Outstanding place to relax. Food in restautant is nice, view from rooms and terrace are beautiful.

Villa Rica is a beautiful old farm with the best vieuw of sicilië towards the Aeolian Islands. The swimming pool and the relaxing area are great. If you want to have breakfast and/or dinner you can make a reservation to dine with a vieuw. The staff and owner are very friendly. We would highly recommend Villa Rica!

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. The rooms, in which we stayed, were large, welcoming and extremely clean. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

Both our apartments were clean, spacious and with well-equipped kitchens. The swimming pool area was lovely. All the members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. Overall a great choice for our weekend stay!

The architecture of the hotel is a bit dilapidated but the rooms are pleasant, simple and comfortable. There are all the necessary comforts for a beach holiday: large shower, efficient air conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with drying rack for costumes (object not obvious even to 4 stars). Stayed in this hotel for nine nights Location, a few tens of meters from the beach and the promenade, dangerous to exit the parking lot, which leads directly onto the narrow street with no sidewalk, everything else sufficient, good professional guys, courteous and always available .if I was passing through I would stop for one night, for a stay I would go elsewhere.

Beautiful view of the town, mountains, and ocean. The town by the water has many choices of restaurants and a nice beach. We had the white, but it was a little basic. Moreover the jacuzzi was in the master bedroom which mean that it was very warm and most most of the time.

The farmhouse is modern, with attention to detail, very well maintained and the swimming pool has recently been built. The view takes your breath away and gives you an inner peace that is useful for recovering from the accumulated stress (also due to the covid). Three stars for the location, but reading the other reviews I feel like I've been to another place! Arrived there was half a roll of toilet paper and there was no hand soap and a bubble bath, for seven people came a jar with soap inside that we had to measure to wash, and breakfast well, a croissant and coffee from the coffee maker , maybe I'm used to antri b & b where they make you find more things...
