The apartment is quite big, clean and fully equipped. It is located on the hill approximately 15 minutes to the beach by car. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Lucia is very friendly and helpful.

We have had a wonderful week with our newborn baby of 3 months. The room was well equipped and we were well helped with questions and tips in the area. We have made extensive use of the terrace at the front of the house and the 'private' swimming pool at the back of the house. It is an absolute must!

Very serene and peaceful place above the tuscan hills, close to the sea. The view is stunning, the breakfast very yummy and the rooms ( we stayed at the smallest, two room "appartment" very well equipped and with a tastful interior. Higly recommendable, as everything around like Volterra, the beaches is so close. But on the other hand, you do not need leave this peaceful island anyway.

A beautiful place to stay ! The house is surrounded by olive trees. The view from the terrace is magnificent. If you want to swim, the sandy beach is 10 mins away by car. I give four out of five stars as it is a little expensive according to the living condition of the Igloo. Otherwise I recommend this place for you the enjoy a beautiful night in the Tuscany region.

Amazing place! We had one of the top-level tents and it was really a blast. The tent in itself is well built, it has all you might need and even a small bathtub inside the tent. There was also a full outdoor kitchen and best of all it's all located under/between amazing fruit trees. The most nicest relaxing Place to stay in Tuscany.The Villa is amazing with lots Charme, so are the spacious Rooms, the wonderful Breakfast with lots of Homemade Cakes and many other Homemade Things, made by the Owner him self Giovanni, who is the most Perfect Host you can imagine, not to forget his lovely Dog Rocco who is well behaved. Happy when have a Holiday there again.

Maintenance staff is super friendly and quick to respond whenever there is a problem. The pool area could use some more shade but is nice, especially for children. We booked last minute and arrived late at the hotel which was much appreciated. Parking is handy and location is great to visit the Bolgheri region. The rooms are basic and a bit dated but very spacious and have a garden patio which was nice. Staff was really nice. We did not have breakfast at the facilities but it looked nice. It is a nice small hotel for a 1 night stop.
