Stayed for 4 nights in June 2025. Great room; quiet; simple breakfast; great location; close to restaurants and main square. Very helpful staff.

this place is fabulous. The staff is very helpful and courteous about restaurant recommendations the hotel is so well located literally steps away from the main square, yet tucked away on a quiet no traffic side street. The price for the accommodations is quite reasonable for this quality of accommodation. WARNING , make sure if you are driving there that you put the parking lot for the hotel as the destination ( Contrada, Via Peppino Orlando, 72017 Ostuni BR ) which is a kilometer away from the hotel. Do not put the hotel directly in your GPS. This is because the hotel is located in the center of the historic zone and cars are prohibited. When arriving at the parking lot, the hotel will pick you up with a shuttle.

This hotel is in a great location in the old part of town. The service is amazing. The room was great. The small shower not so great, but it is in an old building and I'm sure not a lot of choice. They do provide a lot to park your car and offer shuttle service for your luggage.

Wonderful hotel in the old town. I recommend! We stayed in deluxe rooms. They are spacious. It has its own parking and free shuttle. Everything is neat and tidy, great employees. Very authentic hotel, love it. Ostuni is number one in Puglia!

The hotel is an old traditional building located high in the old town. The location is great, being close to all of the sites, bars and restaurants of Ostuni. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The standard room was large (by Italian standards) and comfortable, reflecting the historical age of the building. Breakfast was included and provided a reasonable selection of food and drinks. We arrived by train into Ostuni station and took the shuttle bus (€2) to the edge of the old town. From there it was a 5 minute walk up (quite a steep incline) to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a short tourist stay.

What a treat! Gorgeous hotel in the best location!
We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Italy and stayed in Ostuni for just 2 nights. It was our first time there and enjoyed it. It was in January so SUPER quiet and not much open but we will be back with warmer weather. Room was huge and stunning. The entire hotel is charming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most in Italy and the water pressure was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This 13th century hotel is in a wonderful location, just off the main piazza. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming - providing a map immediately, along with restaurant recommendations, even the best gelateria!! They provided a train timetable and booked transport to the station - just so helpful. Highly recommend this property
