Great hotel! Very friendly and very clean. Highly recommended!

Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

I liked the easy way to access the property!

Fabulous Hotel, Great Location. We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

Hotel is clean and cosy. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend it! Only pitfall, the heating was difficult to turn down, but we were fine anyhow.

The staff was all delightful. The location is just outside the old city and an easy walk to the main attractions. If you rent a car, you can park right out front or can catch bus as the routes are right outside. The outside & inside lobby are spacious. I was booked a room in advance for work but i was goin to be late so i did rebook it, they almost immediately confirmed than 1day later it looked like i will need to cancel it because i wont go there, and they actualy waived the cancelation fee wich was the price for the room. So i wasn’t be able to spend a night there but the customer service is over the top for me. Keep it up the good work guys!

Hospitality house a stone's throw from the polyclinic of Modena and the university, a nerve center to visit Modena center, possibility of having a parking space. We stayed in the double attic room, which was extremely cute! The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is beyond helpful! The pool Is also a nice benefit to our stay! Very good hotel! It's a classic hotel! We stayed one night and the room we chose was perfect! We had an espresso at the bar which was very good! The daily rate charged is consistent with the region! We definitely recommend it! Finally, no criticism!

It is in a very odd location but good on the inside. Rooms were very spacious and comfy but maybe the hotel could do with something like a pool. Over all it was pretty good.

Not the first time we stopped here but this time it was very disappointing . The real plus is location and free parking. The service is kind and cooperative but the Rooms were not cleaned well several towels were not clean. The basin sink in the bathroom was dangerously moving.

Close to the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, quick check-in, friendly staff, very spacious and clean rooms, smells clean everywhere, very nice breakfast with lots of options and fresh coffee. Would definitely recommend it!

The property wasn’t located where I thought & was just off the highway, BUT in saying that it was adequate for a night. The room was large & spotlessly clean. breakfast was well laid out, a lot of options.

I was looking for a hotel near Modena station. This hotel was listed and with decent reviews. The main problem with this hotel is that the station nearby has nothing to do with the main Modena station. That is for local trains. It is 2.5 km from Modena station so a taxi ride away hence only suitable for people with cars. So taxi cost should be added to room costs for comparison purposes.

Hotel is off a side street that is hard to find if your driving. Our room was upstairs adjacent to the common exit door which can be noisy with people traffic. Room was clean and comfortable.

Meant to be the only 5 star hotel in Modena which has been recently renovated. On getting to the room we noticed a buzzing sound which permeates the whole hotel, no room is exempt! No wonder there are ear plugs available. Also the bath is the most ridiculous design. You have to straddle the bath to reach the taps v dangerous. There was no turndown service and in the morning we got an unrequested wake...

I was happy with the quality of the room and the breakfast, but I didn’t feel particularly welcomed when I arrived. Or when I checked out.  Also the batteries in the TV remote were held on with sticky tape - not 4 star!

The room is really small, but still clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good, the service was pretty good, warm and generous. The key is really special, it can be used for self-defense. The recommended restaurant is very good

The location worked well for me, in between the train station and the "city center". My room was fairly large but the bathroom was "cramped" and the bide was kind of in the way all the time. -there was some street noise in my room. As a place to stay that is close to the center of Modena this is a great hotel. However you must remember it is a three star hotel.
