Been here in August 2016. Lovely position. Our room was on the second floor right in front of the sea. Waking up and seeing the sea from your bed is priceless! We paid for the room, the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good food. Room was clean and spacious but no AC. A bit old fashioned the building, which, in some aspects should definitely be refurbished (old tiles in the bathroom, old hall...). ...

It could have been a 5 stars review but it won’t, and I’ll explain you why. The place is amazing, location is perfect, staff is super friendly and very keen to assist you at every step. There’s animation for the little ones and there’s an easy access to the beach via a tunnel with a small lift for prams and wheelchairs. The cottages are clean and well organised if you need assistance to move around...

An amazing campsite with a superb service, French touch, easy access to the sea via a tunnel (lift for baby stroller), nice swimming pool for adults and kids. Would return at any time.

The property was well maintained, good facilities, staff were extremely courteous and the restaurant/bar was good. We initially booked the Casa Mobile but it was very small and claustrophobic so we upgraded to the Casa Mobile Luxury which was excellent.

Best camping near the lake at the best possible spot in the marche Perfect if you want to recharge batteries

Nice camping well equipped, you can play tennis, volleyball and football. There is cafeteria and restaurant. But why the toilets and showers are not clean and equipped with soap and paper toilet. I know Italian standards but this can be still improved

Beautiful place with various facilities like bar, restaurant, swimming pool, play area & a very friendly & efficient reception. The parking however was in a bit of dusty stretch of land. Access to the private beach was included in the stay. Would recommend the luxury mobile home to stay.

We had a good stay also this year,however the shuttle connecting to the beach was not well organized (often we had to wait 20 min) as one vehicle only was available and a minimum entertainment for kids could had been organized as done by other villages in the area.

The place isn't bad, it's clean and has good space for tents (albeit a bit narrow, be sure your tent neighbors will need to go through your plot to get to theirs). There's not much in the area but this could serve as a "home base" if needed - be warned that the camping has no parking. You will need to use the town's parking spots, of which only one nearby is free, the others are 5€ per day or really...

Excellent location within easy walking distance of both Numana and Sirolo. Room clean, comfortable and well maintained, with amazing views of the coast. Food of an excellent standard, beyond expectations. Excellent facilities, especially the private beach and swimming pool. All staff very courteous. Hope to return for a longer stay next summer!

Magnificent views, very kind personal, great food (both in quality and quantity). The private beach is quiet and isolated, ideal for relax and with pently of space between beach umbrellas. I do recommend wet shoes or slippers to walk on the beach (pebbles beach).

I went for lunch at the restaurant with my friend and the service who the hotel provide is just amazing! The waiter Guido, served us explaining every single plate we ordered. High standard service. The food was nice too! I felt like at home, when my mum used to cook for me. Excellent!

Very comfortable hotel because 100m from the beach, rooms also with sea view. Very good and rich breakfast. You also have an umbrella and a sunbed in a partner bathroom for the duration of your stay. The main disadvantage is that the car park is quite far and you have to go uphill and the prices are medium to high.

Family run hotel, clean environment with a nice sea view. Great location and hearty breakfast. The swimming pool and green space is a plus.

We are two couples from Rome and we spent a pleasant week in this beautiful property located a stone's throw from the sea, welcoming and well cared for in every environment, with lots of greenery and a beautiful swimming pool. The owners (Ernesto, Federica and Alberto, their very nice son) were courteous, helpful, friendly and recommended excellent restaurants in the area to have lunch and dinner....

Excellent structure. A stone's throw from the sea. The welcome was excellent, as was the whole week. The fact that it offers only the bed and breakfast formula has allowed you to appreciate the many restaurants on the coast. Kudos to the staff, always attentive and helpful.

I spent a week on vacation with my wife in this hotel. My room was a bit small, but clean and cozy. the bathroom had the shower cubicle reduced to a minimum, which for us could have been fine, but a person with a little weight could have difficulty. We stayed for a week until last Saturday. Excellent structure, clean rooms and disinfectant in every corner (and these days it is not cheap). Excellent location and short distance from the beach where the hotel has an agreement with an establishment. Good and varied breakfast buffet. The good quality dinner includes a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian menus, as well as a buffet of side dishes. Well maintained facility with a remarkable swimming pool and private parking.

My boyfriend and I stayed a week in a double room with sea view. The hotel is quite well maintained, clean, the room was spacious and functional, nothing was missing including a very useful mini fridge. The only "flaw": it is located at the top of a short climb that is not very comfortable for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties. The pool was definitely well appreciated, as much as the complimentary umbrella and sunbeds at Marcelli beach included in the resort stay. Disocunt at the beach restaurant too! Cleanliness was also an add on.

Truly a fairy tale place as the name rightly suggests. Located in the heart of the lovely Ancona countryside. Sunflower fields lead up to this lovely quiet resort. The restaurant also serves lovely home-made food and is well priced. The pool area is a lovely place to relax and unwind. We loved our stay there and will definitely return again and again 😊👍
