Hotel view is incredible of the sea and mountains. However, please do think wisely before booking. The hotel is 4hours from the airport. Taxi is €280. You will need to a get a bus and two trains plus another 30min walk incline walk to the hotel. But some shops can call them to collect you from the station. The hotel rooms are decent, and clean. The " buffet" is very limited on their hot/cold food....

We were guests for four days, a group of 14 people between adults and children. The view is spectacular with a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. The structure, despite being a few years old, is still very comfortable, especially the verandas of the individual rooms that overlook the sea. Beautiful and panoramic resort. The rooms are very clean. The staff in the dining room were very friendly, especially Ilenia, Lorenza, Angelo and Marco, who with their kindness and warmth made us have a nice meal. Delicious food. The Restaurant Agriturismo "Borgo San Francesco" is submersed in palm trees, olive, orange and lemond groves, wineyards, adorned by flowers and offers a peaceful and relaxing stay in a haven of quietness, privacy and serenity. The Gioiosa Marea beach is just a few minutes away by car.. Tasting delicious homemade food!!!! Recommended!!!!

Hotel above my expectations. Hygienically perfect rooms. The restaurant service is the ace in the hole, and the highly qualified staff close the picture in a great way. A holiday absolutely to be repeated. We stayed at this magnificent Park Philip hotel for 6 days and there was nothing bad about it. Upon our arrival we immediately felt at home All prepared and arranged to perfection. Simple and always clean rooms. Super clean puscina and equipped beach with a fabulous sea! Reception staff welcoming, courteous and very kind, (an applause for the Hotel Manager who quickly solved my problem). The animation guys were commendable led by Valentina who directed them. A praise also for the excellent food chef collaborated by the guys who served at the tables.

Wonderful hotel to say the least. Superb in everything starting from the structure, the cleanliness, the staff and the kitchen. We had the opportunity to stay 2 nights and then add one more. We spend a week in Capo Skino, the first night was awful because of the air con which was not working, the next day we changed the room for the one with the sea view (its really worth to pay more to get that room, otherwise you might get something complety different 🥴). I must say that food is quite a dissappointment- for breakfast you get a lot of gluten, the only thing from veggies are tomatoes....

The apartment rented for a week, the last of July, was for 5 people, so much more than our real needs as a couple alone. We preferred to pay for a very comfortable environment. Just coming back from VR club ...top place for whom who seek rest and tranquility I am going to start with facility...it is a multi layer mounten facility and our appartement was on the highist level which gives you a magnificent view of the see...the appartemen is simple equipded with an airco which is very important in the hot days of the summer there. A wondrous beach with small round stones and perfect clear and blue water. Nearby there is a taverna overlooking the Mediterranean and the aeolian islands. The club also features a pizzeria, a bar and a tennis/football court. Great place for a relaxing summer vacation

The property is of a high standard and very well maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and there are no stairs the property is all ground level.
