The 4 of us booked a Villa, which was great, the kids loved it, it can sleep for 6 actually. It has a patio and the view was stunning. The swimming pool as great fun for kids too. Only thing is if the reception could remind us to pay attention to the mosquitoes, like be careful to leave the window open etc. as there are bugs by nature of the location.

Lu Nibareddu is a fantastic location for exploring Sardinia. The location itself is very quiet and the views spectacular. The food in the BBQ restaurant was outstanding and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is in a nice segregated compound, which tends to be very quiet. There is a stunning roof terrace with a great view. The beach itself is about a 7 minute walk away, which is not too bad either. The flats have A/Cs as well that are nice to have.

We are a family of 5 and we wanted a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our teenage daughters had a great time enjoying the beach and swimming pool and also our son who is autistic as we were worried about him fitting in there. We stayed here for 2 weeks, in August. Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean, new interiors. Unfortunately there are no closets / shelves: in one room the only wardrobe available was extremely small, certainly not enough.

Perfect lazy place to stay before and after arrival to Sardinia, if you don´t like crowded cities. Nice swimming pool, clean and comfortable rooms, nice service and perfect restaurant Caminera nearby.

A very enjoyable experience. Not too expensive with a pool just outside of our room. Room was a standard size and staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard continental style but overall a good, affordable experience.

Excellent place, well equipped apartment and very well located. Everything is close restaurant, supermarkets, bakery and cafeteria. The beaches are also very beautiful.

Beautiful new and clean structure in Sardinian style. Swimming pool with bar, green area and relaxation area, sun beds and umbrellas, rich and varied breakfast, I would say a great experience.

Unless you are put off by the location, which is quite far from the sea or, properly speaking, from everything else, it is a nice place, quite a good bargain to stay at.

So relaxing and a great place to stay outside Olbia. Food and drink is just charged by room number so no need to bring money or credit cards around with you.
