My room was average but clean,bathroom small and tired looking. Service great and the place is beautiful

Rooms are small. Bathrooms not updated. Some rooms are better than others. Food is mediocre. Staff was generally not friendly.

My sister Lia Lattanzi has been coming to this hotel for over 30 years. They treat us like family. The best hotel in Montecatini Terme!!!!

Room is as per photo. All are great besides there is only 1 small mirror at the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom. Breakfast pretty basic. There is one old man waiter sounded unfriendly with sour face.

Great spa! Had a wonderful massage. Food and beverages on site were extremely expensive and not very good. Breakfast however was included and was really very good! There are many great places to walk to for dinners so not a problem. Staff was great!

My friends and I, who have been staying at this hotel while on a tour of Tuscany, are shocked that this is rated 5 stars. They must have bribed someone! There is cheap laminate on the floors in my room which has warped and bubbled up. You can't control the temperature in your room, which is a problem. I sent laundry at 8:00 am (I was told "in by 11, back by noon the next day") and did not get my laundry...

Fantastic experience at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke English which was helpful. We had a great experience. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, room was good, we had the smallest room, which was sufficient for us, bathroom was nice and clean. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. The cleaning could be better. When we're arrived our room wasn't cleaned but they've gave us an other room and apologies for the mistake.

Amazing stay at the Croce di Malta! Rooms were big and clean, the staff is so friendly and professional, and the location cannot be beat! The hotel is clean and beautiful and the pool is the best! So relaxing and overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

A beautiful place to stay in Montecatini. Chill by the pool, drink at the bar, get out to the closest bar for a drink, eat at the center square, get another drink at the bar in the parque on a way back, sleep well in a comfortable bed.

Great location by a huge beautiful park, walking distance to the main square, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a corner room with a great view. Our bedoom and bathroom areas were large with plenty of storage. Nice pool, bar, and public area seating.

We were on a tour (group of 50) of Italy and stayed in Milan our 1st 2 days. The hotel was nice there, but not nearly as nice and clean as the di Malta. We had a really beautiful room with balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was not on top of the hotel, but on top of another building next to it. Was really nice to take a swim there after a hot day. Breakfast was also very complete and nice.

Booked by chance and no regrets. The first rooms we were allocated were rather dark, otherwise fine, but the following day we were given excellent rooms with balconies. Had a great stay here for about 8 nights. The room was clean, fixed up every morning with fresh towels, everything you would expect at a nice hotel. Very close to Montecatini Centro train station and the town square. Restaurants and shopping a moments walk away. Nice place!

Superb staff. Air conditioning in the room did not cool the room at all, staff checked settings but AC did not work. Breakfast was included with mortadella and cheese, definately very tasty. Coffee machine at breakfast gave out some syrup like substance which did not resemble coffee. Room was clean. No laundry service at a 4 star is weird. Anyway a solid average hotel with good and bad sides.

A 4 star Hotel local Italian category. Is a bit too high. From my point of view it is a 3+. On the other side every day new towels and soap. My very small single room (#101) had a normal king size bed so the available space was quite limited. Fridge was ok under the table. First and foremost is that all the staff were very polite and professional. The rooms are of a good size and kept very clean. The dining room was spacious and all of the food I sampled there during a 7 night stay was all well presented and tasted absolutely delicious. Bar service was spot on. A fantastic hotel in a quiet street very close to the center of Montecatini, easy to park the car. We didn't opt for the rental car, which was just fine because Hotel Minerva Palace is about a ten-minute walk from the Montecatini Centro train station. Hotel certainly was authentic complete with a bidet, but was comfortable and affordable. To note though is how friendly and helpful the staff was with every single question. They were simply amazing. This is a lovely hotel close to the centre of Montecatini. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great.. rooftop restaurant has good views. Being an older building there’s only one lift so access to the upper floors and restaurant can mean a bit of a wait is some exercise. Overall a good experience.

This is a really nice Hotel. The service is good. We paid extra for a superior room and felt this was worth it. Breakfast and evening meal is excellent. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful. I would have liked to have stayed slightly out of the town but this is personal preference. The Hotel has secure parking which I think was 15 euros a day. I would happily recommend this Hotel.

Our room was new, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The spa was lovely, clean and had many different features. The dinners included in our package were wonderful! But what really made our stay was the wonderful staff. It was like being greeted by old friends! Highly recommend!

Very elegant hotel. Love the surrounding area. We were supposed to have either adjoining or rooms across from our children and they didn't provide it. Our children were placed down the hall from us. When we ask to be moved they were booked and couldn't do it.

Excellent choice with a very friendly staff in the restaurant. They did their best to speak English. They took good care of my meals because I am allergic to lactose (cow milk). The sleeping rooms are clean and tidy. This hotel has different rooms on the ground floor for relaxing, including a bar.

The idea of the hotel seems very nice, it is envisioned as an old-style hotel. I liked the breakfast and dinner service, the staff there were very very nice and polite. Although the food itself wasn't that of a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, they didn't serve enough food, but maybe someone who eats less would be satisfied. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Lovely spot on a beautiful street 15 min walk from railway station. ( there are two next to each other,this freaked us out as the station appeared different on the 2nd day 😜, staff lovely , room lovely and romantic , an ideal spot to visit Lucca ( must see) Florence and pisa and also only 45 mins from sea , we would come back , this town is so beautiful , lots to see and do , thanks for a great holiday

Smart approach for the bikers and not only. Helpful staff, good location and various ideas for the bike itineraries and yoga classes. Checked in on 15 May 2024 for 3 nights under group tour. Stayed in a room at level 4 for 3 pax. Room was spacious with 2 level (upper level with additional bed). Breakfast everyday the same. Nothing much nearby to walk around in the evening. No gym, but there is a swimming pool.

This hotel has a simple elegance. The interior design of carpets, the lobby and bar, and the rooms makes it feel special and sets it apart from simple three star accommodations. The beds are comfortable and the triple rooms have little stairs leading up to a loft type space that makes the rooms fun and unique.

I went to the Hotel Biondi in September and I really enjoyed. top location, room very clean and the parking was very useful. Great breakfast. The staff Is polite and provide you information and ticket to the main attraction near Montecatini.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing! Much variety. The WIFI however was not working and practically impossible to connect to. The rooms were excellent. We stayed for a school tour and had a balcony room facing the street. The rooms were very cold though and the bathroom towels were literally fabric dinner napkins. The only problem was the hotel had control of our thermostat, so even when we turned it up to the maximum temperature allowed, they turned it down again.
