The rooms were spacious and had some good features. The bathrooms were nice. The staff didn't speak great English but was friendly and willing to help. The outdoor breakfast area was fantastic.

Manager was super aggressive asking to pay for city tax, and did not understand the English explanation that I had already paid for it, only after studying for 10min the receipt they'd given me the day before he accepted I didn't owe them anything. Very unpleasant

Surrounded by the old town, we found it right away, helpful owner and large beds. Even in february we spent most of the time outside.

I don't know where the bad ratings for the accommodation come from We were the three of us and everything was fine. Managed to do a late check-in, it was very clean and quiet. Very good location, close to the city center, close to good restaurants and the port. The price is really low for the location and conditions. I definitely recommend it. We enjoyed our staying very much. It is a comfortable and nice Apartment close to the seaside and to the castello di milazzo. The hosts are nice and helpful with good recommendations of what to explote nearby. The neighborhood is quit and all neighbours are very friendly. We would definitely come back!

The owner was very helpful, the rooms are clean, new and organized. Everything was pretty. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although parking is offered, you don't have to use it, since you can park on the street. The location was great for us.

Very nice place with a Sicilian vibe. The check in is till 21:30 but even though we arrived at midnight they checked us in and told all the needed things. The included breakfast is great! You order in advance and you can really get full. Pretty plates too :)

This hotel is located next to the coast road which is during the day heavy trafficked. The hotel has not its own parking, so sometimes is impossible to park the car near the structure. Charming and more than a little eccentric but good value in April at £38 for a double ensuite room. My room was a kooky homage to a 1960's sail boat but it was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was fine. The hair dryer wasn't working which was the only niggle. On the sea, in the mornig fishers sell their fishes. Quiet place on the road to call di Milazzo a wonderful sightseeing place. Room is elegant and the staff very kind, breakfast is complete, in salad and sweet version. Few minutes to historical center... I'll come back.

We stood at Hotel San Michele for 4 nights in August 2019 and had a great time. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is excellent. Antonella was so nice and helped us set up a tour to the island of Vulcano. The beaches in Milazzo are incredible and within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the shower and room size. I wish more hotels in Italy were like this one.

No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Location isn't great for anyone who doesn't have a car or has mobility issues. The restaurant has a wonderful menu and service and presentation are superb. Breakfast has a unexciting selection on offer but I wouldn't recommend asking for an omelet, it seemed pre-made.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in Milazzo and about to visit the aeolian islands. The view from the hotel sea view rooms is stunning, and the location is a 4 minute walk down to the main square. The rooms were OK, beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms are dark. Breakfast was decent, staff are friendly and the pool areas are also nice. There are also people that live on the same premises...

Lovely little hotel in the center of Milazzo. Decorated with taste, with beautiful historic elements. During my stay of several days, I lived in a double room. Everything was perfect. Breakfasts - very tasty, especially cakes and pastries. The port and bus stops are within a few minutes' walk.

Very good value accommodation in the heart of Milazzo in an elegant pedestrian street Air-Con room was spotless clean. The bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Nice little hotel, right across the street from the ferry terminal for an early boat to the eolic islands. As they are well aware of that, the hotel offers an early breakfast and for an extra fee you can leave your car in their locked garage while you are on the islands. The hotel has free wifi and a small tobacco shop/bar attached, the rooms to the street are a bit noisy, the roof terrace is nice
