We got a very warm welcome by the host. He literally planned our six-day vacation in Tuscany, guiding us the non-touristic destinations, which was all in all amazing. The staff was very attentive, giving us a typical Italien breakfast. Great!

Everything was perfect: the location, the Lady who met us, the room, the silence and neighboring Pizza restorane. . .

I find it more suitable for couples in love who wish to retire to be alone (even if there were also families). And very nice silent romantic clean friendly staff.

A dream come true !! Very nice and special rooms, with a tub never seen before ... I and my partner will definitely come back at the first opportunity!

Amazing very remote location with a common pool, very spacy rooms / appartments and own restaurant and a beer brewerery - staff was amazing and very friendly.

This is one amazing place, really nice flat, wonderful pool and great surroundings. We really enjoyed this stay and looking forward to visit once again.

Splendid location in the midst of the beautiful nature of the Tuscan hinterland. Friendly and pleasant staff. Few frills (no air conditioning or other luxuries) but you don't miss them. Alongside the San Ottaviano farmhouse (they are a few tens of meters from each other) and both managed by the same nice guys. Definitely a positive experience and to be repeated. Their craft beer is excellent.

Really gorgeous, surrounded by nature and very suitable for families with children and pets. It has a swimming pool and quite comfortable apartments. Following a path you come to a small riding school where children can take riding lessons from the owners for €25 an hour.

There is only a wash basin and a toilet in the room, no shower, so it cannot be treated as a bathroom. In the whole house there is only one and two rooms with a makeshift bathroom. The rooms are quite crowded for max 2 people, a small wardrobe, no furniture to unpack your belongings, also in the bathroom. No air conditioning so the heat was unbearable. Great place if you travel several together and rent the whole place. Otherwise it will probably be close to strangers. A little too far away for shopping opportunities.

Great location and fantastic service from the staff. We did a cooking class which was great, the chef was very knowledgable and fun. The hotel was amazing, the pool was lovely to relax by. Food and wine at the restaurant was delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing countryside retreat.

We are very happy, that we choose your place. Fantastic area, perfect place for stay there and travel from there to wellknown cities. We had a wonderful stay at this agriturismo. We stayed up on the hill 900 meters away from the main property so if you choose these apartments, you need to be able/willing to walk 10-15 min up or downhill to get to the pool and the main property. Nice agriturismo in the countryside, it is really quiet and off the path with donkeys, cows, horses and a pig called Silvio. You need about 30-45' drive to the beach, San Vincenzo or a nice trip to bolgheri. Winerys are also in Suvereto. We had a 2-room appartment at the B&B Part with breakfast. Nice place to be far from big Cities and srowd of people. Old wooden furniture , big chimneys, marbles stairs, cracked doors gives you the feelings of past centuries. The real Rome villa. Also has stylish cottages for rent. But is far from mare and not real agro.

My wife and I went here last week with our two dogs. The context is ideal if you have children or dogs or if you simply want to be calm and out of the chaos.
