A wonderful, welcoming family-run hotel. Impeccably clean, welcoming, customer-focused, and the incredible staff. It was our first time here, but we were treated like the most welcome guests. The hotel restaurant is magnificent, serving both breakfast and dinner. In short, it's made with love. I wish you prosperity. A huge hello to my furry friend, who is simply the gem of this hotel. I recommend him to all my friends and acquaintances.

Hotel located a few minutes from the center of Montecatini, there is no reserved car park, the interior furnishings are nice, the staff is polite and the rooms are satisfactory: the bed is comfortable, with two pillows, I slept well, quiet environment, then the bathrooms are well equipped with razor, hairdryer and toothbrush, as well as shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast starts at 8 in the morning, it is a buffet, the food is classic but good, of drinks I particularly appreciated the freshly made American coffee, delicious. I found myself very well, it is a hotel that I certainly recommend, even to urbex lovers, as there are some abandoned spas to explore just a few steps away.

My sister and I stayed for three nights at this wonderful family owned hotel. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean and comfortable. We cannot say enough about this family owned hotel, they helped us with directions, suggested local places to grab a quick bite to eat and were very accommodating with any needs. Please consider this hotel, it is in walking distance to the train and very relaxing. We will visit again in our next trip.

My sister and I only stayed one night but we had a great time. The owners are very kind and truly attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are small but welcoming and clean. The breakfast was good and rich and I also recommend the restaurant which is really excellent. Quality - unbeatable price. If we were to return to Montecatini we will definitely stay here again.

Rooms and bathrooms very clean and newly renovated.
Location very good as it is a very quiet area and still close to good restaurants and the beautiful thermal park.
Breakfast included in the price - everything you need for a good start to the day.
Air conditioning in the room also works very well.
The German-speaking boss rounds off the wonderful stay with her friendly and attentive manner.

Family run hotel. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room. Modern bathroom. We had to leave early one morning and the owner laid out a nice breakfast earlier for us which was a huge help. The dog Pippo was just lovely!! Nice comfy bed too and quiet area which was helpful.

My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Alassio for 3 days for her birthday. It was a wonderful experience which reflects the many positive reviews. The atmosphere and family welcome, the friendliness and attention to detail for the customer are at the top, with lots of as a birthday surprise in the morning at a very welcome breakfast.
The room was clean and spacious, parking service at a very fair price near the hotel.
A restaurant inside which we assure you is worth the trip because it is of a very high level with an exceptional quality-price ratio, and which we will review separately.
We will definitely be back.

Family-run hotel close to the center of Montecatini. 150 meters from the spa. Very courteous and impeccable service. Rooms a little small; but excellent comfort. Very spacious bathroom. Air conditioning in the rooms. Elevator to the floors. Well-stocked sweet/savory breakfast.
The road to get there is one-way and a little narrow. Paid parking agreement.
Excellent choice both for the location and the quality of the services. Absolutely recommended.

I stayed in the property with my girlfriend on the occasion of our anniversary. Not too formal and familiar welcome, but very pleasant and polite, as well as from the entire hotel team (perhaps family-run). We chose the room with hydromassage (which is located on the top floor, together with only one other room) from which we were very satisfied: the bed was very large and spacious, clean and comfortable, a flat screen TV in front of the bed , the bathroom, of particular architecture given its shape, was also very clean but above all spacious, finally the tub with hydromassage was very beautiful and worked well. Furthermore, the room had everything you could need, such as, for example, the kettle and the various bags of tea and instant coffee that we used.
The only note is that the bedroom - bathroom connection did not have a door or any dividing element (or at least, we didn't notice it), it wasn't a problem for us, but perhaps it's worth keeping in mind.
Overall, a more than positive experience.
