staff. Seaview rooms have a fantastic view. Swimming pool and spa great too. Large variety of food for buffet breakfast including continental and cooked. Would definitely stay here again.

Defintely not the best 4* hotel. Cons: Noisy room on the road side(ask for the other side). Balcony chair, table and toilet appliences are rusty. Pros: Comfy room&bed, Pinocchio beach deal is amazing. Neutral: parking is free but there’s already free parking next to hotel.

As others have said, this hotel is ok but it's far from special. We were unlucky to get a room at the back with a view of the street behind. Breakfast has a good choice, although don't get too excited for the cooked part. We visited the hotel during the low season in Winter. We enjoyed the stay, comfortable room and clean toilet, nice quiet hotel surroundings, close to seaside, but a bit far to get to Pisa from hotel (around 55 to 60 euro one way by taxi). Still we like the hotel and their friendly and helpful staff.

Great location near to beach, shopping and restaurants. Can be a little loud if you have a room facing or near main street. Parking is available for 5 euro a day for your stay. Rooms are ok. Friendly staff. Good value.

I stayed here in October 2019. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was lovely and clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast including bacon and scrambled egg. It is right on the sea front close to the marina and pier. Staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and the views from the roof terrace (solarium) are fantastic.

Great stay at Hotel Eden! The staff has been exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay here. Morning breakfast is simple, but delicious. The location of the hotel could not be better. The room was extremely clean and maintained very well by housekeeping. Will return to Eden again!

As a world traveler, this hotel went right to the top 3 beat hotels on my list ! High end design, service and staff are outstanding and left me speechless with the willing to help in any request. Rooms are clean and they are alerted to the Covid-19 rules , everyone wear masks and making sure the guests are following. Without a doubt will be back soon ! Thank you for amazing week :-)

My room was very clean, modern and well furnished and the hotel bedrooms bathrooms and reception is equipped to a very high standard. I will be booking here again when next in Viareggio in October.

This was a great stay. One of my best 3 Star in Italy. The staff so really nice and I was able to even store my bicycle save on the balcony ☺️ Room has been very nice with balcony and sea view. Viareggio is beautiful and this hotel is near the beach. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast tastes great but a little limited in choices and the chairs are not very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, shower is small and walls seem to be paperthin because we could hear everything around us. The hotel couldn't be closer to the sea, you just cross the street and you're at the promenade. The stay was amazing, starting from the super clean, air-conditioned, nicely smelling room to the delicious breakfasts served at the rooftop terrace... The staff was so welcoming, helpful and polite, we really felt welcome. Thank you! I hope to be staying there again in the future.

Lovely place, garden, pool, fitness hall, bar near the pool, fulfilled with kind and friendly staff. I was worried about missing the air conditioning but the tall rooms and centralised air system made the expected temperature.

We had an incredible stay ! We were there mid-season (april) with our kids. The interior swimming pool was a fantastic asset to have. Thanks to the weather we even had the chance to enjoy the sun by the external pool or in the garden loungers. The hotel is very relaxing, you can hear the birds singing in the surroundings trees. We absolutely love this little gem! The Spa with heated pool and large comfortable rooms perfect for a family of four. Unfortunately this time around the restaurant on the ground floor was a big disappointment, the food does not live up to the rest of the standard of this hotel. Spacious and bright rooms. The spa is excellent for children with its heated pool. There is a very handy play area with good toys. There are bikes for rental and umbrellas to borrow. Staff are friendly and polite. Occasionally the front desk staff prioritized phone calls over physical people which was annoying.

Stayed at Hotel London for one week in june/july with our adult children. Got two seperate rooms on different floors. First of all - Hotel London is a nice petite hotel by the beach in Viareggio, but I feel that you pay way more than you actually get.. Positive: - central - by the beach - «cosy» hotel - OK breakfast - polite staff Negative/neutral: - small and «out of date» rooms - shower - eeh .....

Very nice staff and clean room. I was never able to try their breakfasts as I was always out the door at 06:30am (they serve breakfast at 08:00 I believe) but I tried dinner there and it was superb!

From the moment I booked until I left I felt nothing but comfort! I don't understand how a traveler can complain that the staff doesn't speak English?! In addition, Francesca, for example, speaks excellent German (although I tried to reactivate my rusty Italian ;) ). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms have class and every comfort. Hotel Europe, Lido di Camaiore. A real palace! But at the same time a modern, ideal hotel. Own parking, garden with swimming pool, bicycles. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and not cramped. Plumbing, furniture, appliances - everything is new! I think there was a complete renovation this year, but they kept a lot of details from the last century - it turned out eclectic, modern in public areas...

Excellent price/quality ratio. Free parking on site. The rooms are not spacious, but we only came there to sleep. The breakfast is varied, and not just breads :) The free beach is 7-10 minutes walk, but it is so small and noisy that we chose one of the paid ones, in season (July/August) the cost is 30 euros per person per day for an umbrella and two sun loungers . There is also a swimming pool on site

Great place the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was exceptional, the price was very reasonable everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. And the view.....on one side you have the west coast sea and on the other mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is fine for Viareggio, very, very, dated exterior. It looks a lot like a gulag from the outside. Peeling paint and fungus fountains. The signs and hoardings are all peeling and tree roots have rendered the car park into a brick based mountain range. Inside is a little better - almost like a Soviet Union theme.
