Lovely hotel. Great location and nice breakfast

The bald guy from the reception I did’t like the way he spoke to us. The breakfast was good but the same everyday we stayed a week, I ordered French omelet and that what I got. The Housekeeping team was amazing and friendly.

I stay here regularly for work and the location to city center, numerous restaurants, and the galleria is fantastic, as well as it’s right across from the supermarket. The hotel restaurant is delicious as well.Breakfast is adequate - very standard options for Italian hotels and they will make your coffee request on demand. Just outside of the old town. So it was easy to get around by foot. Felt like a business hotel. No real character. The breakfast was the worst we had in our two week Italy trip. Staff were efficient but cold.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are fine, really nothing to complain about. You have everything you need. It was a pleasant stay. Also the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, try the linguine funghi!

Hotel staff are friendly, polite and eager to help you. Room is clean and comfortable. However, adding a kettle and couple of teabags a d sugar would be useful. The breakfast menu has nice variety matching all tastes. The hotel location next to the train station makes commuting very convenient.

This hotel in Parma was a wonderful surprise. Spacious and spotless throughout, with large, beautifully decorated rooms that feel inviting and comfortable. The staff were warm and professional, and we loved that pets are welcome. Just a short walk from the city center, yet quiet enough to relax, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Excellent location. Close to the train without any noise. Clean, polite and helpful staff. Shout out to the bar for friendly, sociable service. Balconies are a bit basic with a concrete bench. Great balcony privacy but could use a spruce up. Green treats vouchers like a soda from the bar if you forgo cleaning your room by putting a note on your door.

This was a very nice modern hotel. Clean rooms nice size. The location is excellent right at the train station of Parma. We walked easily into the city center with no issues. Very safe and accommodating. If you do any tours they pick up in front of this hotel.

Very convenient hotel next to the Parma train station and a 15 minute walk into downtown. A little too fancy for my needs, we paid $130 for one night pretty last minute. The hotel and facilites are very nice. I think some of the design choices needed a little more thought; such as the half cover for the shower/bath (and a hole for all the water to leak through) and the sink spout being a little low...

This hotel is the perfect, small, romantic location to stay when in Parma for a few days. I wouldn't recommend bringing young kids as this place was very quiet with limited space. The staff are welcoming and kind.

Excellent location close to palazzo de Pilotta and piazza Garibaldi. Wifi signal on the second floor was not good. The single room did not have a mini bar. Breakfast price: 10 € overall good experience!

The location is truly unique in Parma with rooms recently restored respecting the history of the villa. The staff is very courteous and professional. The mood you breathe is that of a family attentive to the customer's needs! In the many hotels tried on Parma the best!

The hotel in typicly Italian style is a litllebit dated but very neath and clean. The friendly staff goes through lengts to accomodate your every need. Breakfast is okay and in a nice setting with some likewise music in the background. The city can be visited after the walk through a beautifull park.

The location is great, it's centrally located and so close to all sights and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. The owners were very friendly and always willing to help. I try to stay at the Savoy whenever I am in Parma. The staff are friendly and it is a great location.

I'm not sure the hotel is worth of 4 stars, feels more like a 3 star hotel, as the inside is relatively dated and the room itself was just OK. However we had a decent stay. Dogs allowed. Breakfast included and was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Garage parking about 5 minutes by feet away. Has heating and air con.

Our stay was perfect, the room was well designed, very pleasant and sound-proofed, we loved the fact there was a kettle in a room, also mini-bar on hand. The staff was very professional and polite, they really respect their guests and care about their stay. We would stay here next time when in Parma, no hesitation.

I was staying a night on the hotel. On receptionist desk there was a painting. When i look out, the painting was an arabic caligraphy which reads laa ilaha ilallah. Good to see it.

Location is near a main access road to Parma, but it is quite a long walk into the city. There's a bus stop really close, but it stops running at 10pm, so we drove closer to the city. Room is on the smaller size. But included a mini fridge. Also, you need to insert key quickly, or the lights will turn off. For some reason, temperature in the room would not go up, so since bathroom window did not close...

Fantastic hotel in Parma. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with just about anything you could ask for. The piano board is nice and fancy. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Would definitely stay there again.we loved the two level room we stayed in.

One of the best hotels of Parma. If not the best. Much better than another 5*stars Hotel de Ville. Good location in 15 minutes walk to Duomo. Fine breakfast and good service. Spacious rooms. Free parking.

Already on the phone during the booking they were available, and even more when I arrived I was really happy with the availability received. I’ve stayed at hotel Maria Luigia twice. Once ten years ago, and once just a few weeks back. The hotel has definitely improved in the past 10 years. This is an elegant older property. Overall it was nice stay and the folks there were very friendly and tried to be helpful. It's a bit outside of town but not too far. The parking was to be 15 Euros per day however I was charged $48 for two days for some reason. The television went out after a power blip around 8 PM on the second evening and never came back on. Apparently this affected the entire property...

Nice hotel for an overnight stop. Located behind a beautiful park, great to visit during the day, especially with kids who can run around while you enjoy a glass of wine at the local park bar. I would avoid the park at night. Rooms were nicely decorated but a bit noisy. Breakfast was simple, but overall a good choice for a stopover.

This hotel transported me back to a 1960s film, built with pomp and circumstance. Everything is mahogany and rosewood. The breakfast restaurant has the same style, with neatly dressed staff. Not the best experience. Breakfast could be better. The rooms are big, but many number of flies and mosquitoes in the area made it hard to sleep. There was also a lot of noise from the nearby highway.

One of the beds had a broken leg and the shower head wouldn't stay in place. For the price not terrible, but the property could use some TLC.

We stayed for one night at Palazzo and everything was as expected, fantastic service and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We got in late from dinner, felt very safe and walking distance to train and other attractions.

Perfect location. Large rooms - we had one decorated with older furniture, but we liked that. Two bedrooms with a wet bar area overlooking small courtyard. Staff was excellent. A/C could have been stronger, but that’s only negative we had.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. In the middle of our trip nice to have more space and a washing machine. The staff was extremely helpful. The pdf they provided with driving instructions was a big help. The location is right in the middle of old town. If you drive out on a weekend watch out for the streets closure for vendors.

There's hotel parking if you arrive by car. The hotel proposed a breakfast in a coffee shop nearby which was excellent. LOVED everything. We really had a great stay.

Everything was great about our apartment we stayed in as part of the hotel. Location was perfect, though be aware that the teens hang out in the square on a night out in the summer and it can be loud. For a family staying a few nights, it was perfect.
