Beautiful and great ammeneties...very friendly staff

Best choice you can make for a complete stay in South-Tirol/ Italy. It matches for familiys and couples as well. The breakfast here is sensational! For goumets is the Dinnertime the pefekt constalation between sports, relaxing and enjoying life. The rooms are comfortable and have good combinated interiors. Everything is on the Point!

Very nice Hotel for families. Great food, many fantastic pools with poolbar. Clean and quiet rooms. The stuff is always helpful.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a family-hotel, so be prepared for lots of small children running around, esp., in the food areas. I would have preferred that the rooms would have thicker walls -- you can hear children throughout the whole day. Food was also great (which I would assume, given the price) but the selection a bit repetitive -- this is not a problem if...

Vegan breakfast (buffet style) with a wide variation of dishes (both sweet and savory) and drinks. Dinner was very refined and tastefull (5 courses; high culinairy vegan and different menu every night). The kindest people, the cleanest accomodation and the most gorgeous location for walking/hiking and enjoying nature.

Wow! Simply wow! I felt so happy there! It was simply amazing! The food was great, yoga was wonderful, massage was very good!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Fleisch, Eierspeisen und Früchten. Das Nachtessen war eine Wucht. Immer mit 5 Gang Menu. Auswahl mit Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegi.

We have been coming to this hotel with family for over 20 years and look forward to new ones every year. The service, the hotel itself and the excellent food have always exceeded all expectations, a clear recommendation!

We were super satisfied, as a family with 2 small children you feel very comfortable. From child carriers to a wide range of sports equipment, you can hire everything (for free) on site. The area is very nice and the hotel owners and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks :)

The hotel and rooms are very nice, but air conditioning inside the rooms is lacking

We had a great stay here, the price-performance ratio is right, the rooms are not so modernly furnished but spacious and equipped with very good beds, rarely slept so well. Cleanliness top, staff extremely friendly. A big praise goes to the kitchen, excellent, special requests are addressed.

Good rooms, great room cleaning, very good breakfast (from the buffet) on the terrace, which is ideal for relaxing. Excellent daily evening menu, even addressed our 16-year-old son. The service was always very nice, polite and ready to joke. Hotel facilities and location were very good. Stayed at the hotel from 26.07. year olds

Great hotel, great breakfast, great cleanliness, the staff is very attentive and kind to guests' needs. Swimming pool with hot water and truly well-kept relaxation garden area. Única lack of air conditioning. But otherwise they are really super.

Super relaxing holiday in the Pension Lärchenhof. Very friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet, clean rooms and a beautiful garden with pool.

We stayed 4 nights at the Pension Lärchenhof. The Petsonal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The garden and the pool were very nicely laid out. The pool is additionally heated. Here our little son with 6 months in the pool could. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Were 10 days in the Lärchenhof and again fully satisfied. Very nice local location, great pool and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. I think it's great being able to cook your own breakfast egg according to the degree of hardness. Great down to earth restaurant right next door.

Our stay at the Pension Lärchenhof was very nice. The rooms were very clean and we had a great view of the mountains. The garden and the pool were very well maintained and, especially for the children, a nice change from the many hikes that you can do from Naturns. The Gurschler family is very nice and happy to answer any question. We will come back in any case.

We received a very warm welcome and felt right at home. The room is very well furnished and offers a spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Everything is very clean and bright. The breakfast is excellent and creates a good basis for taking advantage of the numerous leisure activities. If you have any questions, the operators are always on hand with help and advice and offer the opportunity to rent...

Very nice place. The location is great, right in the center. Hotel made with love. Our room was very spacious. What I want to highlight is the really great service. We were given passes for using public transport and a hiking map. There are three restaurants directly at the hotel. We will definitely be back again!

Very clean and minimalistic rooms! Very nice staff, especially the owner. You can tell that he loves his hotel and is proud of it. The breakfast was also extensive and tasty. Only the street noise unfortunately disturbed our sleep at night.

Fantastic service, The kitchen was informed at the very last moment that I was vegetarian, it was a set menu for a large group. They made two extremely tasty veggie dishes for me .

the hotel was reorganized. no playroom and playground more very important but still great with kindern.haz yes 2 pools.the dinner is not more but very fine morning buffet.

