The Receptionist staff was not welcoming or interested in offering you extra services like tours as they advertised on their website. This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really spacious with a balcony and mini fridge. the food in the restaurant is perfect and the waiters are really friendly. This is a mass tourism hotel with coach loads from all over the globe descending. The staff are very friendly and efficient, rooms large and quiet but bath/shower rooms dated. The staff could not do enough for us - from when we checked in to after we checked out, nothing was too much trouble . We were able to use the pool on day of check out until we left to travel to Naples and were even provided with fresh pool towels after check out to use during that day. There is nothing to complain about. The property is just very ordinary. It served the purpose. The restaurant for dinner is inexpensive but also unremarkable. It is an ideal location for the Trulli Zone.

We arrived very late, they should pin point a parking spot for visitors. As a non Italian resident we would love to get info's about the parking details around the surrounding. Because we asked the concierge if we could park to the place and he said it was okay but when we arrive to our car the day after we got penalty for it.

Very good option for one or two nights! Room with everything you need and welcoming and helpful staff! Within walking distance of the Trulli village, good location. The breakfast is rich. This is the nearest hotel to the train station. There is an elevator, which is suitable for passengers dragging suitcases.

Actually nice hotel but the rooms are too close to each other and other rooms can hear your voice while walking through the corridors. Breakfast is insufficent. The dinner is satisfying. Parking is problem. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are small but comfortable.

My advice is remember that this is about staying somewhere really unusual. Yes, it is basic but it has been there for around 500 years so accept it for what it is - something special that you won't see anywhere else. Spotlessly clean, beautiful, crisp sheets and a bottle opener: what more could you want? Well, maybe mosquito spray! I do recommend staying here.

First, the Trulli. In my opinion highly overrated experience. They look very nice from the outside, but nothing special inside. However, just as the tour books say, the town of Alberobello is filled with people...worse than Main Street Disney World, that if you want to see it better, it is a good idea to stay there as it is much more than the Trulli. It was a genuine trull! Once I switched off the refrigerator, the room was hushed. So lovely that I opted to postpone sightseeing until after the check-out. I enjoyed being a homebody in the historical trull. There was even a kitchen.

Fun to stay in a Trulli! We had a family room which was quite large. It had a small kitchen. The interior was perfectly up to date with wifi, A/C, TV, etc. Good location but up a steep hill. Check in was easy but impersonal. Really no service from the front desk. Basically an AirBnb. Breakfast was ok. Bad coffee.

This was the 4th time we have visited here and they were all very fine. This place actually uses trullis in the city itself. They have been renovated and are very comfortable. Since it got rather chilly we found out that the heater works very well, especially after showering. The breakfast is in a small cafe right around the corner and offered all we could want. This was a very unique experience in Alberobello with their Trulli’s. There is a very interesting history behind the construction of these structures and the materials used. Ancient techniques for building and maintaining homes is still on display and amazing to see a demonstration of how well things work if synergies in nature are leveraged.
