Very clean and nice family-run hotel in a TOP location with extremely friendly and multilingual staff.
Rooms and bathrooms very clean and newly renovated.
Location very good as it is a very quiet area and still close to good restaurants and the beautiful thermal park.
Breakfast included in the price - everything you need for a good start to the day.
Air conditioning in the room also works very well.
The German-speaking boss rounds off the wonderful stay with her friendly and attentive manner.
All in all a RECOMMENDATION!!!

Family run hotel. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room. Modern bathroom. We had to leave early one morning and the owner laid out a nice breakfast earlier for us which was a huge help. The dog Pippo was just lovely!! Nice comfy bed too and quiet area which was helpful.

My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Alassio for 3 days for her birthday. It was a wonderful experience which reflects the many positive reviews. The atmosphere and family welcome, the friendliness and attention to detail for the customer are at the top, with lots of as a birthday surprise in the morning at a very welcome breakfast.
The room was clean and spacious, parking service at a very fair price near the hotel.
A restaurant inside which we assure you is worth the trip because it is of a very high level with an exceptional quality-price ratio, and which we will review separately.
We will definitely be back.

Family-run hotel close to the center of Montecatini. 150 meters from the spa. Very courteous and impeccable service. Rooms a little small; but excellent comfort. Very spacious bathroom. Air conditioning in the rooms. Elevator to the floors. Well-stocked sweet/savory breakfast.
The road to get there is one-way and a little narrow. Paid parking agreement.
Excellent choice both for the location and the quality of the services. Absolutely recommended.
Added value is the restaurant with an excellent choice of wines; culinary art that can awaken all the senses. Give yourself the opportunity to dine in this restaurant, you will have no regrets!

I stayed in the property with my girlfriend on the occasion of our anniversary. Not too formal and familiar welcome, but very pleasant and polite, as well as from the entire hotel team (perhaps family-run). We chose the room with hydromassage (which is located on the top floor, together with only one other room) from which we were very satisfied: the bed was very large and spacious, clean and comfortable, a flat screen TV in front of the bed , the bathroom, of particular architecture given its shape, was also very clean but above all spacious, finally the tub with hydromassage was very beautiful and worked well. Furthermore, the room had everything you could need, such as, for example, the kettle and the various bags of tea and instant coffee that we used.
The only note is that the bedroom - bathroom connection did not have a door or any dividing element (or at least, we didn't notice it), it wasn't a problem for us, but perhaps it's worth keeping in mind.
Overall, a more than positive experience.

"This is a family run hotel, and as soon as one arrives will feel at home. Although our room needed a refurbishment it was clean and that what really matters. Whilst there book a table for dinner at ... Dal Mi'Cecio... Carlotta the chef is superb...the food is to die for."

Welcome and stay pampered by the staff, extreme cleanliness, excellent cuisine from appetizers to desserts, all prepared in the kitchen by the chef.

A real disappointment .. We left the hotel immediately after entering the room .. A micro bed with old and broken blankets, stinks of the closed and not to mention the bathroom without a shower tray and rusted .. What a disappointment!

Beautiful, very kind people, good food. The bathroom was bad, behind the door without a box. First time in my life such a bathroom in the hundreds of hotels that we stayed.
