Clean rooms and a very Nice view of the Harbour.

Lovely place for a short stay. Very clean rooms. Could improve the English speaking.

Manager was super aggressive asking to pay for city tax, and did not understand the English explanation that I had already paid for it, only after studying for 10min the receipt they'd given me the day before he accepted I didn't owe them anything. Very unpleasant

Staff were particularly helpful and keen to help us when ever they could.

Good location near port and also city center, nice rooms, kind personal, good breakfast, easy parking.

The Hotel is set in the West coast of Milazzo in the middle of via Tonno, just in front of a wonderful clear sea. Beautiful little bed and breakfast style hotel, with a lovely courtyard where you can have breakfast outside in the warmer months. I stayed in the seaview rooms which have a lovely view out to the beach, other rooms are available with more amenities if needed. My room was simple but lovely and well kept by the attentive hotel cleaning staff. The beach is a nice pebble beach that gets deep fast so...

We stayed here just one night, arranged by our tour operator, Esplora Travel. the place is compact, stylishly decorated and quirky. It is run by 2 sisters who are extremely stylish ladies themselves. We were lucky in that we had a family room with an extra bed and a beautiful large bath so were very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit basic and limited.

The name of the hotel, "La Chicca", means in Italian something precious, and it is fully deserved. it is a boutique hotel with excelent accomodations and service. The staff is really kind and takes excellent care of the customers , in my case making a reservations not related to my stay. But the real surprise is the hotel restaurant. Their Sicily cuisine is outstanding and the prices are really honest...

This hotel is very close to the town centre. The room was large and very clean. The shower was very good. The wi-fi was weak. The bed was very large. There were lots of issues trying to get the air conditioning to go below 26 degrees.

This establishment is fantastic! The customer service goes above and beyond. Clara and Rebecca made our stay so very pleasant! Thank you ladies! I highly recommend La Chicca. And also, the place is spotless!

Gorgeous premise, it looks it like brings you back in the Old times.. Very warm and friendly staff, simple, cosy and very clean..immaculate rooms, you should see the bathrooms...the hotel is so close to lots of caffè's in the area and the seaside is walking distance, just three minutes. Will definitely come back next year! Loving it!

Hotel chosen at random especially for the excellent price to stay one night, and then take the ferry to the Aeolian Islands from Milazzo. Our expectations weren't high, we just needed a room to sleep. Don't let the exterior facade fool you, because inside the room has everything you need. The owner is a very kind guy, who will certainly know how to take care of you.

Hotel in the center of milazzo, next to the port. General facilities quite old but the room was completely renovated, with air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, mini fridge. In addition to the double bed, they put a new bunk bed for the children. Relation quality - acceptable price.

Giuseppe in reception was really helpful,he red some nice Vittorini quotes I never heard before! "Thus those who suffered personal misfortune and those who suffered the pain of the wronged world were together in the nude tomb of wine,and could be like spirits,finally parted from this world and suffering and wrongs" Just talk with Giuseppe and he will introduce you to this amazing Sicilian author...

The rooms were spacious and had some good features. The bathrooms were nice. The staff didn't speak great English but was friendly and willing to help. The outdoor breakfast area was fantastic.

Fabulous hotel with excellent service and room, and outstanding views. Balcony overlooking the bay and castle. Dinner was lovely and the breakfast was included and was delicious. We only stayed one night and wish it was more. We intend to come back.

An excellent hotel with stunning views from the pool area. Free parking is also available. The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast and a la carte dishes were of a high quality. The staff is very friendly and communicated well in English. Our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Location isn't great for anyone who doesn't have a car or has mobility issues. The restaurant has a wonderful menu and service and presentation are superb. Breakfast has a unexciting selection on offer but I wouldn't recommend asking for an omelet, it seemed pre-made.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in Milazzo and about to visit the aeolian islands. The view from the hotel sea view rooms is stunning, and the location is a 4 minute walk down to the main square. The rooms were OK, beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms are dark. Breakfast was decent, staff are friendly and the pool areas are also nice. There are also people that live on the same premises...

Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the port and the promenade of Milazzo. At check-in kindness and friendliness marked the arrival. Deluxe room with air conditioning, large, with fridge and TV. Large bathroom with shower. We stayed 8 nights, excellent cleaning of the room with daily change of shower towels and used towels, 3 times the change of sheets. Good breakfast with croissants, rusks, jam, butto...

Friendliness is the watchword !! Structure located near the port and a short walk from the center of Milazzo. Large and clean room. Staff and owner very kind and helpful. Excellent experience for those who want to go to the Aeolian Islands and to visit Milazzo. We will definitely be back, we recommend it !!

We stood at Hotel San Michele for 4 nights in August 2019 and had a great time. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is excellent. Antonella was so nice and helped us set up a tour to the island of Vulcano. The beaches in Milazzo are incredible and within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the shower and room size. I wish more hotels in Italy were like this one.

Lovely little hotel in the center of Milazzo. Decorated with taste, with beautiful historic elements. During my stay of several days, I lived in a double room. Everything was perfect. Breakfasts - very tasty, especially cakes and pastries. The port and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk.

Very good value accommodation in the heart of Milazzo in an elegant pedestrian street Air-Con room was spotless clean. The bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Also the WiFi worked without any problem. A family run business where the owners can give you all kind of tourist advice. If has an elevator, so you won’t have to worry if you’re carrying a heavy luggage...

Nice little hotel, right across the street from the ferry terminal for an early boat to the eolic islands. As they are well aware of that, the hotel offers an early breakfast and for an extra fee you can leave your car in their locked garage while you are on the islands. The hotel has free wifi and a small tobacco shop/bar attached, the rooms to the street are a bit noisy, the roof terrace is nice

Great location in relation to the ferry. The lady at the front desk when we arrived was wonderful. She helped is with parking for the evening, and with how to get to the parking we reserved for the following day. She knew we had an early ferry and made sure to have breakfast ready early for us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

For my business trip, the hotel was well located. Staff eager and friendly. Fitness room was the weak spot. Don't plan on using it if you are serious about exercise.

I ended up spending a total of 11 nights here, so became very acquainted with the hotel and area. We chose this hotel based on its tripadvisor rating. The hotel is new and we were given a suite at a very good price due to it being the off season. As the location was central to the places we were going, we extended our stay to 3 nights. The hotel is opposite the sea and about a 5minute walk to the centre of town and 10 minutes to the harbour where the ferries leave for the Aeolian islands. The suite...

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The shower was a little on the smaller side, but the water pressure was great. Staff was very friendly. The location was great. A/C was very good. Disliked · The bed and bedding were a little uncomfortable, but I still managed a good night of sleep. This is a comfortable little hotel, but don't go there expecting the Hilton.

It is located on the road next to sea. I had room with sea view which had good sound proofing and good WiFi. I normally found parking in the street but Saturday evening I did not move car because very busy. Paid parking quite far away. Breakfast is continental and with few choices.

Building overlooking the port of Milazzo with inside a series of clean bedrooms with bathroom with TV and balcony. Adjacent to the BB there is a typical Milazzese restaurant and a guarded paid garage for your car. A few minutes on foot to reach the town centre. The owner of the property is always helpful and friendly. To try!
