Rooms were great, clean, safe, staff upon checking in were great, friendly and informative. Food in their restaurant was fabulous.

Only reason the room is 4 stars is because apparently the wifi signal doesn’t reach that specific location. Otherwise, great place with very kind staff (all polyglots so they probably speak your language). The restaurant was delicious and a great value. I had the tagliatelle allá bolognese, steak with Parmesan and arugula and the desert was great but can’t remember the name.

Exceptionally good restaurant, big parking and conveniently positioned 1 min out of the motorway.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel is right next to the highway exit. Perfect for the rest after long journey. Reception, service, hotel restaurant, staff, clean rooms...everything perfect.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, the hotel is very nice. The room is new, very clean, very big bed and includes everything that you would need during your stay. There is a free breakfast buffet and they take care about covid measures. During the evening there is a very nice restaurant that opens at 7:30. Staff are very nice, I really enjoyed my stay!

The air conditioning worked perfectly! The beds were comfortable and the paint jobs in the room were interesting. It was walking distance to several great restaurants and gelato places.

The staff was all delightful. The location is just outside the old city and an easy walk to the main attractions. If you rent a car, you can park right out front or can catch bus as the routes are right outside. The outside & inside lobby are spacious. The place is perfect, cause its very clean and organized, but the staff is not very hospitable. In fact when I check out, it took 30 minutes to fix all their papers and they even accused me i have used the kitchen illigally ones, cause i have signed and read their rules. Hospitality house a stone's throw from the polyclinic of Modena and the university, a nerve center to visit Modena center, possibility of having a parking space. The common areas are very nice with frescoes on the vaults, the rooms at least mine that I had is essential, with bed and bathroom without accessories and courtesy line. Obviously the price is low. I was booked a room in advance for work but i was goin to be late so i did rebook it, they almost immediately confirmed than 1day later it looked like i will need to cancel it because i wont go there, and they actualy waived the cancelation fee wich was the price for the room. So i wasn’t be able to spend a night there but the customer service is over the top for me. Keep it up the good work guys!

The room was new and nice. Really close to Modena fiere the location where I had the event. Only shortcoming, it was really hot.

Very good hotel! It's a classic hotel! We stayed one night and the room we chose was perfect! We had an espresso at the bar which was very good! The daily rate charged is consistent with the region! We definitely recommend it! Finally, no criticism!

It is in a very odd location but good on the inside. Rooms were very spacious and comfy but maybe the hotel could do with something like a pool. Over all it was pretty good.

Not the first time we stopped here but this time it was very disappointing . The real plus is location and free parking. The service is kind and cooperative but the Rooms were not cleaned well several towels were not clean. The basin sink in the bathroom was dangerously moving.

Close to the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, quick check-in, friendly staff, very spacious and clean rooms, smells clean everywhere, very nice breakfast with lots of options and fresh coffee. Would definitely recommend it!

The property wasn’t located where I thought & was just off the highway, BUT in saying that it was adequate for a night. The room was large & spotlessly clean. breakfast was well laid out, a lot of options.

Hotel room was fine, but breakfast very meager and minimal, vending machine coffee some dry rusks and prepackaged lidl croissants. There was an awful smell of smoke everywhere.

This is the cleanest and most well maintained budget hotel you could find anywhere. Rooms are a decent size. If only the rooms were ensuite and it had an elevator it would be perfect!

I was looking for a hotel near Modena station. This hotel was listed and with decent reviews. The main problem with this hotel is that the station nearby has nothing to do with the main Modena station. That is for local trains. It is 2.5 km from Modena station so a taxi ride away hence only suitable for people with cars. So taxi cost should be added to room costs for comparison purposes.

Hotel is off a side street that is hard to find if your driving. Our room was upstairs adjacent to the common exit door which can be noisy with people traffic. Room was clean and comfortable.

Meant to be the only 5 star hotel in Modena which has been recently renovated. On getting to the room we noticed a buzzing sound which permeates the whole hotel, no room is exempt! No wonder there are ear plugs available. Also the bath is the most ridiculous design. You have to straddle the bath to reach the taps v dangerous. I was happy with the quality of the room and the breakfast, but I didn’t feel particularly welcomed when I arrived. Or when I checked out.  Also the batteries in the TV remote were held on with sticky tape - not 4 star!

The room is really small, but still clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good, the service was pretty good, warm and generous. The key is really special, it can be used for self-defense. The recommended restaurant is very good

The hotel is situated in a residential area within a walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities including electric kettle and tea what usually isn't a case for Italian hotels. Breakfast was continental, and included a wide choice of food. Had a very pleasant stay, good communication, nice staff and ok rooms. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay, and had good breakfast. Even though there are some bad-ish reviews, we haven't had any issues like some other people had and were satisfied. Check in and out was fast and without any issues. Nice was also the parking which was really close to the hotel itself.

As a place to stay that is close to the center of Modena this is a great hotel. However you must remember it is a three star hotel. The rooms are clean and well presented with aircon / drink making facilities etc but the overall impression is that some "investment" may be required soon or your stay experience may leave you a little dissapointed. Cold reception from the staff in general. The fridge in the room did not work and we needed it. Change of room and this time towels for 1 person while we booked 1 double room. The hotel restaurant is very disappointing in terms of food and service .... a lot of waiting to be served. I will not return to this hotel chain.

I stay on Feb.2-6,2025, staff reception is very helpfull, clean room is very good, breakfast very excelent, overall is excelent.

We loved our stay! Fabrizio and Eliza at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The location was close to centro Modena for easy walks to attractions and meals as well as an easy walk to the train station. The rooms were very clean and straightened up each day. We slept well in this quiet and comfortable hotel. Be advised the hair dryer overheats easily and there is no hair conditioner or washcloths...

Room was beautiful and immaculate. Only problem was it was a 24 inch step to get into the tub/shower with no guard rail. Tub was very slippery and getting out difficult. The water pressure was good but the volume was low (similar to my kitchen sink) I am sure they are trying to save water.

I am a travel advisor and I can say my two stays at the Modena Milano Palace were exceptional. They were the starting point for a crawl of all the car companies nearby. The hotel was immaculate, quiet, peaceful and updated. Loved the touches of marble and the Ferrari display up in the entry as well as the gorgeous murals related to Ferrari. You can walk to the Ferrari museum. Enjoy your stay.

This hotel is very convenient to the Modena Train Station, about a 6 minute walk. Our room was immaculate, the bed comfortable and amenities plentiful. The service was caring, knowledgeable and immediate. The “continental “ breakfast is over the top - European, American and Asian pallets. We would definitely return.
