This hotel has an old style with rooms decorated with some old standards.
Bed are not comfortable at all, as you get into the bed, you fall down into a hop and my back felt it.
The room are really noisy when on road side.
The service was not so bad but breakfast is very limited in terms of of choice.
The parking is located under the hotel but the access is very difficult. A narrow 90 degrés turn between two walls and the entry is very narrow as well with less than 10 parking lots.
If you like old style it will enjoy you but if you expect the last technologies it’s not the hotel made for you.

Dirty wall, bathroom with damp and really untidy place with worst customer service you could imagine charging €200/night!!

Once maybe a prominent hotel but not anymore. Basics are okay, but things like sockets and carpets are from a bygone era. Right in the middle of town.

Bad. Terrible rooms. Small TV. It's old, rooms are too hot, bad Internet. Only the water pressure in the shower is ok

Perfect location, but it lacks of maintenance. Old style, not very clean. Hope they will renovate it as on as possible ... It is a real pity to see it in such conditions. For the moment I'll not come here any longer ...

A staff of hotel I met couldn't speak even basic english. Also I can't tell there is cosy and clean. I will never revisit this hotel even I come again in Milano. And they have electronic problems.

I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights during my biz trip across Italy. It's not Modern but still very clean. A room is very spacious that I could do my morning workouts. Staff are all very friendly and willing to pay attention to my requests.
It's located in the city centre of Novara do everything is a walking distance.
It might be that I had stayed in the most horrible Airbnb prior to my check in.
It's one of the best values for money.
I would surely come back for my next biz trip

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CONCEPT, everything is very dirty, from the filter of the dryer, to the plugs of the bed itself, very old mattresses, from the first day my whole body itched, many insects, and spiders, I got a ecwma on the neck, the pillow was practically a sheet of paper, rare that this hotel has 4 stars

Had to check into a hotel last minute. Price offered was reasonable. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to stay while in Novara.

The hotel is so noisy!!! It is difficult to fall asleep with all that traffic outside. The breakfast is rich.
