Excellent service, nice and VERY professional people (great) and a stunning view out to the see. The golf course is spectacular. The amenities are somewhat older, indoor pool was out of order, saunas partitioned and while new the restrooms were soso. So a must for golfers and a can for everybody else … with really welcoming staff

The hotel is not welcoming for kids at all We spent several nights at July 2024 there and we were disappointed . The pool is old and my kid was injured from the wooden floor because it is old and not maintained well.there is no kids food at the hotel at all( room service and lunch and dinner) . Way over priced. Hotel had a funny smell walking to the room. Morning breakfast was ok. Eggs seemed a bit runny. Pool was small and there's special about the pool. Could be updated. At a 500 euro per night price point it should have more. I could pay less per night for an all inclusive resort.

The hotel felt a bit old and outdated, with a peculiar smell. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, a major downside was our room. The AC was not working, and despite notifying the staff, it was never fixed. We had to sleep with the room temperature at 24 degrees all night, resulting in a terrible night's sleep. Nice hotel on the hill. Great views of the village if you have a room with a view. Some parking available outside hotel, overflow car park up the hill if you're not lucky enough to get a spot. Beach difficult to get to but very nice when you make it. Not much atmosphere, but lovely for a quiet stay. Village lovely, everywhere closes in afternoon.

A little bit vintage, but good position, god view from the breakfast lounge and overall I like the beach. Ask the concierge. Suggested.

Beautiful view over Porto Ercole harbour from the restaurant salon. Outstanding fish hors-d'oeuvre; perfect spaghetti with vongole; light and delicate fish main plate. Cannot say anything about the price because I was invited by my friends Emanuele and Ilaria, but worth anyway.

We went to the resort for 3 days prior to leaving Rome on a cruise. What a perfect place to get acclimated to the time zone change. Excellent food, drink, activities and views. Accommodations were very comfortable. The only slighly negative comment is that the rooms were "worn". They needed a refresh!

I guess I am in the minority here, but I was not terribly impressed by this hotel. The setting is spectacular, but lots of room for improvement in other areas. The property needs a refresh. Disappointing meal in the Michelin starred restaurant. Food for the most part was very good.

I totally agree with Jason Whitholm review. The hotel, facilities and pool and beach are fabulous. Service in the restaurants is excellent. The service at the pool and beach is non existent. Huge disappointment. I am now at sister hotel Mezzatorre and it is outstanding and a highlight is the pool and beach service. Why not also at il Pellicano?

Clean rooms and nice staff. Rooms are a bit small but big enough for the price. The room and bath room seem to be updated recently but not fully finished. 1 tip: do not ask the hotel to get a taxi for you. We have spend more the EUR 100,= for a return trip to a restaurant only 5 km away from the hotel. This is why we award only 3 stars instead of 4.

Nice place but need to change the room service menu.

Service is top notch. So much attention to detail! The food on the resort was good. It is peaceful place that offers transportation (at a cost) to the local village for shopping and restaurants. They also organized a visit to a nearby winery with a driver for us The golfers in our group raved about the course. This area was our favorite part of our Italian vacation.

The Argentario Golf Resort and Wellness Center is a Marriott hidden gem. We hope Marriott will continue to invest in this property as it doesn't quite have the feel of a traditional, funky Autograph Collection hotel.
