I can highly recommend this very good Restaurant, food was delicious and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are lovely. 5 Stars for all.

Wow the ambiance, the views, the food. Everything is as you would expect from a hotel with a notification in the Michelin guide. Price wise it doesn’t add up. The charge only €60,- per night.

Very nice place with great views. Interesting menu, and great attention to children. Good wine list, too. Reasonably priced. Service could have been slightly more reactive, but all other points made up for that little lack (and I would certainly give it another chance).

Excellent structure and services

One of few possibilities, where to stay overnight in Castelfranco di Sotto and its surrounding especially during the Tuscany Trail event. The owner is very kind and personally serves breakfast. The price seems to be slightly higher, but acceptable.

You could tell the site was coming out of a tough covid restriction but we still instantly felt a connection there and to the beautiful town nearby. We have just returned after a lovely10 day stay at the park. We bought a holiday home here last October 2021 as we found the park ideal for seeing the sights. We have visited by car Viarreggio, Livorno, Lucca, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montecantini Alte and Castiglioncello all within an hour. We also visited Liguria and Island of Elba which is longer but well worth it. There is a station in San Romano...

We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.

The staff was friendly and helpful, large swimming pool with shade. Low control in the use of space for tents: some people occupied larger areas than they should. Good places with shade for the tent. The worst part: the toilets are old, broken and not clean enough. Excellent location to visit touristic cities in Toscana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day holiday in a mobile home here in June. Rooms very clean, meticulously maintained with invested decor and outside garden. Easy check in and warm welcome. Walking distance from excellent Ganzo restaurant. We stayed here with our bikes during Tuscany trail in May and thought it was perfect

We had dinner here after finding the majority of places in Fucecchio to be closed for the summer holidays in August. The food was excellent quality for the money, with pizzas, steaks and pasta all being good. The pappardelle with wild boar ragu was apparently to be especially recommended.

Very friendly personnel, made us a great favour and let us use the swimming pool the day we were leaving even after check out.

We were upgraded to stay in Hotel Le Vedute, a very pleasant, large building with a swimming pool and restaurant. We had spacious rooms, and made use of the pool and pool bar. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, organising luggage transfer for us. This is a good stop to break up an otherwise long day on the Via Francigena - it's a short walk off the route. The location is perfect for visiting many locations. The breakfast and dinner served by the hotel Le Views are nothing short of excellent, Negative sides: there are no mosquito nets on the windows of the room and in the evening mosquitoes abound, the pool of the B&B always badly kept full of insects, and the bathroom should be refurbished as access to the tub / shower is very difficult.

Is actually a very nice area with a pool. Breakfast was great too. Unfortunately, you can tell that the Bssitzer has been more concerned with the 4 star hotel around the corner lately (same owner). Some money would have to be raised again. Still nice.

Kind and generous We did not get to stay at La Stregatta. We arrived on foot and found to our surprise (it was early March) the place was fully booked. There was no other accommodation available in the village. Despite being busy, the owner kindly offered to drive us to Ponte Cappiano. He refused any payment. We are both very grateful to him for his kindness and generosity.

The structure is very welcoming, mainly due to the management which, despite being familiar, is very functional and client oriented. The food is good, cooked well and served just as well without waiting. The managers, but also the collaborators, contribute to a relaxing and welcoming stay. The hotel is nice but needs a refresh. The pool is large but the space around it is kept so-so. The rooms are large as well as the bathrooms, but the sanitary facilities are a bit old. Little staff that does not shine with sympathy

Nice hotel to stay. They have a good breakfast and the personal is nice. Pisa and Florence are easy to reach by car from this point.

It is a magical place, surrounded by greenery. Kindness, hospitality and availability on the part of the managers. I recommend it to those who want to take a holiday in nature and in the name of relaxation. Large and spotless pool. Very well-kept place. Kind chef and genuine cuisine. To go back.

Honestly ..... and it's rare ... I found it devoid of substantial flaws. The owner welcomes you with smiles and availability. To see it from outside you can already see the elegance. Upon entering there is a spacious and illuminated hall. Go up one floor and go to the rooms. And here the big surprise (which shouldn't be, but unfortunately it is ...). A PERFECT cleaning. the decor is total white, so...

Very nice house and territory. Situated not far from autostrada (altopascio) and beautiful Lucca (it takes 20 min to get there). Highly recommended!
