Nice location, very friendly staff. It’s a family business, you can meet all the generations working there together. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Breakfasts and dinners very tasty and all fresh. The only week point is the air conditioning, which gave more noise than cold in our room, but it is not a deal breaker.

The accommodation is old-fashioned, in a bad part of town, the service in the hotel is, to put it mildly, desperate and rude. I found bed bugs. And to top it all off, they insulted me and called me crazy and stupid.

Staff were very friendly helped us out when we had a problem. Location was very nice and everything was close enough to walk. The rooms were nice and cold when we came in after a hot long day being out. The rooms where was cleaned everyday; beds made, rubbish taken out, towels changed, and bathroom cleaned. Overall, very happy with my experience here and would go back.

We've visited Monte Catini as dance group od 80people (most of the children) and this hotel was disaster! On the reception there was granma 90 years old and she coundn't help us of anything. There was one elevator for 2 person or just a suitcases wiht veeery slow speed. There was a sweemingpool but we didn't get permision to use it! Shower cabin is to narrow! Bigger person can't shower here! Last day in the morming staff turn of the aircondition in all rooms to get wet and leave the hotel as soon as possible 😠

Great atmosphere, the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Definitely will visit it again!

This hotel is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The breakfast was really bad. We ate just bread and butter and tried to drink a cup of some awful orange juice.
ROOMS were old. The rooms almost weren't cleaned at all. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole room. I'have worked with many hotels before and I can say for a fact that they just use parfume to make the room smell nice even though the room wasn't cleaned. Toilet had stains and night tables were really dusty.

Modest hotel with good location. Clean rooms, ok breakfast. We have stayed in part of the hotel that haven't been renovated and when we were leaving we saw renovated rooms that look much better than ours.

Lovely nice hotel. The oweners working hard also there, they are very helpful, friendly and kind.

Decent rooms, ours was clean and tidy when we came. WiFi was down for a while, the pool is more like a small pond and the breakfast is pretty bad. Not a lot to choose from.
