Amazing stay. Staff was kind and super helpful. Grounds, pool and room were beautiful and unique. Great spot for a quiet wind down from all the chaos of the Amalfi coast and easy place to get to all the great towns of Puglia! Nothing but great things to say!!

We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Masseria Cervarolo and already can’t wait to go back. We booked a standard double room, but on arrival realised there was nothing “standard” about it. It was spacious, clean, cool, and comfortable—with the added bonus of a private terrace where we spent much of our downtime. If you’re lucky enough to get Room 11, we hope you enjoy that terrace as much as we did! The hotel itself is beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area is both peaceful and inviting. We had lunch at the pool bar every day, working our way through the salads and smoothies. The staff were incredibly helpful and even arranged a local tennis coach for us for a few sessions. We also took part in the Puglian buffet on Friday night, which we’d highly recommend. It’s held in a field behind the property, with sunset views and a really authentic atmosphere. Just a small piece of feedback (not a complaint): the breakfast offering could be improved slightly. While there’s a generous selection of cakes, pastries, and cured meats, a few more cooked egg options would be great. They did have boiled eggs, but on the couple of occasions we tried them, they were unfortunately cold and raw. Overall, Masseria Cervarolo is a gem. Beautiful setting, warm service, and just a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Masseria, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place, with thoughtfully designed spaces that convey both elegance and tranquility. The staff were always kind attentive and ready to help with a warm smile. The location is also perfect, close to main towns yet far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, confort and outstanding hospitality. We hope to return soon !

This was our second stay at Masseria Cervarolo and again we enjoyed our time there. A warm welcome upon arrival ath the property which is full of character – a mix of historic charm (including some original trulli buildings) and tasteful renovations. Our room was spacious and cozy, everything we needed was there. Breakfast stood out with lots of local products – fresh fruit, homemade cakes, cheeses – definitely above average. We had dinner at the masseria both nights: the classic menu and a Apulian buffet under the olive trees. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, there’s a real sense of calm. It’s a great base to explore Ostuni and the surrounding countryside. Overall: Masseria Cervarolo is a great choice for a peaceful stay in a beautiful part of Italy.

If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway in the Italian countryside, this is the spot for you. We loved every minute of our stay at the Masseria. Every corner of the property is stunning, from the pool area to the living room to the dining area. The staff is so lovely and accommodating as well. We did 3 night and wish we could stay for longer. Definitely will be back.

Our stay at the Masseria was excellent. The bed/pillows were comfy, the rooms were nicely decorated, the pool area was amazing to lounge, and the staff were very friendly. The location is also great as a base for day trips to the beach and surrounding towns. Breakfast was decent, we did not stay for dinner as it seemed pricey compared to what you can get in town and the food in town was excellent. I had a massage here as well which was very good, except I wish it had been stronger. And we did the cooking class which was fun and learned to make Orichiette and some snacks out of dough. My only complaint was the standard bedroom size was very cramped for 2 people with large suitcases. They have nicer big room available if you can manage to book one. One of my favourite parts of the stay was returning to the cozy looking property lit up at night time when coming back from an evening in town. We would definitely come back and stay here and I recommend it. Recommendation for day trips - Ostuni is a must see town and the restaurant “Suave Brace e Cucino” is excellent, and Martina Franca was a great as well with some amazing restaurants. We ate a a Bracerie for the bombette which they are known for in that area. We also went to the nearby beaches which were nice.

A facility I can describe as perfect from start to finish, but I especially need to highlight the restaurant section. The extremely warm and attentive service made everything we ate feel even more delicious. Our room, the overall condition of the garden, and the calm and tranquility of the lounge were truly beautiful. Everything was perfectly thought out and organized. We extend our thanks to all the staff and owners who made this possible and contributed to giving us such a wonderful holiday experience.

I found this place through a family travel blog and it was recommended for traveling with children. There were several families staying at the time we did (spring break) and it was beautiful and perfect. The breakfast was excellent and the cooking class was so much fun. Definitely take it! Our room had plenty of space and was beautifully decorated. Each room is a trulli and it was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. The pool and grounds are also wonderful although it was too cold out for us to swim in April. Ostuni, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica are 10-15 min away at most. We used this as a base for exploring Puglia and it was an excellent location. The owners are warm and welcoming and made extra effort to accommodate our family visiting us at the hotel. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast spread was generous. Our bed was ok, on the lumpy side and the pillows very hard. But our room was very large, and nicely decorated. The place is very quiet. Pool bar has great selection of drinks. The hotel restaurant has a great wine selection. We had 3 dinners on premise and they were lovely.

I have booked a junior suite room in Masseria Cervarolo at the beginning of April. I shared the room with my husband and two kids. From the very beginning we knew that we have arrived in a special and authentic place. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team which showed us the property, talked about the history of the place and recommended all the nearby attractions and towns. All recommendations were spot on! We also took part in the cooking class and wine tasting experiences which come at a very good price. We had so much fun, especially the kids. We had dinner in Masseria a few times and the tasting menu was always a great experience and surprise as it doesn’t only feature traditional ingredients (as most of the places in the area) but it also shows interesting combinations with a contemporary taste…. It was really refreshing!!! Also the wine list is very vast and the staff was very welcoming in suggesting the best pairings. The swimming pool was great and surrounded by an amazing vegetation. The bar cocktails and food were excellent. Finally, the rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated… we felt like at home and surely will come back. Thanks to the Masseria team!!!
