Family resort great for kids and families. There are also quiet areas for romantic couples to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Food is excellent and breakfast is rich in quality and quantity. This is our second time here and probably will come back many times more. Credit to the staff and hotel management for maintaining high standards. 🙌

Nice place 15 min. drive from the old city of Ostuni. Three swimming pools (not heated), beach (walk there or use a private train), many parking lots, nice breakfast, very good food for dining. Lovely clean and spacious apartment with good facilities. LOTS of steps (140+) from the main hotel up to the apartments so not suitable for anyone with small children or mobility issues. Kept us fit! The villa/apartment was sited on the hill behind the main hotel. The views over Ostini were fantastic. We had some problems with flight connections and lost baggage but the the staff at the hotel were amazing and really helpful (Theresa, Maria , Gabriella, Paola and the gentlemen on reception. whose names I cant remember !!) Stayed here on a cycling holiday while visiting Ostuni. It's very well placed for visiting the historical parts of the city. Modern hotel that looks as if it was recently refurbished. The restaurant has a lovely view out to the sea. The staff were helpful. It also has a beautiful spa which is well worth a visit.

Amazing time at the hotel. Friendly and caring staff. Visited the Lacus Day Spa twice, first experience was the 80 min Spa Bath, and then a de-stress massage for myself and Essential Body Regime for mum. Silvanna and Sara were incredible. Highly recommend.

The Hotel has perfect location- outside the city, but 10 min walk to the historic center. It has huge parking across busy street. The Hotel is super clean, breakfast is good, it has a bar and restaurant.  Not good: only one slow elevator and with bunch of senior guests and kids you  take stairs to avoid long wait during morning hours. I just came back from Italy and Hotel Monte Sarago was my favorite. Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the historic area and overlooking the "citta bianca". Great location and they put in a great event for our wedding but trying to get a reply from them.is.like.drawimg blood from a stone. They tried to gaslight me about what time we'd booked the photographer for and we're really uncomunicative in general. They also won't respond to me about our wedding photos. Recently paid a visit to this hotel and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is spread over a very large site and you could end up walking 400 yard's to your room. Stayed here for a wedding. Pool and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff at weren’t very friendly when needed assistance with things and failed to make a dinner reservation when I asked them to. They weren’t able to seat me at the restaurant. Staff didn’t seem to like English speaking guests and found us more a nuisance.

The staff was wonderful from the time we checked in until we departed 4 days later. Every person, from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant staff and valets were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well decorated and the location makes it easy to drive in and out, unlike some of the other hotels in Ostuni. We would definitely come back here!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Ostuni. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff and wonderful drinks and restaurant. Parking is tough but they park the car for you and even helped arrange tours. We had a nice room overlooking the street just down from the main square. A great hotel to complement a beautiful Puglia town

Incanto is an old-fashioned hotel, which has been left behind with modernization, but it has a location with a splendid view of the sea coast. However, the rooms and common spaces are very clean, the employees are very nice, they answer any question, they speak English.

Faded grandeur - wonderful. Reminiscent of grand Budapest hotel. Amazing pool - always quiet. Who needs bells and whistles - great hotel - will be back again.

Wonderful! Up on a hill overlooking Ostuni, Hotel Incanto is charming and tells its story of a strong character in its heyday. Old. But beautiful and has all the charm of somewhere you want to stay to visit the past. Clean and with an incredible view! The staff helped me check in even though I was there very very late (midnight).

We had a lovely 4 days in an outside economy room at the Citta Bianca. Everything we needed in the room and an excellent breakfast was included. The pool area is stunning and the staff are very friendly. You really need a car to get about ..only a 5 min drive to Ostuni. Would definitely recommend and hope to return very soon!

This was a beautiful site, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The only things I would recommend changing are the mattresses, which were firm but futons and didn't provide great support. Investing in good thick mattresses would make a huge difference. We loved everything about our stay at Masseria Brancati. We stayed 3 nights and it was so peaceful. The tour of the olive trees and the physical history of olive pressing, with Anna, truly incredible. Corrado and Antonella such delightful and kind hosts. We felt very much at home. Couldn’t recommend staying here and the tour highly enough.

Unfortunately, perhaps due to covid, some services such as bars and restaurants are missing

This hotel is in a great location in the old part of town. The service is amazing. The room was great. The small shower not so great, but it is in an old building and I'm sure not a lot of choice. They do provide a lot to park your car and offer shuttle service for your luggage.
