The phenomenal location with beautifully maintained apartments is situated in an amazing environment. We were in Villa Sasso. The apartments are very stylish, modern and practical. You really do not fall short. The entire location is certainly child-friendly. The garden is beautiful and you walk between the fresh fruit, the many flowers, beautiful plants and occasionally crazy salamanders to the lovely pool where you can enjoy an unforgettable view. For the cold days there is the possibility to swim indoors or enjoy a warm sauna.

Do not forget to eat at their Artemis restaurant on the beautiful Italian veranda. At breakfast you get spontaneous choice stress from the enormous offer. Even Italians from the region come especially for it. Be surprised during dinner and enjoy their selection of fine wines and delicacies from the region.

We didn’t sit still. The environment has so much to offer that your time is short. Meran is, on the free bikes of Villa Tivoli, to reach in 2 min and has everything you are looking for. Like many star restaurants, modern and old shops and enough cultural attractions. In the nearby mountains you can practice all kinds of water sports and outdoor activities. So something for everyone.

What an awesome place and what a truly great experience. Logical that most visitors come back here. Our compliments to the family and hopefully we’re back soon! What a must! Bellissimo!

A great address for active, self-sufficient travelers. We had a great time with Rudi and his family. The host is incredibly warm, courteous and generous.
The complex consists of three buildings: the hotel - Villa Tivoli, and the two apartment buildings - Villa Verdi and Villa Sasso. The apartments in the Villa Sasso are well equipped and contain everything you need. Even for long stays. WiFi works quickly and perfectly.
All amenities such as pool, sauna, parking lot, fitness studio are fully available to guests. The outdoor pool, embedded in the rock, is definitely a highlight.
In addition, the Villa Sasso is a great starting point for hikes, excursions into the city, bike tours, ... you can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes and at the same time you are far enough away from the noise to sleep well and peacefully.
