Hotel with huge rooms, very clean and staff always nice and available. Vintage decoration. I just point out 2 things in a negative way. Breakfast: poor variety, no bread and no fruit during my stay. Room doors: you need to make a quick move between inserting the card and opening the door. I saw so many people not managing to open the door.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms with airco, good breakfast buffer. Private parking available on request.

I had a pleasant 2 days here. Not a "modern" hotel, but the room was clean and spacious enough and the staff spoke English and were helpful. Interesting, if not somewhat random display of typewriters and clocks in the lobby.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! It was the best of all the "breakfast included" hotels we had visited in our trip to Italy.

Staff were excellent, especially the young lady at front of house that doubled as the bar staff too! The room was an excellent size and seemed fairly modern too. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job each day.

Lot of place, incredible breakfast with home made cookies. And a very good restaurant Locanda delle due Suocere at 50m. Don t forget to make a reservation

Rooms are very nice, clean and large. Breakfast is super good with sweet and salty and fresh fruit. People are kind and the place is quiet. Only con is that it is a bit out of the city center of Novara.

Very friendly staff. Don't worry that they say only Italian spoken; I only speak English and got on fine. Tasty bar snacks. Big, clean, comfy rooms. Fast wifi. Good coffee!

Great little hotel in Novara run by a sweet couple. I stayed here once almost 4 years ago and always remembered how good it was. So, I came back again during my next trip to the city. Rooms are really nice with attractive pricing. Highly recommended !

The best experience in hotels ever. I was here with my small dog and family. Located in a calm region of Novara. Very clean, calm down, no noise, beds are very comfortable, towels clean, everything is so neat and white - so the name Cristallo is so accurate. And it smells like flowers in the hallway. The owners are so kind and friendly.

Frendly, clean, good price for what you get. They do not speak English nor German, but it was no problem at all.

This hotel has an old style with rooms decorated with some old standards. Bed are not comfortable at all, as you get into the bed, you fall down into a hop and my back felt it. Had to check into a hotel last minute. Price offered was reasonable. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to stay while in Novara.

I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights during my biz trip across Italy. It's not Modern but still very clean. A room is very spacious that I could do my morning workouts. Staff are all very friendly and willing to pay attention to my requests. It's located in the city centre of Novara do everything is a walking distance. Nice hotel with clean rooms conveniently located in the city center. The windows do not provide good sound insulation but this is not a big problem. Breakfast is good with poppies in number but good products.

Once maybe a prominent hotel but not anymore. Basics are okay, but things like sockets and carpets are from a bygone era. Right in the middle of town.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Easy to find and access, with a private parking connected through elevator directly to the reception area. The staff at the reception and breakfast launch were very polite. We had a good breakfast, in a quiet and nice environment. All very clean. Great postion-from your bed you can see the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi at Piazza ,named after him, and trainstation is near but you can't hear train's noise. Rooms spacious and nice but definitely not 4*. Location noisy and unpleasant. Service was great, kind and helpful staff but huge problem at the breakfast. Inadequate number of tables available and understaffed, so even with best efforts and attempts to assist guests, we had to wait for table to be prepared, for plates, for coffee. Additionally poor choice and quantity offered for buffet. Big plus...

Overall Mixed feelings about the hotel: the room itself was quite nice... Pretty big and decently decorated. However, the bathroom had a few issues. There was no working ventilation (and no windows). A string which I suppose originally was used to start the ventilation seemed to not do anything anymore... Means that the ventilation was probably broken. Several lamps were also broken in the bathroom...

Overall the room is okay. Just the lighting too dim, the shower room is too old and many spoilt items. Sometime the cleaner not TOP up the sandals and you need to request at Counter. The counter guys are helpful and nice though. I would say good service just the room amenities not so good.

I was visiting Novara in September and stayed for 10 days. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They went over and above to make my stay so comfortable. The suite I had was deluxe and there was a large variety of baked goods, fresh fruits, cereals and excellent coffee made to order every morning. The location is the best as the train station is within walking distance and there is Lovely...

We stayed at the Parmigiano for 3 nights while visiting friends in Novara - the room was enormous with ensuite bathroom, everything was exceptionally clean and the owners and their staff were absolutely delightful hosts. Could not have asked for anything more.

Pretty location in front of a beautifull park. Rooms are tidly neat, spacious. Well trained stuff and upfront polite.

It is a nice hotel quite near the train station. My room was wide, comfortable with a clean bathroom. My only complaint is that the rooms aren't soundproof enough

This guesthouse provides the ideal bed and breakfast environment, with beautiful rooms, excellent location, and courteous and attentive hosts. The breakfasts are top-notch and considering the quality of the overall package, the place is a bargain. Our family of four was easily accommodated and we felt like we stayed among family. We would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Novara, or passing through...

The owner picked us up at the airport...he was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing. The owner and his family look after the hotel and are all very friendly. They offer help whenever needed..whether it's booking a taxi, giving us directions or giving us food recommendations. On the first day the owner gave us a map and showed us key areas in Novara....

as one review said the good times of this hotel already. The hotel is a prize for the collector. The hotel has a lot of antiques on display. I could give this hotel a top rating, it has spacious rooms and good service and great staff. But two things that spoiled the mood of living for me: the first main thing is audibility. When you sleep you hear and understand speech from the next room, as well...

I am so glad i found this place. Super well worth it for what you pay and within walking distance to many restaurants and other places of interest. Gino, the owner and his family, who run the place are incredibly nice. Really wonderful hosts and the included breakfast very, very nice.
