The property is immaculate and the location is amazing for exploring the area around Modena. We had issues with the room provided not being what we had booked and this was advised that all rooms were the same, but clearly an accessible room is not the same, as we booked a room with a bathtub for a reason. We were told the Ferrari convention had taken up most of the rooms so we couldn't be accommodated...

Great hotel. Can’t complain about anything much. Bed was a bit hard but that’s a preference thing. Very clean and super modern hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast. You want for nothing. We've stayed over night and booked two rooms on the 7th floor. The hotel is modern, clean and unfortunately we could not try the in-house restaurant. Dishes are only served in the restaurant, so for families that have to eat dinner a bit earlier - you're out of luck as the restaurant opens at 7:30 PM. And the bar is serving sandwiches and sweets only. The rooms were spacious enough, the bathroom clean...

The hotel completed their renovation successfully in September 2023 and I found it a great place to stay for my 2 nights in Modena. Well done, silent, has parking, easy access and good breakfast. I will definitely return when in Modena next year.

Very nice hotel, beautifully maintained with friendly, professional and incredibly competent staff, and good breakfast. The room we stayed in could do with proper sound insulation as we could hear everything happening in the street, and the room decor was a bit bare, it could do with a more generous sofa, a desk, a comfortable chair etc, but overall very pleasant

Cold reception from the staff in general. The fridge in the room did not work and we needed it. Change of room and this time towels for 1 person while we booked 1 double room. The hotel restaurant is very disappointing in terms of food and service .... a lot of waiting to be served. I will not return to this hotel chain.

Great hotel with all the amenities. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

Fabulous Hotel, Great Location. We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

We stayed in the double attic room, which was extremely cute! The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is beyond helpful! The pool Is also a nice benefit to our stay! Very good hotel! It's a classic hotel! We stayed one night and the room we chose was perfect! We had an espresso at the bar which was very good! The daily rate charged is consistent with the region! We definitely recommend it! Finally, no criticism!

Excellent quiet hotel in the suburbs.

The hotel is perfect located but the rooms are very small and need urgently a renovation. The bathroom is so small you can even not sit normal on the toilet. Everything in the room is very old and need urgently an upgrade.

This hotel is located in downtown Modena, very close to the train station, and surrounded by many restaurants, making it the best place to experience Italian style. I recommend staying here when visiting Modena.

We booked a family room at Hotel Europa, but instead were given separate rooms — and even accommodated in a different hotel nearby. This was not what we expected, and we were not informed in advance. At the very least, an update or explanation should have been provided. When you book one thing and get something else, it's very frustrating. Overall, poor service and disappointing experience.

The location worked well for me, in between the train station and the "city center". My room was fairly large but the bathroom was "cramped" and the bide was kind of in the way all the time. -there was some street noise in my room. The person that checked me in and out was not very friendly and tried to charged me for the room a second time as I was checking out. -the guy working in the reception...

We loved our stay! Fabrizio and Eliza at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The location was close to centro Modena for easy walks to attractions and meals as well as an easy walk to the train station. The rooms were very clean and straightened up each day. Room was beautiful and immaculate. Only problem was it was a 24 inch step to get into the tub/shower with no guard rail. Tub was very slippery and getting out difficult. The water pressure was good but the volume was low (similar to my kitchen sink) I am sure they are trying to save water.

I am a travel advisor and I can say my two stays at the Modena Milano Palace were exceptional. They were the starting point for a crawl of all the car companies nearby. The hotel was immaculate, quiet, peaceful and updated. Loved the touches of marble and the Ferrari display up in the entry as well as the gorgeous murals related to Ferrari. You can walk to the Ferrari museum. Enjoy your stay.

This hotel is very convenient to the Modena Train Station, about a 6 minute walk. Our room was immaculate, the bed comfortable and amenities plentiful. The service was caring, knowledgeable and immediate. The “continental “ breakfast is over the top - European, American and Asian pallets. We would definitely return.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Ideally located for visits to Ferrari Lamborghini and Pavarotti museums. We had an evening flight and were able to able to arrange a late checkout,6pm for a fee. There is a very good family run restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which is recommended.

We’ll most definitely see you again. Worth staying just for the breakfast… 😉

Hotel near modena Big room, very old, need renovation, fair breakfast

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with parking and a swimming pool. There is a large supermarket nearby. The breakfast is good, but there is no kettle to boil water yourself. The water temperature in the bathroom is very different. The staff is very polite.

We arrived late, and without a booking, after a difficult journey. The hotel was welcoming, the restaurant was excellent, the beds very comfortable with smooth monogrammed sheets! and the gardens pleasant for a morning stroll. There is also a pool. A very good hotel, can't recommend too highly. 'Old fahioned' in the very best sense.

Hotel located about 1 km to 2.5 km from the main attractions of the city. Equipped with everything, including parking included in the price. Very clean. Good breakfast. Decent price for the area in which it is located and for the quality of the structure. Discreet and efficient staff.

Overall Ok stay. Hotel room was a bit cramped, but very convenient to get to the station of Modena. Very basic breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and polite, but we had some problems as they did not have proof of prepayment for the room.

Hotel was fantastic and the location between the train station and the city sqaure was excellent.

I was happy with the quality of the room and the breakfast, but I didn’t feel particularly welcomed when I arrived. Or when I checked out.  Also the batteries in the TV remote were held on with sticky tape - not 4 star!

The room is really small, but still clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good, the service was pretty good, warm and generous. The key is really special, it can be used for self-defense. The recommended restaurant is very good

The hotel is situated in a residential area within a walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities including electric kettle and tea what usually isn't a case for Italian hotels. Breakfast was continental, and included a wide choice of food. Overall, a very good experience.

Had a very pleasant stay, good communication, nice staff and ok rooms. Me and my friends enjoyed the stay, and had good breakfast. Even though there are some bad-ish reviews, we haven't had any issues like some other people had and were satisfied. Check in and out was fast and without any issues. 5 stars, everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and extremely friendly & helpful staff - especially in how they assisted us with our smashed car window, a souvenir from our evening in the city (this didn’t happen on the hotel parking premises!).
