Wonderful place to stay, right in the middle of Italy, near lake Trasimeno. I spent here a relaxing weekend with my wife and we enjoyed everything: the stunning view of the hills from the pool, the excellent food in the local restaurants in the surroundings and above all some good and funny chat with the family who owned the place: Michelle, Sergio and Leo!

We have just spent a week in Borgo Solario. It is a haven of peace with an incredible view of the countryside. The owners take great care of their guests. Everything is perfect. We had an excellent meal with local products. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop at Borgo Solario.

A beautiful place with two main buildings, two swimming pools and a fantastic outdoor exposition of modern art immersed in nature. There is also a wood and an operating farm with many modern features. Definitely a place to stay at given the nearby historic towns you can visit.

Abbiamo condiviso la casa da 6 in tre coppie di amici per un week end. Le tre camere da letto, i due bagni e la zona giorno ci hanno fatto godere della giusta privacy e del piacere di stare in compagnia. In cucina non manca nulla anche nel caso si volessero consumare dei pasti. La zona è molto tranquilla ma comoda per visitare il Trasimeno, la val d'orcia e Perugia.

Very friendly owners who informed if everything was well regularly and gave tips about things to do and see in the neigborhood. A really nice garden with shadow when it was too hot, or take some sun when you want. The (private) swimming pool was really refreshing, but not too cold.
