It could have been a 5 stars review but it won’t, and I’ll explain you why. The place is amazing, location is perfect, staff is super friendly and very keen to assist you at every step. There’s animation for the little ones and there’s an easy access to the beach via a tunnel with a small lift for prams and wheelchairs. The cottages are clean and well organised if you need assistance to move around...

An amazing campsite with a superb service, French touch, easy access to the sea via a tunnel (lift for baby stroller), nice swimming pool for adults and kids. Would return at any time.

Been here in August 2016. Lovely position. Our room was on the second floor right in front of the sea. Waking up and seeing the sea from your bed is priceless! We paid for the room, the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good food. Room was clean and spacious but no AC. A bit old fashioned the building, which, in some aspects should definitely be refurbished (old tiles in the bathroom, old hall...). ...

Fantastic breakfast, quiet and elegant place for the piece

Very comfortable and welcoming development. We stayed in a standard double room which was fine. Clean, air conditioned and decent bathroom. Our friends stayed in a suite which was a short walk away and had more space. Open air swimming pool and basement spa including 10 M long jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Free shuttle service to the beach every 15 mins including parasol and 2 sunbeds on the hotel...

Picked this hotel based on amenities and reviews and was not disappointed. Totally refreshed and very comfortable. Service is exceptional and wonderful breakfast. Free parking and easy walk to water and town center. Rates were reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend

I went for lunch at the restaurant with my friend and the service who the hotel provide is just amazing! The waiter Guido, served us explaining every single plate we ordered. High standard service. The food was nice too! I felt like at home, when my mum used to cook for me. Excellent!

Very comfortable hotel because 100m from the beach, rooms also with sea view. Very good and rich breakfast. You also have an umbrella and a sunbed in a partner bathroom for the duration of your stay. The main disadvantage is that the car park is quite far and you have to go uphill and the prices are medium to high.

Not a modern hotel, parking is 500 my away so as their reserved beach.

We are two couples from Rome and we spent a pleasant week in this beautiful property located a stone's throw from the sea, welcoming and well cared for in every environment, with lots of greenery and a beautiful swimming pool. The owners (Ernesto, Federica and Alberto, their very nice son) were courteous, helpful, friendly and recommended excellent restaurants in the area to have lunch and dinner....

Excellent structure. A stone's throw from the sea. The welcome was excellent, as was the whole week. The fact that it offers only the bed and breakfast formula has allowed you to appreciate the many restaurants on the coast. Kudos to the staff, always attentive and helpful.

We felt welcomed, embraced and pampered. Excellent breakfast, amazing location, a few steps from the sea but quiet. And the only evening of chaos in the room opposite, we had a COUNTERFEST with a lot of guitar, songs and prosecco! Like old friends, beautiful! There is everything one seeks to think of this place with infinite nostalgia. I hope to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My partner and I stayed a week in early August in the b & b. Very nice and quiet place with some common areas but always quiet. Always kind and helpful owners and many services offered. The sea is really 700mt away. Included in the price was the breakfast in the garden made daily at home by Cristina. Recommended!

Excellent strategic position. Immediately close to the sea and areas of interest, but immersed in the quiet of nature. Very nice rooms with all the essentials, very clean. Excellent barbecue available to guests in the garden. The staff were very kind. The breakfast offers exquisite cakes made by the owner in a charming space. But it could be improved a lot by making a small buffet.

It is not a simple holiday home, it is an unforgettable experience. Services top as in a 5 star hotel, in the house can get everything from cutlery, the cotton fiock in the bathroom, plus a welcome basket with typical products that makes no ... it's the first time I saw a 'reception like that, the owners even offered us a drink with appetizers made from them with fish, really delicious and very special...

Excellent location within easy walking distance of both Numana and Sirolo. Room clean, comfortable and well maintained, with amazing views of the coast. Magnificent views, very kind personal, great food (both in quality and quantity). The private beach is quiet and isolated, ideal for relax and with pently of space between beach umbrellas. I do recommend wet shoes or slippers to walk on the beach (pebbles beach).

I spent a week on vacation with my wife in this hotel. My room was a bit small, but clean and cozy. the bathroom had the shower cubicle reduced to a minimum, which for us could have been fine, but a person with a little weight could have difficulty. We stayed for a week until last Saturday. Excellent structure, clean rooms and disinfectant in every corner (and these days it is not cheap). My boyfriend and I stayed a week in a double room with sea view. The hotel is quite well maintained, clean, the room was spacious and functional, nothing was missing including a very useful mini fridge. The only "flaw": it is located at the top of a short climb that is not very comfortable for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties. We had a great time here. Daniele is a wonderful host and had lots of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. The rooms are newly decorated, bright and super clean. The nearest beach is a very short walk away. Highly recommended.

The pool was definitely well appreciated, as much as the complimentary umbrella and sunbeds at Marcelli beach included in the resort stay. Disocunt at the beach restaurant too! Cleanliness was also an add on.

Truly a fairy tale place as the name rightly suggests. Located in the heart of the lovely Ancona countryside. Sunflower fields lead up to this lovely quiet resort. The restaurant also serves lovely home-made food and is well priced. The pool area is a lovely place to relax and unwind. We loved our stay there and will definitely return again and again 😊👍
