Room temperature always 26 plus and in the bathroom even more than 33. Air conditioning is not working. Front desk and maintenance couldn’t help. So only open the window could solve it a little bit. But still not less than 26. Restaurants (esp Rivale) and breakfast are amazing. Spa is okay, but nothing super special.

The hotel is truly exceptional, with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I will definitely come back again!

Big pool 25x 12 mtr, great breakfast buffet, lunch possible for a good price, very nice garden, dogs allowed in the garden. The bed was very good and we slept very well. We had a great stay and we consider coming back. No fights for place around the pool. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is very neat, great atmosphere, nice food and friendly staff. But the most amazing is the nature, the sound of the birds, the quietness of the place, excellent for total relax and is near the roundabout from where you can reach the lake side beach area and admire the great view of the Lake Garda.

A beautiful hotel 2 minutes from the shore of Lake Garda. Stayed 3 days / 2 nights for business. Lovely and spacious rooms, quiet and calm hotel. We had a wonderful evening barbecue put on by the hotel for us, and the breakfasts were varied and delicious. Highly recommended when staying to visit lake Garda or the surrounding area.

Not the best location if you want mountain view. Lake wasn't very clean - near a small port, lots of algae.

Pretty good place to stay with family, especially with dogs. Lake is close enough, my dogs enjoyed it every day. The owner was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Very clean and organized motel. Rooms are small but well designed. Price/quality ratio is very good. Hosts are very nice and lady speaks good English. They made my reservations for the restaurants since my Italian is very limited. I would definitely visit again!

The rooms are spacious with a small balcony and are always well cleaned. The balcony cannot be used in the evening due to midges which are typical of the lake. Honest prices. The owner is very kind. The bar and the tobacconist are an added value to the structure. The location is great, with the lake on the doorstep, restaurants and pizzerias nearby and the bus stop right in front. Advise

Excellent hotel, not very expensive but with all the comforts (essential air conditioning in summer) and in a strategic position. Within walking distance there is the beach, many pizzerias and restaurants and even a nightclub, the nearby street is not too busy and you sleep well. Also appreciated is the tobacco bar adjacent to the hotel managed by the owners of the structure.

Went there because the bar of the hotel was one of the few open on the first of the year. The experience was okay.

Hotel Francesco is a family business with a very good level of service. Outside the hotel, there is also a cafe with very good ice cream. The hotel is cute and the connected ice cream bar (owned by the same owners) is beautiful, one of the best in the area. Clean rooms, with air conditioning, without too many comforts but with everything you need, highly recommended if what matters is the shower water at the right temperature, the comfortable bed, the roller shutter that completely darkens and the right air temperature. I didn't go to the hotel but simply to the ice cream bar. They have really delicious artisanal ice cream, among the absolute best you can find around. In my opinion they are all delicious but the best are dark chocolate and pistachio 😋.

Nice hotel with very friendly hosts, speaking only Italian 😅 Rooms are clean and rather big. All needed amendments included in rooms. Breakfast is classic Italian (=no protein) with fresh made coffee.

Superb location directly at the lake makes this one of the rare occasions on Lake Garda that is not intersected by a path or street on your way to the water. The very kind owner. We have been advised by those who have been here ten years ago. Charming place, quiet and with a wonderful view. The swimming pool with heated water, a pampering before and after excursions. Clean and cozy apartment. We will definitely be back and recommend it.

Beautiful property with great views! Apartment was absolutely ok. There is also a small playground for the little kids - although one or the other play device would need to be replaced. The highlight is of course the heated pool. Overall we had a nice and relaxed week there

The place has a spectacular view and the surroundings were very beautiful. I recommend it because the rooms are clean and the bathroom as well. It feels good and the owners are very kind and helpful. And the best thing is the price is cheap for such a beautiful place. I would stay there again.

Very nice, small B & B right in the Castell with great views of the lower part of Lake Garda. The breakfast is not very varied, but you get full and it tastes good. The owner is very nice and tries to fulfill all wishes. At night it was very warm, as the air conditioning only until 24 o'clock and then in stages. Nevertheless, it was a very nice holiday.

We had a very good stay! It was really a magical place where we had all possibilities to relax; a big swimming pool, a large balcony and a comfortable bed. Also the breakfast was delicious; fresh fruits, cheese, Italian ham, eggs. We will definetely come back if we are at Lake Garda again.

We spent the last weekend of May in this structure where the charm of an old farmhouse has been expertly recreated. Every detail of the structure, the garden and the swimming pool is taken care of in the smallest detail. Such a cosy place! We were unaware of the exact nature of the place when booking it, but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The pools (plural) were nice, and so was the staff amd the breakfast buffet with a lot of locally produced food.

This Winery is an exceptional place. The hotel rooms are huge and comfy. The area has two large and two small pools. The food in the restaurant is amazing! Live this place.

The outdoor dining area is beautiful and food was great. Prices are higher than typical agriturismos in the region, but it's due to the proximity to Lake Garda. Most of the staff speak Italian, German, and English.
