My partner and I bought a shell box following a trip to the site last year. You could tell the site was coming out of a tough covid restriction but we still instantly felt a connection there and to the beautiful town nearby. We have just returned after a lovely10 day stay at the park. We bought a holiday home here last October 2021 as we found the park ideal for seeing the sights. We have visited by car Viarreggio, Livorno, Lucca, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montecantini Alte and Castiglioncello all within an hour. We also visited Liguria and Island of Elba which is longer but well worth it. There is a station in San Romano...

We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.

The staff was friendly and helpful, large swimming pool with shade. Low control in the use of space for tents: some people occupied larger areas than they should. Good places with shade for the tent. The worst part: the toilets are old, broken and not clean enough. Excellent location to visit touristic cities in Toscana.

Excellent structure and services

One of few possibilities, where to stay overnight in Castelfranco di Sotto and its surrounding especially during the Tuscany Trail event. The owner is very kind and personally serves breakfast. The price seems to be slightly higher, but acceptable.

I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Aldo, Roberta and Francesca are very kind I recommend it if you try it you can not help but come back.

Although the place was stunning it like a hearty aperitivo. The meals also were plain nothing special for the price. There is no condiments on the table we had to ask for grated cheese for the pasta and only one was brought out instead of putting them out to all our guests. The cake was gorgeous but mostly icing.

It was great. Giuliana and her family were perfect hosts. Our kid loved the animals at the place and Giuliana was so kind to show us all of them. In front of the apartment we could use the seats and table were we enjoyed the wonderful view while having something to eat or drink. The Kitchen is well equipped and we could also use the barbecue!

One of the first weekends after the lockdown, and it was a welcome surprise. An unpaved country road leads to a rural location. Here we received a warm welcome from Giuliana and her partner, two educated and pleasant people. The holiday at the Poggio delle Capre was one of the most beautiful holidays we had with our children. The owners Giuliana and Giorgio are two wonderful people who made us feel at home and taught us a lot about animals and goat milk processing. The location immersed in the Tuscan countryside is simply splendid, offering absolute relaxation and fun for children.

Nice and quiet, amidst Sangiovese vines. Rooms are a quite large with separate sitting room/kitchen, bathroom quite spacious. Nice pool to plunge into. The landlady, Donna Theresa, speaks a little German, which made communication much easier. The price is rare to find even at B&B. The room and bathroom, although old but clean and functional. The ideal base for visiting Florence, Pisa and Lucca.

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay with my large group of friends. Most importantly the Villa is well maintaned and conveniently furnished. The view of the picturesque toscanian landscape right from the villa's terrace is stunning to say the least. Also the swimming pool is spaciously even for multiple people at once. A very big and nice villa. Big living room and kitchen. Eight bed rooms - each with a bathroom. The pool outside was also fun. On the downside - the maintenance level of the infrastructure could be better and I would expect more equipment like toilet paper, dishwasher fluid, etc.

The house is beautiful and the owners are very friendly. If you are traveling by car the site is ideal. But if as you travel on foot is not the best option because it is almost 2km from the town and to get there you have to climb a very hard slope. Owners helpful and kind, but not expressly indicated that bathroom and kitchen are common parts (at least on booking) in my opinion this is a serious mistake. The price is in line considering the common parts. Location for those seeking tranquility (I like it). Other than the tub cleanliness good.

Located in the hills near San Minato, the two-room old house is a very quiet and restful place, with a lovely outside area offering superb views and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Good restaurants nearby and the coast is within a reasonable drive. Excellent aircon in a spacious room with high ceilings. Wifi can be weak at times.

I stayed for twelve nights and found myself at ease. The hosts were very welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. I recommend it for those looking for a family, welcoming, and peaceful dimension.

B & b family. The place is a big house in which the lower floor living masters. There are two rooms with two or three seats, each with its own bathroom. Very clean, cozy and quiet, with no traffic as the house is on a closed street. Garden with tables, hammock to relax and enjoy a bit 'of peace. The location is convenient both to reach Pontedera (10min by car), Pisa and Lucca. Highly recommended!

Last time we came in the middle of winter and this time we opted for the menu including entry to the pool. it is really good, surrounded by greenery and silence. For each nucleus an umbrella and a sunbed and in our case a gazebo. If you use the swimming pool, the price includes lunch and we ate really well. We were a little disappointed by the room that was advertised as it's individual room that turned out to be the living room and the pool that you see in the pictures is not accessible to the guests of the house.
