It's rather a 2 star hotel in my opinion. I've been in a 3 star hotel in Marsala and rooms were finished in a much better standard. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfasts are poor, there is not much choice to eat (especially if you're not from Italy and you're not used to sweet meals for breakfast). The foods are very traditional, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There's a nice swimmingpool and the location is very nature friendly. There might be hard to find someone who speaks english, but all in all the place is cool.

Beautiful but old fashion Italian style hotel. Beautiful view at Etna. Nice swimming pool. Rooms are clean. The only disadvantage was food quality but they give a lot and extra pay wine is delicious

I simply love this place. Visiting is a must when in Nicolosi. Wonderful by day, amazingly beautiful in the evening. With A local band most of the evenings. Prices are very cheap for beers, cocktails ect....

Great experience ! We arrived late and were welcomed and advised by the staff for our excursion to Mount Etna the day after. The bedroom was very nice ! The bathroom too…. The real fast absolutely huge (served directly in our room!) all the staff is nice! In the morning, we were offered a magnet as a souvenir of our stay there ♥️♥️♥️♥️

This was a most enjoyable experience, we were made to feel welcomed in so many ways. Everything about it made for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and quite large. Booked this and should have checked how far out this was, in a small town a long way from Catania. Nasty junction to turn into the gates at night if it's your first visit. Apartment composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 kitchenette (oven, hotplates, fridge and sink). Comfortable no more. Approximate finishes but nothing disturbing (paintings on the walls and ceilings that are falling apart). In 4 nights no cleaning and no towels changed. Pleasant swimming pool (cap required).

The pool is added charge and is part of the wellness retreat, the heated pool and hot tub were cold to cool at best. A bit disappointed. Dinner onsite was very good.

It's my 4th time. I've stayed here, love the spacious rooms, great bar and decent restaurant.

The only issue we had was parking as they have alot of the local community using there pool in the day and functions at night and they parked coaches in the car park.

Friendly and very helpful staff and a cool place to stay, things are a bit outdated but if you know what to expect, it's wonderful. It's like going back in time. A very good breakfast and the restaurant offers very decent food for dinner!

What we love about the place: - very old school charming hotel - beautiful pool and garden outside - very helpful and amazing staff - great restaurant What we think can be improved: - the doors are paper thin so it gets noisy - the rooms are in need of a renovation for some modern comfort and entertainment.

Got married in this place in October, so my review is based towards this event moreso than a regular stay. The hotel was really good, just like the pictures and made that important day all the more special. The overall impression was that the hotel belonged to a different era. Would definitely recommend the hotel for celebrating any type of event, as they have plenty of space and the outside areas...

Top place, very good service. I arrived late (about 3 am) because of a flight cancellation and they had laid on food in the room. Good food too!

I stayed at this hotel with a group of students and I am very satisfied. I was surprised to read the reviews of this hotel as it is one of the better hotels in this category. The hotel has recently changed owners and manager, so a lot has changed. The approach to the guests, no problems with anything, delicious food, very clean rooms. I can sincerely recommend this hotel.

Place is perfect, i am 13 and i was here on Erasmus + project, i never was in the better served hotel than that.

Rooms were decent enough, what made it worth it was the good service from hotel staff and the decor/ garden were nice as well.

The excursions and activities were great. Making pasta, wine tasting and cocktail making was fantastic. Much more informative than others ee have done. Trip to Etna was very good and again very informative. Breakfast was amazingly good with plenty of fresh produce...more than anywhere else we stayed. Overall the place is very rustic...using natural elements to make stairs, pathways, etc.

Coming for a small break with a relative, we arrived to a wonderful scenery which the beautiful main property is located in. Driving through the gates into the vineyard, which the acres of beautiful varietty of grapes and fruit trees surrounding you, you cannot fault your first welcome. Restaurant food was not great and pricey, however their breakfast was amazing and made up for it (farm harvest and homemade items, self press detox juices and their extensive tea selection!).

Emmaus Hotel is a good stop if you plan to visit Etna. The rooms are clean and cosy. Beds firm and confortable, just how I like 🙂 And there is even z complementary bottle of cold water waiting in the fridge. Just what you will need after a sunny day. Staff is always ready to help and doing their best to let you enjoy your stay. And the views... You have to see them yourself.

Hotel Emmaus is a great place to stay as part of a round trip. Generally it's quite clean and the food is tasty. Hotel staff are smiling and helpful. There is no any attractions like playground or swimming pool. Only bed, bath and restaurant, no more.

Etna's hilltop hotel counterpart, this hideaway has comfort, great service, good prices, wonderful walking trails, and the meeting and worship spaces to make any conference or gathering a success. Great views are also included; five minute car ride to center of town.

Location near the Etna, rooms are gracefully located if you happen to have a balcony with a view. Service is questionable, pay close attention to the prices.

This hotel is pretty good. It's located 15 minutes away from the town center, yet it's in a pretty relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are pretty big, furniture is old but not untidy or unclean. Service and breakfast are OK. I recommend it if you have a car or simply love to walk or discover new places.

Hotel is out of the centre, meaning its quiet and no car fumes. Its not far from via etnea, which takes you to the centre.we walked. Pleasantly pleased. Ideal location away from Catania overlooking a fishing harbour and a short walk to train station. You can't buy a ticket there and it is worrying as you have to 'validate ' your ticket before you get on the train!. But friendly ticket inspector lets you pay on the train! I travel alone so the welcome i get is very important. This i received along with a smart room.

Well this is my first time traveling abroad and I didn't know what to expect for a first-time time traveler. But we checked into this establishment, one of the bigger hotels that they have in the area. The rooms are little small, they are outdated but all in all it was a good stay. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is clean and normal but there is no logic. First of all, I am sorry for the workers in the bar and restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights, and the same staff worked all the time, in the morning and in the evening also. Thats hard! So, there is a pool what you can use only between 10.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. I mean, why? If you travel to the downtown for sightseeing, than you cant use the pool in...

What is not to love? They have a nice pool next to the great restaurant! The massage service and spa is amazingly relaxing! The decontracting massage and facial massage... To die for!

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.

A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.
