The hostess Simona treated everyone like family. She was warm and friendly. She was very helpful with everything. She organized bbq evenings or pizza evenings for the guests. Sightseeing tips were provided and even organized by Simona.

Conveniently located just autostrada exit, we arrived late in the evening with no problem. Staffs spoke a bit of English. Room was old, beds weren’t so comfortable, bathroom was clean but in dire need of a renovation. At least the air conditioning worked well. This place is amazing. Such a great vibe beautiful people and amazing service. I couldn’t imagine better place to stay. Julia was the best and her service and appearance is incredible. She was super professional and kind. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous venue and gardens. Outside restaurant provides stunning views and ambience. Staff attentive and polite. Food was well presented as you would expect from a smart hotel (hence a bit pricier than other restaurants we visited) but had more of an "International" feel to it and was short on the Italian authenticity found in some of the other local restaurants.

I give them 3 stars because of the restaurant. The hotel is really nice and front desk very helpful. But watch out with the bill of the restaurant. They tried to add a 45 euro bottle, when we realized, they change it, but they didn’t even say sorry.

Nice camp ground. We have been there for two nights with our tent. They have a lot camping spots there and also a nice grass area where one may camp. In September there weren’t many people so we had free choice for our spot. They have three pools but when we were there only one was open. This is great hotel, very nice staff and O.K food, although too much of it. 3 courses would have been better than 5! The only real problem was that the doors were very noisy and there are no carpets. We were therefore woken up at various intervals by people coming and going.
