Great breakfast Nice rooms - a bit old looking It feels that the pool is not properly maintain - i looked dirty The staff was very kind! And useful! Its located at the very center of the therma springs, but if you wanna go out at night you will need a car, and maybe go out of the city
A charming hotel right next to the terme. They do need some maintenance but the room overall was clean and spacious, kind staffs, great spa facilities & we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant - great portion and sumptuous Tuscan cuisines in fixed menu.
A beautiful hotel, quiet location, spacious rooms and amazing views. The staff were very friendly and more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Very romantic atmosphere with lots of opportunity to be laid back. Breakfast outside was our favorite start of the day, calm and peaceful in beautiful surrounding with a lovely hostes.

This hotel is genuinely a lovely hotel and like all of the others in town, it trades and does good business on Montecatini being a spa town; which it obviously isn’t in 2025. The hotel has a spa in it, like many hotels, but we came to this town to enjoy what its name suggests: Montecatini’s Thermes. Nobody, not even A.I. seems to mention the obvious fact that they’re gone! Closed and boarded up so...
The hotel is one if the nicest we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are very helpful and efficient. We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a country wide strike meaning our flight home was cancelled. The reception team went out of their way to assist us with our plans changing. A special thanks to Esta Enna General Manager who arranged a taxi and a...
We stayed at the LHP Hotel Montecatini from April 24th to the morning of April 27th, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the very beginning, we were impressed: the hotel's location, nestled near the park and just a short walk from the town center, is simply perfect. The property itself is beautiful, and the wellness center is a true haven of relaxation. I had the rare privilege of enjoying...
Great! Staff are lovely and the hotel is nice, good effort for breakfast
One of the most beautiful hotels I visited. Huge classic building with evening restaurant. Very nice Appartment. Rich breakfast. And the pearl of the hotel - the spa. Very friendly staff, especially Mrs. Marianna. Looking forward to come back to this hotel!
This is not a five star hotel. Gardens full weeds, our door was damaged wouldn’t work complained no one fixed it. Then we were charged more fees onto booking Staff unfriendly do not recommend, the building is nice this hotel should be managed better

I'm delighted with staying at this wonderful hotel. Excellent, helpful staff. Amazing decor. A lot of pleasant impressions of the stay.)))
The glorious art deco years still live on here. A grandiose 5 star hotel that hangs on to its glory days when it hosted Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, David Bowie and the royal family. The staff are still as proud to fulfil their role as they are knowledgeable. If you like to dive back into the years of old glamour (although witg some signs of age) and want a place as a Base to explore Tuscany - you...
Fantastic luxurious hotel in great location in Montecatini Terme. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient making our week's stay very enjoyable. The room was beautiful and recently refurbished to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable and huge enabling a good night's sleep. The choices at breakfast were very varied and as our stay was in September, we ate outside in the beautiful...
The Hotel itself is an absolute pleasure, with authentic interiors and fantastic bathrooms. It also has a beautiful bigger restaurant, from which our group has been excluded on 3 breakfasts out of 4. The smaller restaurant offered noticeably lower quality, less diverse food selection, though service was excellent there too. Our room was changed right after arrival, due to a complaint from a rather...
Good day ! It gives me great pleasure to share impressions from my stay in the hotel . This is one of the most wonderful , kind and wonderful hotels where I have been !!! Lovely rooms , very friendly staff and overall a wonderful and very warm atmosphere !!!! Thank You very much !!!! I will come back to You many times !!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Our stay at La Pace in Montecatini was most enjoyable! The staff & service was great. We loved sitting in the lounge each night listening to the live music. The location is very convenient & a very short walk to the city center & the train station. Our room was lovely & large as well as the bathroom. The food & service at breakfast was great in a beautiful dining room. We also enjoyed the view...

