stayed for 1 week, excellent staff, beautiful pool, kids friendly, family loved it. highlight of our vacation. breakfast excellent and staff helpful. highly recommend. only advise get after-bite for the mosquitos not the hotel fault all of italy is full of mosquitoes.

Great location. Good service. The view is amazing - but we had two rooms for our stay and one of them, which is the biggest room they have, had ants the entire time. The tried to get rid of them to no avail. Then on checkout I had to argue about the room and they offered a 5% refund - not satisfying given the problem.

Great Hotel with direct access to the lake. Spacious rooms, and a big sunny swimming pool. The breakfast offers a variety of egg dishes, fresh fruits and a freshly squeezed orange juice The cocktails at the pool where delicious and the nearby 5* restaurant Il Rivale offers an exquisite fish cuisine.

Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to beach and the promenade. Pools and sunbeds never too busy. Close to beach. Car park was easy to access and secure. A few great restaurants within waking distance. Great view of the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a small cozy place with a helpful and friendly staff. Be aware that it's not a place for loud parties or groups but more for a relaxation and quite time at the pool. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day! There were mostly elderly people, families with small children at the residence. The town itself is very small but clean...

This is a lovely hotel, ideally located at Lago Di Garda. My parents stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff is very, very friendly (thank you Freddie and colleagues) and you don't really need to leave the hotel if you don't feel like it. The pool is quite large with plenty of sun loungers around. Visited for a long weekend. The staff at the apartments arranged for our group's transfers from/to the airport & the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The journey took around 40 mins & on arrival we were taken straight to our apartments. As a group of seven, we had 2 apartments, they were both clean and pretty well equipped, although we had to ask for a kettle, but this was dealt with immediately...

Big pool 25x 12 mtr, great breakfast buffet, lunch possible for a good price, very nice garden, dogs allowed in the garden. The bed was very good and we slept very well. We had a great stay and we consider coming back. No fights for place around the pool. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull.

Wonderful apartment inside of the little tower on the hill. Downside is the apartment above. It is VERY loud when somebody is walking above. The last night we where there, somebody arrived around midnight (With luggage). Couldnt sleep until around 02:00 in the morning. (Fun, when you have around 12 hours of driving ahead) Sad part was: The guy from the reception, who introduced the late guests, was...

I had a very nice stay .. very friendly staff.. we had a good deal on are appartment..it was very small and a low standard..but clean ..don't forget if you book close to the waterfront there will be a lot of mosquito... I would book again ..

Lovely and warm. Went in August. Not to crowded. Lots of small jumping spiders but they aren't really a problem. Not convenient for walking to restaurants but easy it driving.

The rooms are spacious with a small balcony and are always well cleaned. The balcony cannot be used in the evening due to midges which are typical of the lake. Honest prices. The owner is very kind. The bar and the tobacconist are an added value to the structure. The location is great, with the lake on the doorstep, restaurants and pizzerias nearby and the bus stop right in front. Advise

Excellent hotel, not very expensive but with all the comforts (essential air conditioning in summer) and in a strategic position. Within walking distance there is the beach, many pizzerias and restaurants and even a nightclub, the nearby street is not too busy and you sleep well. Also appreciated is the tobacco bar adjacent to the hotel managed by the owners of the structure.

Went there because the bar of the hotel was one of the few open on the first of the year. The experience was okay.

Hotel Francesco is a family business with a very good level of service. Outside the hotel, there is also a cafe with very good ice cream. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and toiletries are provided. The breakfasts that can be purchased are also very tasty and filling. The hotel is cute and the connected ice cream bar (owned by the same owners) is beautiful, one of the best in the area. Clean rooms, with air conditioning, without too many comforts but with everything you need, highly recommended if what matters is the shower water at the right temperature, the comfortable bed, the roller shutter that completely darkens and the right air temperature. Highly recommended

I didn't go to the hotel but simply to the ice cream bar. They have really delicious artisanal ice cream, among the absolute best you can find around. In my opinion they are all delicious but the best are dark chocolate and pistachio 😋.

Nice hotel with very friendly hosts, speaking only Italian 😅 Rooms are clean and rather big. All needed amendments included in rooms. Breakfast is classic Italian (=no protein) with fresh made coffee.