It is part of the Familienhotels but we are not there for the kitchen. Very little choice, so-so quality and nothing for the little ones: only the soups of the day, very salty, with no possibility of variations except for a fee. They have a kitchenette ... in the series: "arranged" ... the rooms are very pretty.

A really great hotel, pool in the house, sun terrace, super friendly staff and an environment :-)))))))) So let's start from the beginning: the room (31) is not luxurious, but simply good! We wanted to hike and not stay in the hotel. We felt totally comfortable in the Weißes Kreuz! Everyone was very friendly, everything was super clean and prepared with attention to detail. The food was always delicious too. We had three great days in Naturns. From the delicious breakfast, the hosts, the dinner to the garden, which is perfect for relaxing, everything was perfect.

This place is simply out of this world, the ambience, the attentive service, and the food, not to forget the fresh apple juice, make you believe you are in another parallel universe of fairy tales.

Great little hotel lodge, in a little fraction of Naturno, immerse in the valley surrounded by apple trees and vine trees. Very pretty with chalet design, it offers a nice breakfast spread and dinner with the room post. Nice garden, little outdoor pool available, clean and cozy. WiFi, parking, polite staff.

Very well-kept hotel, spacious and well-equipped rooms. assorted breakfasts with heated indoor pool and large garden for sunbathing. Location 30 minutes from Merano and the train station. The only note is that they have a dog and barks often, there are those who might bother!

We stayed here one night, but the management here was extremely nice and helpful. They accommodated all our requests and also treated us to wonderful dinner and amazing breakfast. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay around Meran area. Awesome place!

Very good pizza for a very low price

The new owners are so friendly and polite. Great incredible comfortable, king size bad and fantastic pillows. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee at the terrace, looking on beautiful garden with a pool. Food was absolutely fabulous. We will go back for sure!

Wonderful pension with a lot of family charm and personality. Ideal starting point for many hikes and excursions (Meran, Bolzano). Best scrambled eggs in the world! 🥰

A great and clean place to stay. Run by a very friendly lady. The accommodation is a bit dated but other than that everything else is great. A small side note, it would be nice to have a milk alternative for breakfast, such as oat or soy milk.

This house is just wonderful. There are very cordial operators and we just felt comfortable and at home. The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms very comfortable and nice and very clean. Many thanks to the Pixner family for the warmth and we will definitely be back.

We had an incredible time 2 weeks ago. The hotel is amazing and as a family we were able to have fun togehter at the Family Spa and then on the Adults only Spa. I also need to say that the hotel can organize Babysitting for a few hours and we were really happy with Monika. The food was really good and we are looking forward to come back again! Weiter so!

Real feel of luxury. The food is exceptional. A la carte in the evening with a daily menu, and a really diverse and well thought out buffet for breakfast and lunch (with fantastic sweet treats). The spa is very well equipped with many saunas and steam rooms, relaxation rooms and lovely pools. the staff are also very friendly (Viktor and Matus were particularly helpful during our stay).

Simply amazing, can wholeheartedly recommend! My partner and I visited Feldhof in August 2023 and I am still dreaming of it many months later, which is what prompted me to write this review. A pleasant summer stay experience in this structure in Naturns. Friendly and professional owner, clean rooms with private balcony on the garden side and an excellent breakfast .. homemade with local products and very assorted. The only flaw is the swimming pool ... decidedly freezing water despite being indoors!

We felt very comfortable! Great breakfast with homemade jams, a large selection of cheese, sausage, raw vegetables, muesli, fruit, cakes, bread, eggs, juices and hot drinks. The hostess is super nice and gives very good tips on hiking in the area. The view from the whirlpool is great!

Our hosts were so welcoming and were very happy to satisfy any particular requests. For breakfast we were offered a very good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, etc., different breads, cheese, ham, etc. Also, freshly cooked eggs were also offered. The lovely garden gave us the opportunity to have a picnic and enjoy our staying near the small but refreshing pool. Everything was spotlessly clean.