Stayed at the Adua for a week with a (well organized) Newmarket tour. We had a pleasant room (310) which had an excellent bathroom and quiet and effective aircon. The public rooms were beautifully furnished and the restaurant was excellent with good food and brilliant staff. In fact the staff throughout were very good, providing faultless service. Highly recommended
From the moment you step into the hotel, you're instantly impressed — it’s truly breathtaking. Everything is on a top-tier level and radiates luxury and elegance. The cleanliness throughout the entire property is flawless, and the interior design is both stylish and welcoming. Our room was absolutely perfect — spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and soft,...
this hotel don’t look like a 4 star hotel . the walls in the room are dirty and the bathroom , in some places there is dirty too. the color choice doisemt seem right and it makes the room look more old and vintage but not in the right way .
My wife and I spent a very pleasant week here as part of a package. We found the staff very welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Like most well established Italian towns, the buildings are very old, but this has been adapted quite well to a hotel. The size of the rooms is variable, so best to check first to avoid disappointment. We had everything we needed and it was comfortable...
We were in a group of 24 people from India, for a one night stay. Our AC (one room) was not working and since they were fully booked.. Georgina at the reception was very helpful with getting us a solution. Thank you dear ! 🙂 The breakfast spread was also great.. totally recommend..
I spent 7 nights in the Hotel Adua. My stay was excellent. The hotel is located near to shops, bars, art gallery restaurants & the thermal spa. The evening meal was plentiful, Italian style 4 courses. Breakfast was limited it suited me as I enjoy yogurts & fruit, also eggs & toast.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. However, there were no coffee makers in the rooms or microwaves. The hotel lobby did not have a trash can either. The breakfast was fairly good with lots of choices.
Accommodations were very nice. Your staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located within waling distance of other restaurants and shops. Streets are well-lit and street lights allow for safe crossing. Breakfast was wonderful and had something for any palate We had a lovely, though short, stay.
Great spot, was underwhelmed by the staff. They were not very helpful nor were they welcoming. The rooms are gorgeous, as is the pool. We spent a whole day at the pool and it was lovely. The spa is not worth it. We did the “Turkish bath” which was nothing like a Turkish bath, and the “warm bath” it was a lukewarm tub. Some of the jets weren’t working either. Very disappointed for the 100 euros we spent...
The reception area and maid service was excellent. The hotel is air conditioned but if you open your balcony door make sure it is closed properly, as it is tied to the AC. If open, the AC won't work. The restaurant does a good job with breakfast but if you are American, you may find the scrambled eggs and bacon not cooked enough. The selection of other items is great! Dinner was also flavorful and...
Elegant, cozy and comfortable hotel for business and leisure. The staff and service are professionals at a high level. I recommend.
Beautiful, modern yet still maintaining the local feel of the Tuscany experience with the beautiful decor inside and throughout the hotel. Has lost its elegance and parts are shabby and need decorating. I changed room as my double looked out onto an ugly, messy atrium.I now had a single room and a balcony with a good view. But ,the furniture was chipped and there was a circular black mark on the wall which had been inexpertly covered with a piece of paper. ITS saving grace was a beautiful large bathroom .The service was good but the...
So this review is quite mixed. The hotel is very old and tired however our room was cleaned everyday and I have no complaints about that. However the rooms are quite shabby and we had a balcony with plants that hadn’t been attended to for months on end. The walls in the hotel are paper thin so if you’re a light sleeper it would be hopeless. We could hear every word and every movement from the rooms...
On arrival at the hotel we didn’t need to wait long for our room to be ready and went up to see what it was like. The room was painted completely orange, including the ceiling, this made the bedroom feel very dark and the bedroom lights were not very bright, the bedhead was damaged where, what looked like motifs, had been pulled off the fabric, the furniture was very old, which we accepted as maybe...

