The host Gaby is very friendly. Every morning she is preparing the breakfast with lots of tasty surprises. The villa where she has created 4 rooms is amazing. It's positioned on top of a hill wish a stunning view. My girlfriend and me will definitely come back here.

We stayed here for a family holiday. The house is situated on a hill, at about 150m altitude, which makes that you have a marvelous sight on the see, which is approximately 6 to 7km away. We are walking the via Francigena. We arrived on foot - a lovely tranquil entrance to Via Cavallini with Isabella (the owner) waiting for us. Check-in was effortless. Not having a car, we enjoyed the tasting menu prepared by Isabella and her mother - what a lovely dining experience. We had dinner outside on the terrace with a wonderful view. We had an amazing time at villa cavallini, the old villa is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable with gorgeous interior. We felt very welcome and the owners were super nice! The garden is perfect to relax and read a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and the breakfast was great! Looking forward to our next time there!!

From the moment we drove up the hill and we saw the beautiful villa we fell in love with her. The old lady is renovated but still kept her charm. A hidden treasure we found while cycling in the area. The places carries a wonderful and calming energy. The owner welcomed us and was just so friendly during our entire stay. Beautifully located villa with great pool, terrace and garden. Amazing sunset view with the sea at the horizon. Giacomo and his mother tried everything to make our time as relaxing as possible. Very good breakfast and many lunch options. Also perfect vacation for our dog!

The building is very cozy, the room is spacious. It has a good own parking. The host, Ilaria is very nice and helpful. You can easily visit Lucca, Pisa and Viareggio by car.

Nicole, the lady who took care of us was kind and friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was very good, typical Italian with fresh and delicious pastries. We also visited the restaurant, next to the B & B, belonging to the same family and everything was excellent.

Very clean, abundant breakfast included in the price, fenced parking space, cheap and 7 minutes from Viareggio. All accompanied by the kindness of Ilaria. It didn't seem real, but we had a great time (with dog in tow). We will come back for sure.

Very beautiful and cozy accommodation located in the hills with a view of both mountains and the sea. The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees and flowers. There is only 3 rooms in the B&B, our family room was located on the 2nd floor and had two separate units with a bathroom next to them (there was no other room on that floor). The rooms are not air-conditioned but have good shades...

Very nice place in a privileged location overlooking the lake of Massaciuccoli and the surrounding countryside. The atmosphere is familiar, the managers very courteous and the rooms spotless. The homemade breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing romantic getaway!

Nice charming B&B. We had a nice time with our kids. Family room is on the third floor. No elevator. Breakfast is OK. Sweet Italian pastries, ham, cheese. Would be nice some eggs option. Very good cappuccino.

This place is a garden of Eden. The most beautiful accommodation we've ever stayed in. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner's hospitality was endless. The atmosphere of the place is reminiscent of the best Italian movies of the 60's. I would sum up the stay in a few words. Love, wine, olive groves, Tuscan views and romance.

It was such a peaceful stay. We live in busy London and this was absolutely the best place to relax. It was on a beautiful farm in an original well equiped caravan. Very nice host ! Absolutely recommend ! We come back.

The apartments are clean and renovated.The pool is also super cleand and nice. The rooms are big and every apartment has an own terracy. The stuff is also super friendly. You reach the beach in 8mins by car and Lucca and Pisa in 30mins by car.

Staff were excellent, the pool divine and the food was incredible. You are made to feel at home, the coffee is on tap, the cakes (you can help yourself) is such a nice touch too and really delicious. Best experience we had during a 10 day trip to Tuscany. The host, Ricardo, is extremely welcoming, generous and provided lots of tips for the area.
