Business in Novara On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. There are restaurants within walking distance. Parking is close by in the street. Breakfast is as expected in Italy. There's no bar but beer and other drinks may be purchased from the reception...

Gigantic bed, pity I slept there alone. Everything clean, beautiful breakfast. All smooth. Good location, 1km walk to the town centre. Next to a large Carrefour and a café. I have been here before and I am sure will be there again. in the town.

Hotel with huge rooms, very clean and staff always nice and available. Vintage decoration. I just point out 2 things in a negative way. Breakfast: poor variety, no bread and no fruit during my stay. Room doors: you need to make a quick move between inserting the card and opening the door. I saw so many people not managing to open the door.

Well maintained rooms ... family run hotel..you feel like home ... a bad thing is that cleaning ladies at 8am should behave more politely..no slamming doors and standing on the phone loudly. ... otherwise we say mediocre. .also for cleaning

I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights during my biz trip across Italy. It's not Modern but still very clean. A room is very spacious that I could do my morning workouts. Staff are all very friendly and willing to pay attention to my requests. It's located in the city centre of Novara do everything is a walking distance. Nice hotel with clean rooms conveniently located in the city center. The windows do not provide good sound insulation but this is not a big problem. Breakfast is good with poppies in number but good products.

Rooms spacious and nice but definitely not 4*. Location noisy and unpleasant. Service was great, kind and helpful staff but huge problem at the breakfast. Inadequate number of tables available and understaffed, so even with best efforts and attempts to assist guests, we had to wait for table to be prepared, for plates, for coffee. Additionally poor choice and quantity offered for buffet. Big plus...

Good hotel good value close to train station and free parking

Overall Mixed feelings about the hotel: the room itself was quite nice... Pretty big and decently decorated. However, the bathroom had a few issues. There was no working ventilation (and no windows). A string which I suppose originally was used to start the ventilation seemed to not do anything anymore... Means that the ventilation was probably broken. Several lamps were also broken in the bathroom...

We stayed at the Parmigiano for 3 nights while visiting friends in Novara - the room was enormous with ensuite bathroom, everything was exceptionally clean and the owners and their staff were absolutely delightful hosts. Could not have asked for anything more.

The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, within walking distance. The elevator goes to the second floor only, there is no elevator to the third floor. Windows in third-floor rooms are on the roof and they are locked so no window can be open in the room and the bathroom. It kept dropping out on two devices in two different locations - never held a connection for more than 2-3 minutes and you'd then have to log in again. Zoom etc would be quite impossible. Nice location in a park outside Vigevano. With the bike a less than 10 minutes ride to centro storico and that is a must see. Piazza Ducale is one of the nicest places in Europe. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff.

The rooms are a little bit dated but for the price, you can't go wrong. We had a lovely lake-view room and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Close to shops and other places but it would be best to come with a car since you are not walking distance from the center where you can take the boat cruises etc. Would come back for a longer stay in the future.

Practical for a step. Next to a large commercial area, modeled on motels in the USA, you can park in front of the room. The price of 70€ is competitive but our room was rather gloomy and dated even though everything was in good condition.

Vintage but reasonably good shape classic hotel, very close to the train station and the waterfront, most rooms with a balcony and Lake view, could use some touchups here and there, but enjoyed the stay very much. Just across the street from the lake side walkway.

It is quiet an old hotel, but it's clean. My room was next to a main road with a rubber road bump. Cars drove with speed over the bump which causes two loud bangs every time and that most of the night.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Spagna. First of all the location of the hotel is perfect, you only need 2 minutes to be in the city and at the sea promenade. Hotel Concorde is a four star hotel in Arona,N.Italy. It's in a very quiet place.In front of it is lake Orta.From our 4th floor room we had a very breathtaking view of the lake all around. The hotel waiters were very nice. Those who had some food allergy were given suitable food.

Clean basic place. Wifi is not in all rooms is my only real complaint. They do have parking but it is a block away on another of their properties. Super friendly helpful staff.

A relic from the 1960s seemingly composed entirely of mirrors. 24-hour reception and plenty of availability, but unfortunately quite noisy and with a breakfast buffet consisting mainly of saltine crackers.

If you are planning for Fiera Milano.. I think this is the best option... bus was at foor step and charging 2 Euro per person and dropped us to the Fiera Milano Expo and from Feira Mlano same bus dropped us to the hotel gate... distance from Fiera is almost 3 KM, by bus with in 3 minutes we are at Fiera. Also Rho train station is 8 minutes walk from this location.

The rooms were very clean, the hostesses was extremely pleasant and helpful. All of our concerns were answered in the most efficient manner. Check in and check out was easy. Very good value for money.

Very nice place to stay. Here you will find a microwave, a heater, a washing machine, a TV and the like needed to meet the daily needs of the inmates. If you are coming from the airport, you must take the train to get to the Rho train station, which is only 70 meters away. from the apartment(Expo Residence Rho)

Accurate information about facilities are usually not mentioned properly online. No one is available at the bar to serve drinks for more than half the day, no drinks available in minibar in room. No facility when I wanted to spend time to have a business meeting in the lobby and it's noisy with loud music which prevents from taking any business call. The hotel is quite nice but it’s too far from the public transpo and need to walk few kilometres to reach the hotel destination.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel and atleast 30 minutes away from most attractions but there is a bus service and metro close by. Needed a better clean but basic cleaning is done every day so not too bad. Good for the price.
