I went there with my fiancé for a romantic getaway and it definitely it was... beyond the expected. The place and the sorroundings are amazing, the room was a dream... But them, then comes the staff and makes it even more special. Thank you for taking care of us and making us feel at home. We will come back!

Amazing, isolated location, tucked away in its own olive groves above Lago Trasimeno. We visited because it is rare to find a vegetarian restaurant in Italy which focuses on producing excellent, interesting food. We weren't disappointed. I loved the fact there was experimentation but this can also mean not everything works perfectly together. Worth the journey.

Casa Lorenzo is simply beautiful! Quiet and peaceful to sit and read a book and enjoy the views, or use it to explore the local hilltop villages or slightly further away to places like Assisi. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Le Casette di Cedromonte an oasis of peace. We spent 4 days in absolute tranquility. The small house as welcoming as the swimming pool, the terrace and Mrs. Chiara an exceptional and helpful person. The garden available to guests was really a great thing. See you next year. Recommended for relaxing days and for visiting the beautiful Umbria.

We stumbled upon it by chance, pleasant surprise. Location surrounded by greenery, in the silence of the Umbrian countryside but still a stone's throw from Tavernelle, therefore services such as bank, bar, restaurant, supermarket or gas station at hand in 5 minutes. Beautiful houses on the Umbrian countryside. They are located on hills near lake Trasimeno and close to Perugia. Our children look forward to our time here each summer.

The holiday home has flair, the inside is also ok, but it is older. If the bathroom were a bit more modern and the equipment, e.g. Shower head and shower wall not so worn/used up would have been a 4th star, since the accommodation doesn't have to be perfect for the price. The pool is great, but still a bit cold in early June.

Already twenty years ago we first stayed in one of the rustic and authentic houses at Tenuta du Caiolo. We immediately fell in love with the tranquil place, a hidden gem in Umbria. Apart from the beautiful location, the great facilities and the charm of the village Panicale it is the warm welcome by the family Sepiacci that made us return every single summer. This place feels like home!

Villa Rey is not only a beautiful hotel where you can enjoy great views but also gives the guest the experience of fine dining. The food is AMAZING! Prepared with local and organic ingredients. Villa Rey was like heaven on Earth! The place offers amazing views, delicious food, and fantastic people. As soon as we arrived we given a tour and fell in love with the surrounding landscapes.