I cannot fault this lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, amazing comfortable bed, lovely selection at breakfast, friendliest staff and perfect location. Highly recommended if you would like a base to explore Tuscany - easy walking distance from the train station and lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Grazie for a wonderful stay xx
I spent a week at the Francia e Quirinale Hotel in Montecatini and let me tell you what a wonderful experience I had. It made my trip so special! Firstly, the location is ideal—a perfect base for daily trips to all the popular destinations in Tuscany, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Siena. What’s especially nice is being able to return each evening to the peaceful and relaxing environment of Montecatini...
Just to say that we very much enjoyed our visit to Hotel Francia e Quirinale. The hotel is very comfortable but the outstanding quality is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. In particular, we would like to acknowledge all the staff on reception and the courtesy and kindness of Roberto in the bar. We are hoping to return to Italy in 2026 and hope that we will get to stay with this hotel...
My husband and I stayed 7 nights with a tour group. The photos of the rooms are misleading. Our room had not been updated in decades and was a little small. No room for an easy chair or desk. Also, be aware that there is no kettle or coffee-maker in the room. If you want coffee or tea and it's not breakfast time, you would have to go down to the bar and pay for one. Those are the cons. On the pro side...
This was such a beautiful hotel, and an easy walk from the train station, the funicular to Montecatini Alto, the thermal baths, and the downtown area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent choice with a very friendly staff in the restaurant. They did their best to speak English. They took good care of my meals because I am allergic to lactose (cow milk). The sleeping rooms are clean and tidy. This hotel has different rooms on the ground floor for relaxing, including a bar.
The idea of the hotel seems very nice, it is envisioned as an old-style hotel. I liked the breakfast and dinner service, the staff there were very very nice and polite. Although the food itself wasn't that of a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, they didn't serve enough food, but maybe someone who eats less would be satisfied. Rooms were cleaned daily.
Very friendly, very helpful, great customer service, the location is perfect, everything is walking distance. Their steakhouse restaurant is quite good.
Good Breakfast, Steak house in the same building, park nearby friendly staff, however rooms are sort of old fashioned

A close friend reccomended me this hotel and It was the best advise I've ever had received. Spacious rooms, nice restaurant and great swimming pool.
Very comfortable and cozy room and with breathtaking overview on the old town of Montecatini Terme. It was the perfect solution for a romantic week end in Tuscany. Great mention for the restaurant.
I went to the Hotel Biondi in September and I really enjoyed. top location, room very clean and the parking was very useful. Great breakfast. The staff Is polite and provide you information and ticket to the main attraction near Montecatini.
We spent a great week in September. The staff was very polite and the restaurant delicious. Clean room The location is amazing. You are close to the most important cities of Tuscany
Fantastic friendly service every time
Breakfast and dinner was amazing! Much variety. The WIFI however was not working and practically impossible to connect to. The rooms were excellent. We stayed for a school tour and had a balcony room facing the street. The rooms were very cold though and the bathroom towels were literally fabric dinner napkins. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I stayed here for a week as part of a group tour holiday. Apart from the excellent location, close to the town centre in one direction and the funicular in the other, I would not choose to stay in this hotel again. The rooms are clean but basic. I suspect that the bathroom in my room had not been redone for many years; I have never before seen rusty plugs in a hotel sink or bidet, for example, and...
I can see why this hotel gets mixed reviews. Pros: well located including close to the train station, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was usual international hotel fare but plentiful. Cons: showing wear and tear and dated, some of the decor is OK as fitted to the era of the hotel/town, but carpets are wearing thin etc. Everything worked for me. Room was small, but it was just...
Lovely hotel right in the centre of the town and accessible to everywhere be it restaurants, station, parks etc. Lovely accommodation - large bright rooms, I even had a terrace. The breakfast was nice and generous. We were part of a tour and many tour groups use the hotel. I thought the service was great from the staff. Our room was large with a large closet. The room was comfortable if a little tired. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. This 4* hotel is amazing. Montecatini Terme is the hidden gem of Tuscany. Great town with lots of places to eat, including the mountain town of Montecatini Alto with a great square for local shopping and dining with a great view of the valley. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, modern, with a classic feel & SUPER well price!. It's a few minute walk to the town center which has great shopping and...

For 5 days I visited towns in Tuscany : Florence, Pisa, Siena,Cinque Terre. It was five wonderful days, in which we admired the beauties, the monuments and the history of Tuscany. And the city where the hotel is located delighted us.We will definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small pool which is rather exposed to the passing traffic on the road. There was a nice bar area although supplies in the bar seemed to run out at one...
I had the most amazing room with a lovely balcony and the most wonderful panoramic view of the scenery. The food was delicious and the deserts were a delicious surprise every night. I love this hotel so much I came back a second time. I hope I get a chance to visit it again. Definitely recommend it

The food was really bad. First night fine and after that awful. We went out 4 of the 7 nights. Also we couldn't pay our bill for drinks and water till the end of the week. I have never seen this in any other hotel...

Breakfast was good but could do with proper juices they all tasted like diluted squash. The evening meals were very poor, a lot of fellow travellers ate out most evenings. The first night was good but went...
