Garden and pool area lovely. Rooms always cleaned. Quiet place. Owner is very friendly. He even borrowed us his beach umbrella. Breakfast very good with fresh local fruits. Cute villages nearby.

Our stay at Il Viottolo in Noci was truly delightful. The only minor inconvenience was the squeaky main gate, which could be a tad noisy at night. However, this is quickly overshadowed by the perfection of their swimming pool. It's an ideal spot to relax and unwind, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my days.

We had long wanted to return to this structure where we had stayed 14 years ago and, this summer we finally succeeded! Tutto ottimo: Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario, camera da letto molto spaziosa, bagno con doccia molto comoda; ottima accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità ad ogni richiesta da parte dei proprietari; nonostante non ci sia un parcheggio privato c'è disponibilità di parcheggi a pagamento e gratuiti nelle vicinanze...Consigliatissimo!

This is a gem in the heart of Noci's historic centre. If you want to feel at home in a cosy and extremely functional place then Dimora dei Pentimi is the place to be! Wonderful place in a stone building, fresh reconditioned, sparkling clean, everything needed - silvery, pots, coffee maker; the location is child friendly, host was great as well, neibourhood is quiet and we were fortunate to visit the market happend in 1 day- reccomend the experience and place overall!

Very good value for money hotel. The room is very clean and the housekeeping is very well done. The pool is clean and large. The hotel is run by a pleasant and caring family. The location is a good alternative to the tourist towns in the area (15min Alberobello). The town of Noci next door is also pleasant.

A very nice guesthouse with huge, beautiful and clean bedrooms. You can sit in front of your bedroom and sip your glass of wine or install yourself at the swimming pool. Very well maintained location immersed in the tranquility of the Apulian countryside, 15 minutes from Locorotondo and Alberobello. Ugo is a true landlord, he welcomed us in a very familiar way and in doing so immediately put us at ease, he showed us the maps of the neighboring countries and advised us where to eat.