Not the best location if you want mountain view. Lake wasn't very clean - near a small port, lots of algae.

Pretty good place to stay with family, especially with dogs. Lake is close enough, my dogs enjoyed it every day. The owner was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Very clean and organized motel. Rooms are small but well designed. Price/quality ratio is very good. Hosts are very nice and lady speaks good English. They made my reservations for the restaurants since my Italian is very limited. I would definitely visit again!

Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable apartment. Air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. The plus is the small private beach with umbrellas, chairs and deck chairs.

Super recommended hotel! The rooms are spotless and welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, at 800m you will find the shores of Padenghe. Even the affiliated patisserie is of high quality, they made me very tasty pancakes! Really a nice structure to always keep in mind.

I spent few days in the brand new apartment. Two separate and very clean rooms, nice bathroom with washing machine and balcony. So helpful and very friendly people. Very good pub and restaurant downstairs.

The hostess of the house was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. What was so nice was, that we could sit outside and enjoy the morning quiet having breakfast. It was a great blessing to have air conditioning, as it was 37.5 degrees Celsius when we arrived. It was very easy to walk to the seaside and have a lovely dinner in the evening. Simply a great b&b! Naomi was extremely welcoming and gave us tons of recommendations. There is free hot beverages all day long, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the price was very low (in low season). Go there!

La cordialità dei proprietari. Io sono intollerante al lattosio e, durante la seconda colazione, la proprietaria mi ha gentilmente fatto trovare tutto il cibo senza lattosio! Non è scontato. Cordialissimi anche sui consigli relativi alle escursioni ed alle nozioni storiche del luogo. Struttura immersa in un castello, sembra di essere in una favola, con vista lago di Garda.

The place has a spectacular view and the surroundings were very beautiful. I recommend it because the rooms are clean and the bathroom as well. It feels good and the owners are very kind and helpful. And the best thing is the price is cheap for such a beautiful place. I would stay there again.

Very nice, small B & B right in the Castell with great views of the lower part of Lake Garda. The breakfast is not very varied, but you get full and it tastes good. The owner is very nice and tries to fulfill all wishes. At night it was very warm, as the air conditioning only until 24 o'clock and then in stages. Nevertheless, it was a very nice holiday.

We had a very good stay! It was really a magical place where we had all possibilities to relax; a big swimming pool, a large balcony and a comfortable bed. Also the breakfast was delicious; fresh fruits, cheese, Italian ham, eggs. We will definetely come back if we are at Lake Garda again.

We spent the last weekend of May in this structure where the charm of an old farmhouse has been expertly recreated. Every detail of the structure, the garden and the swimming pool is taken care of in the smallest detail. Wonderful garden with pool, which unfortunately was not filled in mid-May. The hosts spoil you with excellent breakfast, always decorated with a flower. The two rooms must be located on the outside of the house, be climbed steeply to be reached via a terrace. For the elderly or handicapped completely unsuitable. The bathrooms are separated by a corridor to the rooms.

Such a cosy place! We were unaware of the exact nature of the place when booking it, but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The pools (plural) were nice, and so was the staff amd the breakfast buffet with a lot of locally produced food.

This Winery is an exceptional place. The hotel rooms are huge and comfy. The area has two large and two small pools. The food in the restaurant is amazing! Live this place.

The outdoor dining area is beautiful and food was great. Prices are higher than typical agriturismos in the region, but it's due to the proximity to Lake Garda. Most of the staff speak Italian, German, and English.

Our preferred place for a lunch or dinner with friends or families. A good local cusine corroborated by fantastic wines made from the owner's wineyards. Also olive oil is made there. Simply delicious.

Beautiful property with great views! Apartment was absolutely ok. There is also a small playground for the little kids - although one or the other play device would need to be replaced. The highlight is of course the heated pool. Overall we had a nice and relaxed week there

Small farmhouse with fantastic views. Swimming pool maybe a bit small but very nice. Basically quiet. Clean. I would take care of the small maintenance like poorly fixed bathroom accessories. A few minutes' walk away there is also a modest but poorly maintained estate with a pond, 3 horses and a few other farm animals.
