We booked this quite a way in advance, mainly because it appeared good value, which should always be a red flag I guess but for the money we paid it made for a good base. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. However outside of them are looking very tired and really needs updating. You will definitely need a car if you need to venture out . Taxi is 35€ one way. Resort is situated in a quiet place, with its own secluded beach. Staff appears to be a mixture of either new people who don't know much, or older people who lost their motivation. Our family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a good time. The apartments are spacious and clean, but kitchen equipment was not sufficient for cooking for a family. Spent an entire week here. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and they gave us a nice tour of the resort. I had an amazing amazing amazing time with my little one year old at the Paradise. Felt like home every single minute spent here with a baby which is not a given in many places. Fantastic stay at this hotel. Could not fault the staff, room, cleanliness. Location is great, 10/15 min walk into town and 25 min walk to the beach. We had a car which I would recommend. Roads so quiet and easy to navigate. Watch out for snakes near the beach!!

We were there in mid october, we had a standard double room. It was big enough, clean and had a nice terrace. We felt very welcomed there, staff very friendly and helpful! Great location and nice enough hotel. Modern and very clean, the breakfast is good and the staff seem lovely, however the rooms have no soundproofing at all. You can literally hear everything including people brushing their teeth and going to the toilet so no privacy. Take your ear plugs for sleeping. The noisiest hotel I have ever been in.

The location is very good - next to the beach. The rooms were clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good. One drawback was that it felt a bit crowded and noisy every time we went down to the lobby.

Great cheap hotel. If you are looking for something basic friendly clean & peaceful in a good location...this hotel does exactly that. Evening meals are charged extra but are decent.

Hotel is nothing special. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The personnel is very nice. However, very small rooms, very basic and they charge you for literally anything. From putting your own water bottle in the mini bar (€3 per day) to towels for the beach (€2 per day).

Very friendly staff and nice hotel with well kept garden and pool area. Location is a bit far from the city center so car is a must(drive to san teodoro center is 10min), as the road is quite narrow and dark in the night if you want to walk or use bike.

A beautiful hotel by the sea, with its own private beach and a swimming pool. This is not like an ordinary hotel, each accommodation is a lovely little home. There is free parking. Good breakfast served in the morning and there is a restaurant with mainly seafood cuisine.

This hotel has the best location ever! Two steps from gorgeous La Cinta beach and few from downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The old charming building has beautiful gardens and the lobby and all guests areas are so welcoming that you just feel at home. The hotel is centrally located and looks nice. Breakfast is very simple for a 4 star rated hotel. We brought our dog and apparently it was €40 for 2 nights. Finally they made it €30 which means €15 per night for the dog, that’s the same price as an additional child bed. Best Pizza in San Teodoro. Even in the whole world, u have to search for a Pizza like the one u get in Hotel la Palma. We got some different pizzas in other, by the way, also good restaurants in San Teodoro, but the dough was very often like a chewing gum.
