Friendly and warm welcome from front desk Consuelo. She is nice and friendly.

I like reception service. Hotel is nice but it is far from eating places. I had a bad experience, because, they did not allow me to eat at the restaurant the first night, because, the personnel said that it was reserved for groups, I complained and I was allowed to eat the second night and it was poor and expensive meal. I consider it shall be a 3 stars hotel.

I had a room on the third floor with a view of the valley. If I hadn’t had that, this hotel would not have gotten three stars. Basic is an understatement but the price was low and it’s next to the small centro storico and the basilica so I’m still glad I stayed there. The people who worked in the reception were kind as well.

This is a very old hotel located right in the middle of the city. Everything in it is very old. TV: 15 Inch with just a couple channels. Bed: It varies throughout the rooms. Ours had a king size and a twin bed. Mattress was a little hard. Bathroom: Small walk in shower. Toilet was tightly cramped with a bodet. Sink with small mirror and tiny light. Soap, shampoo, and shower caps; no hair dryer...

Ok Old hotel very close to the Basilica. Very outdated. AC did not work very good, it was a hot day and it was not even summer yet. We booked because of offering of parking but even confirming prior to arrival there was none. Also was advise to call prior arrival to inform restaurant of arrival and even though I call there was no availability. It is a very small town and not many places that were open...

The hotel was next to the church no more than a 3 min walk, room was clean and very quiet.

Staff was nice you head air-conditioning on room but that's it no lock on shower and shower don't working properly

Very comfortable hotel at the sanctuary, close to the parking lots, unfortunately it can be improved, it should be rejuvenated. Fantastic location right in the center of Loreto, a stone's throw from Piazza della Madonna. Super courteous and helpful staff. The only downside is the rooms that need a makeover. The bathroom is small, the room clean but you can see the signs of the years. Honest price

Very close to the basilica and the bus stop for Recanati and Porto Recanati. Good cleaning, availability and courtesy from all. Too bad for the carpet on the floor and the lack of power outlets near the bedside tables. Decent breakfast. Without great pretensions.

We stayed this summer in this hotel. It is undoubtedly a spartan location and partially cared for in some of its aspects, corridor and bathroom, but it is only furniture that is not new, for the rest as Cleaning and service we had a great time, in the room once a day the sheets are changed and also in the bathroom, the location is wonderful as it is super convenient for visiting the city! pay attention...

We were passing through, returning home, we wanted to have a quick meal and then go to the Santa Casa. We chose an "Easy Menu" at 12.50, we found ourselves paying 15 euros each because they considered the cover charge and a bottle of water as a plus. Sorry for the lack of clarity, otherwise a normal lunch, without excessive pretensions but good.

I booked this hotel considering the reviews of the guests and I must say that we had a very good time, Paolo is always helpful and kind, the hotel is centrally located from which it takes its name and also has a restaurant! Room cleaning is done daily and I recommend it to everyone! Excellent value for money, I think it's the only one in Loreto! Well done!

Paolo the owner was very welcoming and a superb host! Made us breakfast 30mins earlier because we had an early flight. Called us a taxi the day before. Highly recommended for family and those on a buget! Our room had views of the Mediterranean coast. Plus the hotel offers a rooftop sit out. Breathtaking. Not wheeled accessible. €

The pension is located just behind the sanctuary, very convenient. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! Excellent choice both to stay in Loreto and to go to the beach. Close to the guesthouse like a small square with a beautiful view, the wind is blowing and there is a nice bar for an aperitif!

I stayed for two nights in this place and I can only give a more than positive opinion. The clean and tidy room. Structure a stone's throw from the basilica (can be reached on foot). Mrs. Sonia and her staff were all kind and helpful. The cuisine is excellent and plentiful, as is the breakfast. Thanks for your infinite courtesy.

Spacious apartment, with everything you need for a family, clean and always open swimming pool (9.00-19.00) with deck chairs and umbrella. Ample parking, close to everything but far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle. 800 meters from the sea, with deck chairs and umbrella included in the price. Very convenient bicycle rental service.

What a gem of a hotel and location. We loved it enough that we tried to switch some of our other reservations to get back to it during our journey, but we’re not able to do so. The location was excellent right there on the beach and we loved the balcony and the separate living area and the bedroom. We would definitely stay again. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was an added bonus.

Just had an amazing stay at this beachside hotel with my boyfriend. Our room had a balcony with an incredible sea view. The room was immaculate and modern,we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful marche countryside and a sea view to match the breakfast was plenty and varied and the hosts were very kind and helpful could have stayed a few more days but we were on a travel schedule would definitely come again if we were in the area as the hotel was very central for the town and seaside

The breakfast was lovely. They had a great selection of cakes. The staff were amazing and very quick and they were paying attention to the details. The room was a good size, split into sections by wadrobes so give us 2 little rooms with a bit of privacy.

We stayed a week in two people with our dog Lagotto. We enjoyed both in the apartment and the breakfast and the kindness of Martina and the girls. Located on a hill 1 km from Marcelli beach and in a strategic position to reach the towns of Conero but also Loreto and Recanati, the residence is simple but clean and professionally managed by Ms Martina. The breakfast deserves six stars for the quantity and quality of the proposal.

Hotel in the center of Recanati. The renovated common areas not the rooms with dated bathrooms. The shower cubicle in my room was completely inadequate for an oversize person like me, in other rooms there were more accessible cubicles, it was enough to have a little more eye. The room was the feature that stood out at this hotel. It was spacious and the views from the window were fantastic. We looked over rolling green hills, a view immortalised by Italy's famous romantic poet, Leopardi, in his poem L'Infinito. In the evening we could see the castle glowing in the late sun.
