Amazing hotel, professional and amicable staff, delicious food (both breakfast and dinner) - make sure to ask for an omelette for breakfast (has to be made extra in the kitchen). Very nice spa (finnish, turkish and herbal sauna) with jaccuzi and swimming pool and relaxing garden. All interior and exterior areas are very well kept - they are clean and taken care of (the garden was in particular beautiful). Hotel sits right next to the main road, so you can hear the cars during the day (on balcony and in the garden), but it gets quiet in the evening and during the night. Overall very pleasant stay, I would love to return one day.
I would appreciate if hair-dryers were upgraded (the model in the room was rather old without adjustable heat).
I would also appreciate more education of the hotel guests on how to use the sauna facilities - either have a poster/picture with basic information hanging in the sauna, or have the staff member explain the basic rules when checking in. Unruly guests may not only ruin the spa experience for other guests, but also risk damaging the sauna or causing health issues for themselves. I am summing up some basis for whoever is reading this review:
1. Do not say hello/goodbye when entering sauna.
2. Do not leave any sauna door open longer then what you need to entry (e.g. do not hold door for somebody else).
3. Do not talk when in the sauna or in the relaxing area.
4. Do not wear swimsuit into any sauna - not even the turkish (steam) one. The swimsuit material may not only get damaged by the heat, but this is also unsanitary and harmful for the sauna facility itself (due to the chlorine evaporating from your swimsuit).
5. When using turkish bath, use the shower inside to wash the seat before and after use - this not ony cleans it for you, but also cools it down so you can actually sit on it. Do not bring any towel inside the turkish bath - you sit naked right on the seat/bench.
6. In dry saunas, use a towel for all areas where your body touches the wood to prevent your sweat entering the wood. This is what those towels are for - to protect the wood.
7. Do not enter any sauna/spa facility if you are injured and/or have an open wound.
8. Shower before you enter sauna for the first time.
9. Shower after every use of sauna to wash down your sweat.

Awful front desk service. We booked one night and were interested in extending for another, but when we checked in the host was so rude that we cancelled both. Another hotel in town immediately took care of us and we were much happier elsewhere.
