The bald guy from the reception I did’t like the way he spoke to us. The breakfast was good but the same everyday we stayed a week, I ordered French omelet and that what I got. The Housekeeping team was amazing and friendly.

Just outside of the old town. So it was easy to get around by foot. Felt like a business hotel. No real character. The breakfast was the worst we had in our two week Italy trip. Staff were efficient but cold.

Very convenient hotel next to the Parma train station and a 15 minute walk into downtown. A little too fancy for my needs, we paid $130 for one night pretty last minute. Like any hotel the housekeeping staff are the ones you see the most. I found the women in housekeeping were very friendly, very happy to help you with what you needed. They always had a smile for the guests which makes a huge difference. Thanks again.

Good location, about a 10-15 minutes walk to center of Parma. Parking available in the garage and also the train station is just next door. Rooms were very comfy and bathroom very clean. This hotel is the perfect, small, romantic location to stay when in Parma for a few days. I wouldn't recommend bringing young kids as this place was very quiet with limited space. The staff are welcoming and kind.

I try to stay at the Savoy whenever I am in Parma. The staff are friendly and it is a great location.

I'm not sure the hotel is worth of 4 stars, feels more like a 3 star hotel, as the inside is relatively dated and the room itself was just OK. However we had a decent stay. Dogs allowed. Breakfast included and was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Garage parking about 5 minutes by feet away. Has heating and air con.

Our stay was perfect, the room was well designed, very pleasant and sound-proofed, we loved the fact there was a kettle in a room, also mini-bar on hand. Servizio gentilissimo, colazione dolce e salata molto fornita, letto comodissimo, parcheggio interno ad un giusto pagamento, vicino al parco e in 15 minuti a piedi in centro. Location is near a main access road to Parma, but it is quite a long walk into the city. There's a bus stop really close, but it stops running at 10pm, so we drove closer to the city. Room is on the smaller size. But included a mini fridge. Also, you need to insert key quickly, or the lights will turn off. For some reason, temperature in the room would not go up, so since bathroom window did not close...

Fantastic hotel in Parma. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with just about anything you could ask for. The piano board is nice and fancy. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Would definitely stay there again.we loved the two level room we stayed in.

Stayed at the Mercure Parma for 6 nights. It was a great location with an easy walk to the train station to take day trips to neighboring cities. Mi sono dovuta fermare quasi una settimana per stare vicina ad una persona ricoverata e ho trovato persone gentili,disponibili,un buon ristorante per la sera.Una camera modesta ma in cui non mancava nulla.Non do'il max dei voti perche'i tendaggi non erano in linea con la pulizia della stanza e per essere un tre stelle,il prezzo era un po' alto.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel una sera che mi si era rotto il riscaldamento a casa insieme a mia moglie. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben insonorizzato, quindi abbiamo potuto godere di un buon sonno. Colazione a buffet ben fornita e abbondante. Consiglio di fermarsi anche al famoso ristorante cocchi connesso alla struttura perché si mangia da urlo.
