The hotel is large and the room space is OK. The service is also good. The average price is less than 1500 per night, which is acceptable.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. Beautiful place ! Stayed a few nights last year for our honeymoon. It’s a peaceful place, the scenery, the food was great, the staff were very welcoming. We explored the nearby towns, it was the perfect place to stay at after the busy days we had in Rome.

My 4-year-old child fell down in the room. His mouth and face bled a lot. I will never forget the approach and support of the hotel staff throughout my life. The hotel is a wonderful hotel, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery. The breakfast and food are excellent. A place I will choose again. Thank you very much for everything.

We had the most amazing weeks stay at this hotel. The hotel is so charming, set on stunning, well kept grounds. And is in a very quiet, beautiful location. But a good base to travel around Tuscany. The staff could not have done more for you, so friendly & attentive. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous and always a varied selection of breakfast. Pure bliss!

This is a lovely property at a reasonable price. The pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were very modern. We enjoyed a very nice meal in the restaurant. I visited during my vacation with my family. I took a young child with me, and the location, price, and breakfast were all good. Parking is free inside the hotel. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but I didn't feel bad. The price was cheap, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is charming, old-fashioned, and cozy.

Great hotel! The staff is very kind. We had a baby that made a mess during breakfast and we asked for a broom to clean but the waiter rejected my request, saying that he will clean it.. Everyone was just so nice and kind. Rooms are decent and the pool and restaurant are great. 3 minute drive from the town and a winery. The property is beautiful and in a central location for reaching Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The breakfast room ladies were delightful as were the ladies in the Cardinale restaurant. Mina was an extremely affable and polite head waitress whose standard of courtesy is hard to come across in service industries anymore.

I traveled to Italy on a group tour and this hotel was our base. Great food in the restaurant, beautiful views out of my window of the Tuscany countryside. This hotel gets extra points for value. It is very affordable and for what I paid it was a great place to shower and sleep. Plus the staff was extra nice.

Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

You gotta love this place. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Pool area is big enough and never overcrowded. The hotel is in great distance of Siena and other lovely places. This is my third visit, and I’m bound to come back. They now have a charger for electric cars on site, and it works seamlessly. If you go (and you should) please leave a room for me.

The service and rooms are good, but the parking lot is a bit small.

We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. The strangest hotel purely for an overnight stay. It is not located in a picturesque area. The only thing is a good breakfast and there is a charger for an electric car.

The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were ver nice and clean. Towels were provided for the pool. We had a relaxing time by the pool and then some drinks at the hotel. Location was quite a short walk from the Station itself and on top of that, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served had a Wide variety of options, and they all tasted exceptionally good. Rooms have a very nice atmosphere and are decorated with a really nice vibe. However, if with 4 people, the room does get quite cramped and squeezy.

Great place for families and friends

Amazing place to relax, the pool is quite nice and the staff is very helpful! In the day you have the opportunity to tan by the pool or take a stroll down into Siena city, and by night you can sit outside enjoyin a glass of wine whilst looking over the city. All in all a fine location to have your vacation!

Our family stayed here in 3 separate apartments a few years ago. The location is ideal, the staff accommodating, the apartments and environs lovely. We've recommended it repeatedly to acquaintances who plan to travel to Italy.

I stayed here for one night during my road trip in Tuscany. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and rainy the whole time. After checking out, I took a short walk around the hotel and discovered their beautiful garden with a great view overlooking the city. Further up, there is also a swimming pool. It’s a shame that the weather was so bad, but I can imagine how wonderful it would be to spend time...

The B&B is on a hillside, with nice views and facilities, very tastefully decorated in a classical style. The air conditioner was not hot, but it was solved after communication. It is a very good hotel, but ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. You have to order it the night before, and the English menu is a bit difficult.

This is tremendous value if you are on a road trip, particularly with children, looking for a base in Tuscany. The apartments are spacious and excellently furnished. An incredible experience. We were there to try to see il Palio the first day but it rained. The hotel has a great location, but above all, as in every NH hotel, the staff, specially in Reception giving us that quality welcome and always being so close, made our stay in Siena, a beautiful place that stole our hearts, unforgettable. The hotel is in a good location. And the lobby looks nice and clean. However the hallways and rooms are old. There is no art on the walls in your room. The bathrooms are old and stained. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room. It’s pretty basic. The staff is very nice and helpful however. I have not been to a nh hotel like this before. May not choose nh again after this.

From the moment we arrived our stay was enlighteed by genuine hospitality and professionalism from all the staff. The breakfast was very good and great coffee, the location of the hotel in the center of Siena was perfect, but the room was on the small side. The staff were very helpful with my questions about where to park, especially Barbara.

Everything was very professional, from the booking to pre-arrival communication to the stay itself. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good as well - we didn't try the restaurant for lunch/dinner as we were in the old part of town sightseeing from morning until late evening. Our stay could not have been better. Great location. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Excellent cleanliness and maintenance of the entire facility during COVID-times was most appreciated. It was the first time we traveled in a year & a half. Breakfast was good wholesome choices served by a well trained staff.
