Very poor insulation in windows, listening traffic of the road all night. Old and tired bathrooms. nice staff and nice location if parking is needed.

Ho alloggiato due notti in questo hotel molto bello vicino al Parco Ducale di Parma. Personale di reception gentilissimo, in particolare la ragazza della sera e la Direttrice/Responsabile, mi hanno prenotato due ristoranti molto buoni e si sono premunite anche di trovarmi un hotel per la settimana successiva essendo il loro pieno. Camera molto bella e accogliente, e ben insonorizzata. Prezzi nella media della città, ci tornerò per i prossimi soggiorni a Parma, giudizio eccellente e lo consiglio assolutamente

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte utilizzando un cofanetto regalo. Più che in hotel sembra di entrare in una villa stile liberty. A noi è piaciuta l'atmosfera. Il personale, molto cortese, ci ha fornito anche molte informazioni su cosa visitare etc. Niente da dire sulla pulizia in camera e nel bagno. Avendo la sala per la colazione non molto grande ci è stato consegnato un foglio sul quale indicare l'ora scelta per la colazione e l'eventuale richiesta di brioches/prosciutto/formaggio. Biscotti, torte, fette biscottate, yogurth, marmellate, pane etc. erano già a disposizione. Possiamo dire che siamo stati soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

Leider von der Lage des Zimmers sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten im Hotel direkt gebucht und um ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park gebeten. Tatsächlich bekamen wir ein Zimmer Parterre nicht mit Blick auf den Park, sondern mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Unser Auto stand direkt vor unserem Fenster nahezu in Reichweite...Wenig romantisch und ärgerlich. Abhilfe gab's nicht. Vielleicht besser über booking buchen, da man dann eher Kritik fürchtet. Ansonsten ist das Hotel nett und zumindest im Eingangsbereich mit tiefen Sesseln, sprich italienischem Barock ausgestattet.

Not a 4 star hotel. Hotel still operates in the back era with outdated furniture. Rooms are very clean but noisy. Air conditioning doesn't work . Hotel management with lack of standards asking guest to rate them high when they do not follow any but any standards of 4 stars hotel. Chokingly bad breakfast . This hotel it is a 2 star in reality. Do not waste your time going to this hotel. After I have been asked to rate them as high and I have promptly replied to them I couldn't because of very poor quality at breakfast staff were rude towards us. Last day of our trip our breakfast wasn't prepared and we have been given guilt trips about me saying breakfast it is of poor quality. They do not take constructive feedback and instead they were unbecoming and unpleasant towards us. I won't ever return to this place full of cluster.
Ps: your reply it is even laughable. Fail to believe on what your guest saying about of not being a 4 star hotel and breakfast it is at the poorest ever. What a shame. Worst hotel ever. If you see my history of reviews I am far reviewing people . Your hotel I would have wished never book but I did and it is my fair review towards your services.

Hotel in un villino liberty di fronte al Parco Ducale (che è molto bello), quindi ad un passo dal centro. Camere arredate in stile moderno con stili diversi ma in armonia con l'ambiente del villino. Incommensurabile gentilezza e disponibilità del personale ed ottima la colazione con torte fresche (tipo dessert di un ristorante). Disponibilità di parcheggio privato e chiuso di fronte all'ingresso della struttura (10€/giorno) Ci tornerai domani.

Hotel carino, molto particolare. Letto molto scomodo. Per quanto il personale sia stato molto cordiale, davanti ad un loro errore nella gestione della prenotazione, anzichè pensare di rimediare con un piccolo omaggio ( ad es la colazione omaggio , tra l’altro troppo costosa ) , si sono limitati a scusarsi: educati ma con scarsa abilità del gestione del cliente

We had the Junior Suite with the park view.
Been there just for one night, but we really liked it and can recommend the hotel.
The staff was very kind and helpful, they have a lot of tips for the area regarding restaurants, activities and things to look at.
By mistake, I booked the wrong dates for the check-in and -out. A quick email and the issue was solved. Thanks again for this.
I read some of the ratings here and have to say, I didn‘t find bad smell in the elevator or unfriendly staff. We had a good stay.

Servizio gentilissimo, colazione dolce e salata molto fornita, letto comodissimo, parcheggio interno ad un giusto pagamento, vicino al parco e in 15 minuti a piedi in centro. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte grazie a un cofanetto smart box , ma volentieri avremmo prolungato. Forse arredi un po' datati, ma lo consiglio sicuramente.
