Wonderful place. Time stops around and we find ourselves in this fairytale atmosphere. The park is a delight for the eyes. The rooms are clean and very tastefully decorated. It is clear that the owners have traveled a lot as the house is full of details. Frequented by VIPs from all over the world. Absolutely recommended.

If you want to escape from this life of stress and turmoil, you really have to go to Casa Matilde. You won't believe it but you are 10 minutes from the sea and you feel like you are on the Chianti hills. You are greeted by very nice and helpful people.

It is a magical place that conquers little by little ... in a short time you find yourself captivated by a magical atmosphere created by a splendid park, by the ancient flavor of the rooms, by the silence of the gazebos scattered here and there ... Antonio and Caterina are special hosts who manage to make everything seem natural, simple and within reach. In short, almost like arriving at the house...

The host Gaby is very friendly. Every morning she is preparing the breakfast with lots of tasty surprises. The villa where she has created 4 rooms is amazing. It's positioned on top of a hill wish a stunning view. My girlfriend and me will definitely come back here.

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful place. This 700 year old villa is lovely renovated and decorated. The garden and pool area are outstanding. The owner's touch can be felt everywhere. Very beautiful and cozy accommodation located in the hills with a view of both mountains and the sea. The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees and flowers. There is only 3 rooms in the B&B, our family room was located on the 2nd floor and had two separate units with a bathroom next to them (there was no other room on that floor). The rooms are not air-conditioned but have good shades...

Very nice place in a privileged location overlooking the lake of Massaciuccoli and the surrounding countryside. The atmosphere is familiar, the managers very courteous and the rooms spotless. The homemade breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing romantic getaway!

Nice charming B&B. We had a nice time with our kids. Family room is on the third floor. No elevator. Breakfast is OK. Sweet Italian pastries, ham, cheese. Would be nice some eggs option. Very good cappuccino.

This place is a garden of Eden. The most beautiful accommodation we've ever stayed in. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner's hospitality was endless. The atmosphere of the place is reminiscent of the best Italian movies of the 60's. I would sum up the stay in a few words. Love, wine, olive groves, Tuscan views and romance.

It was such a peaceful stay. We live in busy London and this was absolutely the best place to relax. It was on a beautiful farm in an original well equiped caravan. Very nice host ! Absolutely recommend ! We come back.

We liked the pool and Ada’s dog, Perla. The host doesn’t speak English but is very kind and works with translate to accommodate all of your needs anyway.

Excellent structure, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, excellent location in case you want to visit large cities or towns along the sea. Out of the ordinary hospitality, as soon as you arrive the owner's welcome makes you feel at home. Fantastic swimming pool recommended for relaxing moments. For us it was an unforgettable holiday !! Highly recommended !!

The lady is helpful and very nice, comfortable and very clean room. I highly recommend it, also because it is located in a quiet place, a few km from the sea.
