Rooms were great, clean, safe, staff upon checking in were great, friendly and informative. Food in their restaurant was fabulous.

Only reason the room is 4 stars is because apparently the wifi signal doesn’t reach that specific location. Otherwise, great place with very kind staff (all polyglots so they probably speak your language). The restaurant was delicious and a great value. I had the tagliatelle allá bolognese, steak with Parmesan and arugula and the desert was great but can’t remember the name.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel is right next to the highway exit. Perfect for the rest after long journey. Reception, service, hotel restaurant, staff, clean rooms...everything perfect.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, the hotel is very nice. The room is new, very clean, very big bed and includes everything that you would need during your stay. There is a free breakfast buffet and they take care about covid measures. During the evening there is a very nice restaurant that opens at 7:30. Staff are very nice, I really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! The bed may be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel restaurant was a delightful start to our day. Service was friendly and helpful.

I thought this was a 3 star hotel instead of 4. However it was fine for an overnight stay. Rooms were on the small side, shower pressure was good and it’s near the station

Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the location. We were kind of worried how we’d make it to our dinner reservation but the front desk was able to get a taxi to us in under 2 minutes with a click of a button, and the hotel was within walking distance to some great gardens and museums!

Nice hotel. Well-furnished and equipped room (single). Breakfast has only few options. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not satisfactory - deep-fried dried-up fish chunks with tough coating and roasted potatoes. Salad of leaves only. Good dessert, though - pears with cream.

Very nice hotel. The rooms could have been a bit bigger unfortunately split it with a friend and the beds could have been a bit further apart. The restaurant next door is very good (recommend). The room standard. Friendly staff, good Breakfast, the rooms white linen, capsule coffee machine, nice mini-bar. Minus the shutters on the Windows that don't open, access to sunlight only in the bathroom, a bit uncomfortable, although for Italy it is the norm and you just have to get used to. In General, price=quality , 5 stars !

Very good location in the city centre. Room is equipped with kettle, mini bar, hair dryer, different types of pillows. Very comfortable. Reception "Lida" was helpful. Paid parking is available in a near nearby garage. Alternatively you can street park for free nearby in the blue or white parking spaces - but you must display a ticket which you must get from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a residential area within a walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities including electric kettle and tea what usually isn't a case for Italian hotels. Breakfast was continental, and included a wide choice of food. Overall, a very good experience.

Had a very pleasant stay, good communication, nice staff and ok rooms. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay, and had good breakfast. Even though there are some bad-ish reviews, we haven't had any issues like some other people had and were satisfied. Check in and out was fast and without any issues. Nice was also the parking which was really close to the hotel itself.

As a place to stay that is close to the center of Modena this is a great hotel. However you must remember it is a three star hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly! The beds were comfortable and the paint jobs in the room were interesting. It was walking distance to several great restaurants and gelato places.

Small European rooms. Bathrooms are surprisingly just as big as the bedrooms. Don't bring luggage too big as the elevators are comically small. Quiet and clean.

Meant to be the only 5 star hotel in Modena which has been recently renovated. On getting to the room we noticed a buzzing sound which permeates the whole hotel, no room is exempt! However the lobby must be called to activate the air-conditioning in the room and they control it and it shuts off during the night so prepare to sweat mid way through the night if the weather is hot. As someone from the U.S. This has been a very enjoyable stay. The walls are thin so you hear toilets flushing and people having regular conversation in adjacent rooms but the overall quality is good if the room is good. Service staff is very good and breakfast is decent.

We stayed here on very short notice for only one night and had a very good experience. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. Good value and not a bad location if you are willing to stay just outside of the city center.

5 stars, everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and extremely friendly & helpful staff - especially in how they assisted us with our smashed car window, a souvenir from our evening in the city (this didn’t happen on the hotel parking premises!). Only reason for the loss of a star is that the walls are paper thin and you can (at least in the room we were in) her the other guest.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, modem and quite, with good parking and rich breakfast. Cons: very "cold" staff, almost impolite. Very, very cold rooms with heating not working. They gave me a double room with two single beds instead of one queen/king despite having booked one.

room itself was nice, bed was lovely , though bathroom didn't close properly, shower head was blocked and scaly, i encountered a rather funny looking bug in with coffee sachets, (turned out to be a marmorated brown stink bug) was rather disgusting tbf. i did inform reception, but didn't seem bothered.

At 3 a.m., we stumbled upon the hotel, and the late-night shift was remarkably courteous and efficient. The room impressed us with its spotless cleanliness, incredibly comfortable beds, and tasteful decor. Moreover, the breakfast team was exceedingly friendly and always eager to help with a smile. The parking facilities were convenient, and the communal areas were kept impeccably clean.

Ok experience. Rooms ok, service ok but breakfast was good. Shame there wasn't a pool and no one to assist at "spa". There was a great outdoor area on the balcony next to spa but closed - weather was great so this would have made massive difference, especially if served food and drink too. Location a little industrial.

Hotel Daunia was great. The staff that did my check-in was the sweetest guy, I'm still learning Italian and he helped with it, speaking in both English and Italian. The room I was in incredible, I loved the decoration, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. Everything was perfect. I very much enjoyed my stay, it's a lovely place. Clean, efficient, helpful staff. Typical European old style small hotel. If you're accustomed to that, this hotel is just fine. If you are expecting American standards for a hotel room, this might not be the place.

We needed a hotel where we could safely park our car. Rechigi has plenty of easily accessible, safe, well lit parking, and a beautiful building. The hotel is clean, staff friendly - no complaints.

A really nice hotel on the outskirts of Modena. We had a newly renovated room, which works super well. However, we were right up under the ceiling, and this meant that the wall sloped a lot, so being in the utility room was a bit of a challenge when you are 190 cm. But it worked. All in all a good experience and with extremely friendly staff. Might consider booking there again.

I had a very nice stay. The walls are a bit thin so I could hear my neighbours walking or dropping things on the floor from time to time, but except from that my stay was perfect!! Excellent breakfast :)
