We stayed at Grand Hotel Croce di Malta, 6th - 13th June. Holiday was booked through Topflight. From beginning to end, the Holiday was fantastic. This hotel was across from a beautiful park and within walking distance of shopping and dining. It offered spectacular views all accesible by a short walk around this historical spa town. We were with a tour group and visited many other towns on day trips that were within an hour ride. This hotel and quaint town was centrally located to many regions in the Tuscan area.

Very nice place. However, breakfast was same every morning. The air conditioning was off and on and off. Wouldn't have minded sleeping with open windows, but the street was very noisey.

We arrived early and our room was not yet available. Without asking, we were upgraded to a suite for the week that we stayed. The facility was comfortable and updated and the staff were all professional. We enjoyed one dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent.

Great experience @ Grand Hotel Croce di Malta. Rooms were ready and clean upon arrival. Rooms were also spacious. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Food and service were very good.

There was no hot water in the shower

Room is as per photo. All are great besides there is only 1 small mirror at the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom. Breakfast pretty basic. There is one old man waiter sounded unfriendly with sour face.

Definitely not 5 or 4 star. Furniture is outdated, rooms are small, showers are but the best, very narrow bathtub, terrible water pressure and water temperature changes at a whim. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in other rooms. Night life in surrounding places was a constant interruption.

The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows...

Lovely accommodation in stylish hotel, with friendly staff. We were half board and the meals were unbelievably good! Breakfasts were waiter service, as was the full, included, menu in the evening. This is a great hotel! We stayed here for four nights in January. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The only problem was the hotel had control of our thermostat, so even when we turned it up to the maximum temperature allowed, they turned it down again. Love this hotel! We used it as a base for a five night stay, to travel around Pisa, Tuscanny, Florence and Chinque Terre. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! We booked spa services. First we enjoyed the steam shower, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Second, Roberta gave us a very relaxing massages. Her technique was perfect. The facility was very clean.

This is a 4• hotel mainly I think because of the great spa and massage facilities. The hotel itself feels like a seaside resort hotel and the bedroom was very ordinary. The two pools look large in the photos but are in fact quite small and were cold in September as was the outside jacuzzi so virtually unusable. The restaurant was acceptable but not outstanding. I was there for 5 nights. The room has two single beds. The bathroom was a little bit small as well the room. There were a balcony. The breakfast was fine either the lunch and the dinner. The receptionist was friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and near the center.

This Hotel is in the perfect position in this small town just outside Florence Italy. We could easily walk to lots of shops a carnival great food and wonderful gelato! What could be better!

The hotel is basic. It offers clean rooms. The bathroom is small, but clean. The breakfast is the same everyday and there was no fruits or vegetables (only compote). People are nice and helpful. Though they dindn't help me to have a normal blanket (mine was 120cm×120cm 😞).

Decent rooms, ours was clean and tidy when we came. WiFi was down for a while, the pool is more like a small pond and the breakfast is pretty bad. Not a lot to choose from.
