The hotel is very nice. Rooms are fine, although you can see that they’re not too new. Food is very good: breakfast and especially dinner.
But what I liked the most are the people working there! By the end of my stay my car battery died. Although it was a Saturday the most helpful reception man found a local mechanic, had him come and start the car and even take the car to his nearby garage, despite Saturday and the fact that even this garage was kind of closed. He then negotiated the price which to my mind was incredibly low and comfortable. This was such a positive and humane experience that I believe everybody should know about it!

Nice staff , clean and quiet rooms .The location is impractical though.If u come with public transport u have to take a 15min walk over a street where people do not care how they drive.Also you won’t be able to join nearby restaurants by foot, google maps gives you paths that are not walkable.

The worst service on Earth. I called the hotel to inform the I couldn't arrive because the italian civilian protection has worned and given an allarm about the potential really dangerous weather in the area of the hotel. I didn't even ask for my money back but only to be moved to a different date. They made me call 6 times everytime sending me each time to someone else. In between I spoke to a lady, her name was anna maria and explained to her the situation. She asked me to call later which I did but this time when she answered she screamed and yelled at me over the phone saying she doesn't have time to hep and again to call later. Later, a guy named daniele answered the phone and started raising his voice as well and saying very bad things to me (!!!!l) and saying it is my problem that I take seriously the italian civilian protection instructions. Meanwhile I maintained a very calm tone of voice he kept interrupting and ended up hunging up the phone in my face. Please do not give your money to a place that the second they do get your money they act like beasts and like they don't owe you at least some sort of sulution in an extreme case like that. Travel safe and to more beautiful places like Milan, Florence or Rome. Nothing to see in Perugia honestly.

Amazing hotel in Italy, I've been in a few hotels in Italy and this one is the best!! Very clean, room size perfect,bathroom size perfect, reception excellent service,very polite staff all over the hotel.

The rooms are nice and clean, so are the lobby and outside areas. The corridors are a bit run down and could use new carpets

Good small hotel with good location. Rooms are very small and breakfast is not rich. Lacks some services like bill boys to carry luggage, outdoor pool not heated, no room amenities... etc, but overall is acceptable.

Very very basic place , not enough comfort for 4 stars. Powder juice and powder eggs for breakfast. Would go only if there is no other place to stay
