My partner and I bought a shell box following a trip to the site last year. You could tell the site was coming out of a tough covid restriction but we still instantly felt a connection there and to the beautiful town nearby. We have just returned after a lovely10 day stay at the park. We bought a holiday home here last October 2021 as we found the park ideal for seeing the sights. We have visited by car Viarreggio, Livorno, Lucca, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montecantini Alte and Castiglioncello all within an hour. We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.

The staff was friendly and helpful, large swimming pool with shade. Low control in the use of space for tents: some people occupied larger areas than they should. Good places with shade for the tent. The worst part: the toilets are old, broken and not clean enough. Excellent location to visit touristic cities in Toscana.

I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Aldo, Roberta and Francesca are very kind I recommend it if you try it you can not help but come back.

Used for a business stay by my small group it proved to be a perfect choice. Large and private parking, rooms of good size considering the structure of the building. Staff and property super helpful and courteous for the days spent we felt at home. It's the perfect place to have a rest after a noisy city. Good location with a maximum 1-hour destination time to get to Pisa or another interesting place in Toscana by car. Very helpful stuff, a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, great pool. I definitely can recommend visiting this place.

Nice and quiet, amidst Sangiovese vines. Rooms are a quite large with separate sitting room/kitchen, bathroom quite spacious. Nice pool to plunge into. They also have a driving range, if you want to work in your golf skills. Food was really good all the way from breakfast to lunch. They have a home like cooking, so really enjoyable. Nice service.

Excellent from the first look. Perfect restaurant, wine and breakfast. A bit more attention to detail needed. (Clean the swimming pool, exchange not working shower heads etc) also the highway so close is a benefit for the travelers but a bit disturbing for those staying for longer i would assume.

Lovely place with beautiful surroundings! The service was magnificent and the apartments were spacious and clean. The location is a bit rural, so it is a good idea to have a car at your disposal. We were three families that stayed here for a week and we all loved it and are still talking about what a great holiday we had at Le Sodole.

The room was nice and clean. The location was very nice.

The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

A superb boutique hotel, family owned for over a 100 years. Immaculate, clean, tastefully decorated with family art. Couldn't have stayed at a better place near PISA. Pontedera itself is home to Vespa, another plus in staying at this place.

An okay place to stay for a small town like Pontedera

It was amazing! They will take theire time to really make a good dish!! But after waiting it is more than worth waiting for! Also the price was very good!!!

We happened to stay closed to this restaurante and the food was just fantastic. The server name Simone was an amazing person. He help us with his broken English and our broken Italian. He did a great job. Food was amazing and great taste. I will go back to that area of Italy just to eat there again. You won't be disappointed. Pictures coming up.

Have been here for almost two weeks in May 2022 with wife and son (10y). Lovely runned agriturismo by two sisters and dad working in the garden, pool and playing music :) Contact was very smooth via email and whatsapp. Apartment was fuly equiped with tv, dishwasher and above all Excellent WIFI. We could easily stream TV, video conferencing and playing games. Haven seen such good internet in Italy...

The accomodation has a very nice garden and surroundings, but apartment has old furniture and is not very clean.

Extra staff: very nice and available. They even accommodated us at 8 p.m. However, there is no one there and no way to contact them. You have to go to the san ruffino resort. We stayed one night walking the Via Francigena the rooms are large and clean - the hotel is close to restaurants and shops and serves a decent breakfast - we had some confusion when leaving as we thought we had paid but they were very understanding in notifying us and sorting out the issue. We made a reservation at this place as we would be passing through while we traveled through the region. Altopascio is a quaint little town with places to eat downtown. Some interesting buildings. I'd give it a 3/5 as the rooms are dated and not that great considering; however the host was very friendly upon our arrival and so were the women serving us breakfast which made our stay that much better

Clean hotel with nice staff. The area is somewhat isolated but easily accessible by car. The rooms and facility are well furnished and clean. This is a 3 star hotel which deserves its three stars. Suitable when traveling with a large group as there are many rooms and large spaces.

I stayed with a group here for a night. It is an old fashion hotel but it was ok for one night. We had no problems. The lady at the reception, Lara was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok, but they give plastic plates to use and we didn’t like it. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The location is perfect with amazing view. We loved the swimming pool, garden, silence, grill, terrace, just everything around the apartment. It's great starting point for trips to beautiful cities (Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa…).

Really welcoming hotel, rather welcoming environment. Clean and tidy, strategic position as just in front there are the thermal baths, 50 m away there is a nice square where to have an aperitif or eat a pizza. The girls who work there are really good, always kind and helpful, very good at cooking. The owner is a piece of bread. Highly recommended!

We stayed here as part of a Tuscan self guided cycle tour where the accommodation was booked for us. We started and finished our tour of the region here and so stayed two nights. It was without doubt the best place we stayed in Tuscany and the best place we have stayed in Worldwide travel for a long time. Hotel in the center of the village. You seem to sleep in your grandmother's room for dated furniture. The rooms are clean and spacious. On the stairs a strange smell of soup. For one night it can be a valid solution given the low cost, but no more. Breakfast not included in the overnight stay is in no way proposed by the owner.

We only stayed for one night. Convenient because it is right on the square and has a private parking, kind owner. But it is still an old-fashioned and old-fashioned hotel in sanitary furnishings etc .. a bit pricey, but on the other hand it is in the center. Breakfast is not included, for a fee there is a cup of coffee with some packaged Briosch. Don't stay there, just for quick overnight stays.
