Ideal place to spend a beach holiday. Exceptional view of the island of Capo Passero from the veranda of the room. Better quality of service than many hotels (daily cleaning and change of towels and sheets). Excellent and abundant breakfast (delicious homemade cakes). The staff is very kind, the breakfast is to be reviewed and the cleaning in the room is not excellent (in my suite there is no toilet paper roll holder and putting it in the toilet brush handle is absolutely not hygienic). The asking price is not adequate to the offer.

PortopaloSuite Boutique hotel is situated near to the main Street in Portopalo that leads to the beach and accommodates most of the bars, geleratias and restaurants. The hotel room was immaculate and with a large comfortable bed. But it wasn't just the excellent facilities and blissful little town that is Portopalo that made our stay special, the proprietor Sonia was one of the kindest and most accomodating...

This is nice little hotel. The beach is not directly accessible.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Be careful where parking, keep to hotel carpark which is an area opposite.

The Restaurant is one of Portopalo's hidden gems. Being a family business, they are very proud of the seafood and it's always fresh. I would highly recommend the marinara (cooked with exquisite seafood bisque) as well as the grilled octopus (coming with an inch of locally sourced fresh cheese)

Nice, honest food outside the tourist trap which is Main Street.

The antipasto was tasty but non as plenty as I was hoping. I also ordered the risotto which, as you can see from the picture, wasn't a risotto but just rise with see food. Nevertheless it was delicious.

Hands down one of the best lunches I’ve had in Sicily. A foodie at heart, simple fish dishes which were absolutely perefect. A must visit!!!
