This hotel was perfect. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous food, lovely pool, brilliant staff and perfectly located. Quiet but so close to the hustle and bustle of the town. Beautiful view of the lake from our balcony.

The staff are credit to the hotel. They were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped to make our stay amazing. From recommending restaurants to arranging a classic hire car.

The hotel is excellent and this is not our first experience. The staff are excellent. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is varied. The biggest advantage is the location, as you will never get tired of the picturesque view of the lake.

Sincerely, this three-stars hotel is a perfect place for a 4-5 days stay in the center of Desenzano. The ratio between quality of the service and cost is great. Great location around 10 minutes walk from the centre but only about 5 minutes from the beach. Free parking for guests which is handy. We stayed here a number of days while exploring the delights of the Lake Garda area and wider norther Italy. The hotel is excellently located for the railway station where one can easily get to Milan, Verona or Venice. However it is a simple brisk walk from the lakeside and harbour area. The hotel is located in a small village where not too much is happening. Read nothing just a few restaurants. You can lend some bikes for free at the hotel. Use these to visit some nearby villages. The hotel has a pool and a Jacuzzi these are very nice. The staff is friendly but mister barkeeper goes home at 11 so make sure you order before he leaves. Me and my wife stopped at the Astoria Hotel, Desenzano for one week. The staff were lovely and the room was nice, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.....it gave a good start to the day. The location was spot on...for both restaurants/bars and the ferry to get round Lake Garda. The train station was a 25 minute walk (uphill), which we used to get to Verona, Milan and Venice.....so again...

Location is great, it is literally around 2 minutes away from the beach. Rooms were ok. However breakfast buffet didn’t have a great variety of foods but it was ok. And rooms didn’t have a small fridge unfortunately. And they also didn’t have an iron 🥲. But i guess the great location compensates for the other missing things

This small hotel is excellent. Located just 3 minutes walk to the lake 5min if you walk very slowly. Good size room, very clean. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. One of the most charming hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are good size and good value. On-site owner-operator is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Location is terrific, just a short walk from train station and from port and center of town. Good breakfast selections and one of the best cups of coffee that I've had in Italy.

I had a chance to go to this Place . It Is on the costal area of Desenzano on the side of Rivoltella. On One part, there Is a hotel and on the other part, there Is a restaurant. Everything was great, staff were fantastic, rooms were nice and the location was right. Next to a supermarket if you needed anything and about 30min walk to the town centre. Good handful of restaurants just 5 minutes away if you didn't fancy walking into town.

This exquisite small hotel offers a convenient location, cozy and well appointed rooms, and the best service I've encountered in any hotel. The pool and garden make "staying at home" a restful option, but walks to town (5 minutes away) and drives around Lake Garda and to nearby towns (Mantova, Vicenza, Verona) make for a perfect, relaxing vacation.
