I didn't actually stay here but the accommodation was booked for my wedding band and photographer and both gave the breakfast 10/10! The accommodation was really comfortable and the staff were super helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to family and friends :)

Beautifully restored building, but with all modern conviences. Staff lovely and very helpful, making reservations at local restaurant, which was outstanding. Breakfast was a wonderful delight. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The castle has a wonderful view, the area is very quiet and the apartments are well equipped and clean. The owners were very welcoming, kind and always available. I was very satisfied with the overall service. I will definitely be back soon.

An extra host: Fabio knows how to receive and you will discover him very quickly. Authentic accommodation in an old castle. Very well placed to discover Tuscany and its treasures. Excellent value. I recommend 👍

A wonderful apartment in a Tuscan climate, in a very beautiful area with a magical view. A very hospitable host who welcomed us with local wine, coffee and pasta. He also recommended us to visit the local Martelli pasta factory in the city of Lari. A great base for exploring the cities of: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra. I recommend!

Just came back from our holiday after spending 6 days in this beautiful location. Everything was really nice and the view from the garden was great and very relaxing. Fabio, the owner was just amazing, very helpful and always happy to give us tips on were to go and best places to eat. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine , pasta, good coffee, orange juice and water. Fabio also bought us very good...

On my way to Villa Lena a taxi accidentally dropped me off here. Although we didn't speak the same language she was so kind and helpful getting me to the right place. Her location looked absolutely break taking as well.

The place is located in very nice part of the region. It is very cosy and well prepared for having calm days. Also the garden and the swimming pool was perfect in that hot weather.

Wow!! Best food ever. Every mouthful was a pleasure. We were so glad to be accommodated even though there was a wedding in full flow when we arrived without booking. Do go!

Apartment 13 is very tired and in need of renovations. Yes the views are stunning. Yes the restaurant serves unusual and excellent food. Lovely pizza It's a wedding venue. Friday and Saturday nights are filled with loud music and simetimes fireworks. We are staying one night in the hotel Saturday. They are very lovely and they have airconditioning. A hairdryer in the bathroom. Spectacular...

Although the place was stunning it like a hearty aperitivo. The meals also were plain nothing special for the price. There is no condiments on the table we had to ask for grated cheese for the pasta and only one was brought out instead of putting them out to all our guests. The cake was gorgeous but mostly icing.

We spent two days and we enjoyed the relaxing setting, the pool and a beautiful view of the Tuscany countryside. The food is excellent and at a very reasonable price. People are friendly and helpful, definitely recommended!

A most beautiful place in heart of Tuscany. The hospitality was amazing and the restaurant was sublime.

It was a highly enjoyable stay. The extaordinary building with genuine interior is situated in a beautiful garden surrounded by the familiar tuscan landscape. The exquisite cuisine is best savoured on the terrace during sunset accompanied by the excellent content of the cellar. I recommend to arrive by aeroplane at the associated airfield.

Excellent like on our last visit. Location is brilliant, beautiful rooms, stunning pool all in all another perfect visit....and we never usually go anywhere twice!

Everything is right here! Great rooms with brand new bathrooms cleaned every day. The buildings and the huge property are absolutely beautiful and no expense was spared. In the morning we walked over the 5 hectare area and picked peaches fresh from the tree and in the evening we sat for hours in the porch swing and looked at the stars. The breakfast is typically Italian, but prepared with great attention...

Structure located near the village of Péccioli, in the hills of the Pisan countryside, an enchanting oasis of nature and tranquility. Very comfortable and clean rooms, very well-finished breakfast with products (jams, cakes, brioches and an excellent pistachio pudding!) Everything perfect. Value for money: 10. The large and very welcoming room, furnished with great taste and attention to detail. New bathroom and equipped with everything you need. Excellent breakfast. Top position to move towards the most famous tourist destinations. And the kindness of the owners made us feel at home.

Good location and spacious room. The check in process was great and the guy that was at reception was very welcoming (sorry I do not remember his name) Breakfast with a good selection to start the day. The girls loved it.

A great and conveniently located hotel for anyone visiting the Tuscany region. All staff were helpful, they all spoken both Italian and English and were helpful and caring all the time. Hotel is very modern with lots of modern arts created by local artists. We used the hotel as the base for a four-week summer camp for UK university students and its location is perfect for us to explore the region...

We have visited here many times and never failed to have a great meal. Paolo the owner is a great host and excellent chef. Fixed price and fixed menu. Never fails to excel.

This is very beautiful place and full of character. The food served here is homemade and delicious- mostly meet and cheese. Apparently fish can be preordered well in advance if desired.
