Very convenient hotel next to the Parma train station and a 15 minute walk into downtown. A little too fancy for my needs, we paid $130 for one night pretty last minute. The hotel and facilites are very nice. I think some of the design choices needed a little more thought; such as the half cover for the shower/bath (and a hole for all the water to leak through) and the sink spout being a little low...

Like any hotel the housekeeping staff are the ones you see the most. I found the women in housekeeping were very friendly, very happy to help you with what you needed. They always had a smile for the guests which makes a huge difference. Thanks again.

Good location, about a 10-15 minutes walk to center of Parma. Parking available in the garage and also the train station is just next door. Rooms were very comfy and bathroom very clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the quality was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful and gave great tipps for restaurants

Super convenient location by the train station and for the parmesan cheese tour pick up. Good breakfast here too. Rooms were decent size, but not super clean. Lots of cobwebs and spiders throughout our room. Brown stains were on the towels. Asked the front desk for clean towels and they said they would bring them up to the room but did not. Asked to buy more water bottles too before we headed out...

Excellent hotel. We got the junior suite and it was nicely equipped and a big tub for long legs like mine. In central location and parking is perfect.

Nice and modern hotel near the highway exit and about 10 minutes from the center of Parma by car. It has free parking, wifi, SPA, gym, bar and restaurant. Nice, modern hotel to stay 1-2 nights and travel around the region. Breakfast could be more varied, but for Italy there pretty well.

I stayed 3 nights for a business trip. The hotel was just reopen after covid19 lock down. I assume it wasn't as always. Breakfast was a little bit small. Rooms are very clean and the stuff is very kind and friendly. The location is perfect! 5 min walk from the city center

Elegant, old style hotel. Rooms are confortable, but they need some maintenance. I would have give 4 stars, but breakfast service was disappointing: coffee /cappuccino machine is unaccetable in an Italian 4 stars hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, restaurant is very good. Our dogs were welcomed. The room was spacious. My only complaint is the heavy keys for the door, but of course you can leave them with reception.

Just outside of the old town. So it was easy to get around by foot. Felt like a business hotel. No real character. The breakfast was the worst we had in our two week Italy trip. Staff were efficient but cold.

This hotel is the perfect, small, romantic location to stay when in Parma for a few days. I wouldn't recommend bringing young kids as this place was very quiet with limited space. The staff are welcoming and kind.

The bed and bathroom were okay. But there were bars outside and people were drinking and talking even very late at night. It was really really noisy. And in general,this hotel was not very soundproof. If you are looking for a quiet room, you should think about it before booking.

A very nice Hotel in Parma. The staff is very kind and they do respect the covid safety rules, much appreciated for the breakfast. The rooms are comfy but the pillow was super hard and matress too soft in some place, can be improved.

Very very good, comfortable and luxury hotel for a little price. Friendly staff, everything you need in a hotel is present (towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, tv, refrigerator etc). Fantastic hotel in Parma. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with just about anything you could ask for. The piano board is nice and fancy. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Would definitely stay there again.we loved the two level room we stayed in.

Great hotel with kind of “dublex rooms”, upstairs bedroom and downstairs a large shower/bathroom. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast buffet for Italian standards and in a fairly central location. Not cheap, but certainly to be recommended with a very reasonable price for quality.

We stayed for one night while traveling with two children (5 and 7). It's conveniently located not far from the autostrada. Clean and reasonably large family room with bunk beds for children. Very helpful front desk who advised on the best room over the phone the day before. Will stay again in the same situation.

Stayed at the Mercure Parma for 6 nights. It was a great location with an easy walk to the train station to take day trips to neighboring cities. So easy to walk to city center to all the restaurants and shops. There are plenty of cafes, pastry shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

Its a nice hotel. However some noise in my room, bed was not the best and little cold. Otherwise its nicely decorated old style and breakfast is fine, it has some variety and when I was there it was tranquil. Staff at check in little chaotic but everything went well. The breakfast room was just below our room and every morning I was woken up by the coffee machine ! I also didn’t like that they turned the air con off from reception so it was boiling in the room!

Very modern refurbishment of an old cattleshed. The room was very quite and comfortable. Unfortunately it is not very close to the downtown.

The location is nice if you are traveling by train. The hotel is also close to the lovely downtown area, and near many fantastic restaurants. The rooms are dated however for the price not bad.

Nice accommodations with a helpful front desk and a good breakfast included in the room price. You can slightly hear the trains passing because it's so close to the station, but it didn't keep me up at night. We found the wifi to be a bit spotty and the neighborhood to be a bit rough. It's only a short walk to be in a beautiful area of town near the main square though. I would stay again.

Our first stop on a 4 day trip from Umbria to UK and we were pleasantly surprised. This is not like a British Holiday Inn Express - it is a hotel with proper services: bar & restaurant. I try to stay at the Savoy whenever I am in Parma. The staff are friendly and it is a great location.

I'm not sure the hotel is worth of 4 stars, feels more like a 3 star hotel, as the inside is relatively dated and the room itself was just OK. However we had a decent stay. Dogs allowed. Breakfast included and was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Garage parking about 5 minutes by feet away. Has heating and air con.

Our stay was perfect, the room was well designed, very pleasant and sound-proofed, we loved the fact there was a kettle in a room, also mini-bar on hand. The staff was very professional and polite, they really respect their guests and care about their stay. We would stay here next time when in Parma, no hesitation.

Location is near a main access road to Parma, but it is quite a long walk into the city. There's a bus stop really close, but it stops running at 10pm, so we drove closer to the city. Room is on the smaller size. But included a mini fridge. Also, you need to insert key quickly, or the lights will turn off. For some reason, temperature in the room would not go up, so since bathroom window did not close...

We stayed for one night at Palazzo and everything was as expected, fantastic service and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We got in late from dinner, felt very safe and walking distance to train and other attractions.

Perfect location. Large rooms - we had one decorated with older furniture, but we liked that. Two bedrooms with a wet bar area overlooking small courtyard. Staff was excellent. A/C could have been stronger, but that’s only negative we had.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. In the middle of our trip nice to have more space and a washing machine. The staff was extremely helpful. The pdf they provided with driving instructions was a big help. The location is right in the middle of old town. If you drive out on a weekend watch out for the streets closure for vendors.

Everything was great about our apartment we stayed in as part of the hotel. Location was perfect, though be aware that the teens hang out in the square on a night out in the summer and it can be loud. For a family staying a few nights, it was perfect.
