This hotel was perfect. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous food, lovely pool, brilliant staff and perfectly located. Quiet but so close to the hustle and bustle of the town. Beautiful view of the lake from our balcony.

The staff are credit to the hotel. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped to make our stay amazing. From recommending restaurants to arranging a classic hire car.

The hotel is excellent and this is not our first experience. The staff are excellent. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is varied. The biggest advantage is the location, as you will never get tired of the picturesque view of the lake.

The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are clean and big. There is also a chess table and a piano at the waiting room, so you can't get bored in this hotel!

Sincerely, this three-stars hotel is a perfect place for a 4-5 days stay in the center of Desenzano. The ratio between quality of the service and cost is great. Great location around 10 minutes walk from the centre but only about 5 minutes from the beach. Free parking for guests which is handy. Fantastic accommodation! The staff were all so friendly, the rooms were spotless and the location was excellent. The hotel is situated directly across from the beach and a 3-4 minute walk to the main restaurants. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We stayed here a number of days while exploring the delights of the Lake Garda area and wider norther Italy. The hotel is excellently located for the railway station where one can easily get to Milan, Verona or Venice. However it is a simple brisk walk from the lakeside and harbour area. The service in the hotel is nice and good. Interior looks a bit old and water in the swimming pool should be much warmer especially we have bad weather.

The hotel is located in a small village where not too much is happening. Read nothing just a few restaurants. You can lend some bikes for free at the hotel. Use these to visit some nearby villages. The hotel has a pool and a Jacuzzi these are very nice. The staff is friendly but mister barkeeper goes home at 11 so make sure you order before he leaves. Nice hotel would go here again would recommend

Me and my wife stopped at the Astoria Hotel, Desenzano for one week. The staff were lovely and the room was nice, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.....it gave a good start to the day. Location is great, it is literally around 2 minutes away from the beach. Rooms were ok. However breakfast buffet didn’t have a great variety of foods but it was ok. And rooms didn’t have a small fridge unfortunately. And they also didn’t have an iron 🥲. But i guess the great location compensates for the other missing things

This small hotel is excellent. Located just 3 minutes walk to the lake 5min if you walk very slowly. Good size room, very clean. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. One of the most charming hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are good size and good value. On-site owner-operator is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Location is terrific, just a short walk from train station and from port and center of town. Good breakfast selections and one of the best cups of coffee that I've had in Italy.

I had a chance to go to this Place . It Is on the costal area of Desenzano on the side of Rivoltella. On One part, there Is a hotel and on the other part, there Is a restaurant. My sister & I ate at this hotel in Desenzano twice last week while on holiday. Many restaurants here serve beautiful food but it's the excellent customer care qualities of the staff that prompted me to write the review. The guy who took our booking the first time who also served us later (beautiful smile) and, the young Greek man (dark rimmed glasses) who was our waiter on the 2nd night were exemplary...

Everything was great, staff were fantastic, rooms were nice and the location was right. Next to a supermarket if you needed anything and about 30min walk to the town centre. Good handful of restaurants just 5 minutes away if you didn't fancy walking into town.

Very smart hotel, spacious and well maintained grounds, friendly staff. Location is a bit off the main drag, but a short walk to a small "high street". Our "villetta" was quite spacious, quiet (no outside noises). We were very happy to have a semidetached small property as opposed to a room in a big hotel building. The inner walls of the villetta are completely useless with regards to noise insulation...

The front desk folks spoke English (fortunately for us)! We were allowed to check in early and were immediately given a great map of the area and ferry schedules so we could start adventuring on the lake.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was always well cleaned but on the last day we could only stay by the pool til 1pm because they said the hotel was very full and our flight left later so we decided to do something else instead of relax by the pool. All in all a good hotel.

This exquisite small hotel offers a convenient location, cozy and well appointed rooms, and the best service I've encountered in any hotel. The pool and garden make "staying at home" a restful option, but walks to town (5 minutes away) and drives around Lake Garda and to nearby towns (Mantova, Vicenza, Verona) make for a perfect, relaxing vacation.
