I stayed here for 3 nights in a superior room. I was so sorry to leave. I had a wonderful huge bedroom and sitting room with fridge overlooking the pool. Due to superb insulation, the room was silent and I heard no noise. The restaurant is first-class, I loved the food. It is cooked by a very talented chef. Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly reception, free parking. Attractive resort with swimming pool and plenty of opportunities to sit outside. The WiFi worked well but the connection process was a little complicated. Very friendly and supportive staff.

We are here off season in Easter. Everything a bit ungeared up. But a delightfull view of sunset over the sea shore. Balcony. Kitchen. Recommend for a laid back stay. Only here by happy accident but looks like a good place for a longer stay

Close to Orvieto, this restaurant is well known in the area cause it's always full so... book a table in advance. Typical regional dishes meat based. Prices average prices.

We rented a car from the airport in Rome and we're driving up the coast. We pulled off here and we were the only ones here for lunch. I have no idea why because the food is excellent as is the service. The pool area is gorgeous and tranquil. Bright, clean and airy dining room and the prices were affordable. Give it a try!

I've been here for Easter Lunch. We quite liked it. It has improved with a new management. Good selection of food. Still mainly for meat lovers but getting better with some fish options: good swordfish carpaccio. Average prices for the area.

We spent a week at the farm. Even though we stayed there in the busiest period of August, the place is very quiet. For cat lovers it is a paradise! Convenient to the sea, reachable in 10 minutes. I spent one night at Podere Turrichio for a trip in Tuscany. Couldn't be calmer with scenic view all around. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is very hearty with fruit juice, yoghurt, homemade cakes, biscuits, etc.

We did not stay there, just went to the wonderful shop for local products. We did look around and it would be great fun to stay there, I think. It's a unique place, it has an intriguing and elegant atmosphere.

If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy good food and wine this is the place to go to. The place itself is in need of some maintenance and renovation but it the perfect place for a relaxing few days in the middle of vignards and greens. Lovely hotel in wonderful rural setting. Spacious rooms with antique furniture and comfortable beds. The dining room is spectacular overlooking the gardens and countryside and serving delicious local produce. Also some great wines on offer produced on the estate. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here. We had a complaint about our room and we were immediately moved to a better one. Staff were really wonderful and apologetic and made up for our first night. The breakfast is generous and delicious although I would avoid the egg and bacon and rather feast on the delicious cheese, salami, ham, fruit and home made cakes. This is a small place, not like we're used to in the States. Coffee (espresso) is very good. I did not stay at the motel or eat at the restaurant.

Pleasant place and good service. I really liked the food, both the pasta and the fish. They also organise "Braciate" next to the pool with buffet for a reasonable price. Even if not located on the beach for the area it has a very good value for money proposition. Definitely to check out!

Excellent hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spotless and spacious, breakfast is great with friendly staff, parking garage underground and the ladies at reception were exceptional, they helped us book dinners at great restaurants each night, reserved umbrellas at the beaches, and helped us with hotel bikes. The hotel is just outside the old city centre, in front of the main road. The rooms are good, nothing exceptional. A little bit noisy in summer because of the continuous traffic, but useful if you are looking for average prices and don't want to stay in a camping site.
